As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Been coming here since mid April and I'm slowly admitting I'm obsessed. I've already hit 50 camps and I feel so much better physically and mentally, I'm in tune with body, I'm enjoying the workouts and loving the company along the way. Love love love this community! Itβs more than a gym. Iβve built long lasting friendships and I just joined in April. All the trainers are amazing and will help you anytime you need it. They are always there to help your form, help find a mod, or just push and motivate you. Also! The other members are motivating, encouraging and supportive! Iβve never done a group fitness type class before and as someone on the heavier side I was very nervous and thought I would be βleft outββ¦ well that is NOT something you have to worry about. Youβll get a high five from everyone π if youβre on the fence, come during a trial or bring a friend day! Itβs so worth it. I found βmy placeβ!

It was really what I would consider a Boot Camp workout to be. It was multiple activities & fast pace. There was moderations to each exercise. But for me, it was just too much. You really need to be in good shape to endure the 45 minutes.

It is a really nice community, you get support not only from the coaches and staff, but also from the other people that are working out. They have several flexible schedules available for you to choose from. Child watch available. I just started and everybody has been friendly, patient, and welcoming. Of course, I feel sore, but it's the good sore πͺ

Last year I tried the promo 4 week program which was a great buy! The workouts are great and the trainers do a wonderful job keeping you motivated. The trainers are also very accessible. I really did like the class sign up method and the early hour workouts. You surely leave feeling like you accomplished something for the day. The only reason I give this gym 3 stars vs 4 or 5 is the method they use to organize the workout. I am people person, but while working out I just want to workout. I don't want to find three 'friends' to join me in each of the exercises. Also, as a new person to the gym its clear there are some cliques of women who are regulars. The whole find a partner is so middle school playground. Even with my extrovert self I found it annoying. At 5am that was a turn off for me and its the sole reason I did not enroll along with the lack of diversity in the gym. Just give me the workout and let's go. I often felt bad for other newcomers who were not so social. Otherwise, nice small, but mighty gym.

You would think 45 minutes wouldnβt go by as fast as it does while working out but it definitely does here. I thoroughly enjoy the community and the support that the trainers give. No matter where youβre at in your fitness journey burn has got your back. I remember using the lighter weights when I first started and now, I can lift SO MUCH MORE. Itβs a great way to stay in shape or better yet even get into shape! 45 minutes of nonstop no rest workouts that you have amazing trainers helping you push through and get it done!!! I think itβs so worth it and love that they modify the workouts for beginners like me but also have modifications who need more of a challenge! I didn't realize how much I loved going to Burn Bootcamp Chester until I celebrated my 1 year anniversary and I got a free shirt for making at least 250 camps in 2020! I love the floating floor. The workouts are different everyday, so I don't ever get bored. The members eventually become your friends who are so encouraging. The trainers have a mod for everyone. I love the personal training in a group environment. They always encourage me to try something new, something harder! Just what I need. My day is never the same if I don't start it at Burn.

My home workouts have come to feel a little stale and boring. I joined Burn a little over a month ago. I started seeing improvements in my physique, as well as strength, in just a few weeks. The workouts are different every day and always promise an appropriate challenge to all fitness levels. The trainers are all friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable, they will meet you where you are on your fitness journey, and offer appropriate and safe modifications. I look forward to walking into the gym every morning. I love having a safe and free place for my kids to hangout while I exercise. This has been a great experience for me ( a non-gym rat for sure), in large part due to Coach Erich and the variety of work stations that he sets up each day. The workouts are never boring and he is an excellent motivator. But I think his greatest skill is identifying modifications so that we all are working hard to meet our goals. I highly recommend BBC- Chester.

The atmosphere is like no other. Group Fitness is what works for me, but Burn is so much more! A community of women who come together. Workouts are easily modified and trainers are attentive and available during the workout and after! The high-fives and encouraging energy make the workout for me. Excellent place to come. Inspiration comes from both our awesome Coach Erich and other staff members as well as other group members. (Lots of high fives and encouraging words) Empowerment to keep moving and keep pushing forward with that last rep. Transformation is occurring not only in my body, but also in my mindset. They look at not only the physical piece, but nutrition as well because all of those things work hand in hand. Highly recommend you come the first session for free to see if you like it!!!!!
