Entering the studio is transformative. It's pristine, peaceful, soothing and serene. The instructors are welcoming. Classes are not crowded and work for those at all levels. I've tried Hatha, Vinyasa, Stretching, Core strength, Barre and more. A variety of instructors, classes, dates/times arw offered. I have found the yoga studio that works for me!

This is a great community! There's diversity and everyone is welcome. I feel very accepted here and the teachers are very personable. I’m a new attendee to Breathe, Body, and Mind but so far I’ve been to four different classes. Every class I walk into, everyone is so nice and welcoming. The studio vibe is relaxing, comfortable, and incredibly friendly. You can tell this is a community of people who are all committed to their personal health and wellbeing in an organic and realistic way. The instructors are all a little different so it seems like you can shop around and find what works for you!

Im in my mid-50s and trying yoga for the first time. Im not fit. The classes span a range of ages and skill levels. The teachers offer several options for each pose and are positive and affirming. It’s a wonderful, warm community even for newbies like me. And I’m loving my new world of yoga and mind/body integration too!

I feel so very blessed to have found Breathe Body and Mind. Lynne has brought together a fantastic community of Yogis, both teachers and students. I love the classes I take, I always leave feeling at peace with myself and grateful for the teacher and their practice.
Breathe Body and Mind also has workshops and events, like Sound Baths and Drum Circles and Kirtans, oh my!
I hope to see a couple of them repeated, like the Kirtan where we sang/chanted and the drum circle where you painted your own drum!

There isn’t a class you can’t take and if you think you can’t, Lynne the owner will show you how wrong you are! I have a genetic muscle condition and have to modify a lot now and love that I still feel included. But if you are ready to just max it out, they have that for you! MeShell will make you push yourself beyond what you think you can do and can a bunch of their other amazing staff! Love love love the environment and the diversity of classes! So happy my mom encouraged me to try this place! Great for ALL ages!

It's been a year since I have participated in a restorative yoga class, and I enjoyed this very much. It was a little difficult to hear the instructor. I had my volume turned up to the max, but I still had some difficulty hearing her.

sound bath review: went with a friend. both of us agreed that the lady who did the sound bath was not that good. in our opinion, it felt like it was a hobby she took up that she didn’t have a lot of training in because the instruments didn’t sound like they were played skillfully or intentionally. also, a man fell asleep and snored really loud during the sound bath… we wont be attending again but glad the cost was low! no regrets.

The BEST yoga studio I have ever been to! Talented instructors and a great variety of classes. Breathe is not a franchise, so the experience is personalized. The studio is aptly named because hot yoga is not offered (as in 115 degrees at one studio where I attended class) so you can actually breathe!

I signed up for the three weeks for $30 option to try Breathe out. I tried as many classes as I possibly could, all were on zoom because of timing and having kids at home. I have loved every minute of my workouts and enjoyed the instructors and their different teaching styles. Amanda Foley recommended that I try Breathe after another group fitness program where she taught closed at the end of January. I’m so glad that I did! I’ve already signed up for the year membership with unlimited classes. I’m excited to get to try my first in person classes this weekend!

The $30 30 day unlimited classes plan is a fantastic way to get introduced tot the studio and instructors and figure out which classes work best for you. The small class size and attentive instructors are so helpful for making sure you have the right form and are doing the poses correctly. So glad I found this place. Always welcoming and friendly, and perfect sized classes. Great mix of classes for all levels. Zen and restorative are my personal favorites.
