Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I adore Burn Boot Camp - Norfolk. I turned a 4 week trial into a 1 year plus commitment. I have really enjoyed doing the classes and meeting many of the teachers. The energy is just what I've been needing, the classes are pushing me to be the best I can be. I started out doing the 6:30pm classes and switched to 5:30 am and am so glad I did! It's been a really great addition to my life and getting me back in shape

Out of all the burns the vibe here is bar none this place is fun energetic and HIGH FIVEarificπ , the lady's at the front are super energetic and fun, Brittany was just exceptional in getting everything we needed together, and the trainers .... Absolutely read the room and kill every work out Hannah and Kim were just awesome, I'm sad I haven't got to try Nicole yet (our schedules just don't match ) but I hope I get to meet her soon. You'll never feel out of place here

I wasn't someone who could get myself to the gym on my own prior to joining Burn. Now I have been regularly going for 3 years. They are friendly, accommodating, and the trainers are always kind and encouraging no matter what stage in your fitness journey you're at. They also provide free childcare during your workout time. Would highly recommend!!

I joined Burn 2.5 weeks ago because I wanted to change my workout routine. I love the high energy vibes at 0530 and friendliness of the owners/trainers and the other Burn members. I like that I donβt have to plan my workouts, I just show up and put in the work. Itβs challenging, but you donβt have to be βfitβ to start. There are modifications for everything.

I hadn't been to the gym in a couple of years and was pretty out of shape. I was nervous to get back into it, but everyone was SO welcoming and helpful from the start! I never felt out of place. Now I've been going for over a year and a half, and I've seen so much progress in myself! Not just the scale, but my physical and mental strength/health, too. I also love all the friends I've made along the way!

Iβve been a member of burn boot camp Norfolk for a few months now and I canβt begin to explain the difference itβs made in my life. As a stay at home mom with little to no direction when it comes to working out or fitness this gym was the guidance that I needed to get motivated. Coach Tara and the rest of the members really make you feel supported no matter the fitness level you start at. Iβd recommend burn boot camp to anyone looking to make a difference in their health.

I loved going to this gym! I loved Ben, and Tara and Amy Marie they were very welcoming and helpful. I wished that I wouldβve joined earlier in the year and I hope there will be another burn boot camp near my duty station! :) itβs a wonderful and motivating atmosphere 10/10 would recommend

I enjoyed the workouts, but one week into a 4-week trial, I got sick and tested positive for covid, despite being vaccinated. Be careful out there! During the week I attended, this gym was not implementing any covid mitigation, social distancing, or extra cleaning that I observed.

Joining Burn Boot Camp at the beginning of the year is easily one of the best decisions I've made for myself since living in Norfolk. Honestly, one of the best decisions I've made for myself, period. The community, the atmosphere, the workouts, you name it...every single aspect of it has been nothing short of amazing. No two workouts are the same, and you receive one-on-one training in a group setting-- the best of both worlds! The best part of it all, after living in VA for 3 years, I've gained lifelong friendships and finally feel like I've found "my people."

Joining Burn Boot Camp has been one of the best decisions I could have made for myself. I started out with a free trial and soon realized that it was more than just a gym. It was a community. Iβve seen so much growth not only in my fitness level, but Iβve gained a support system that motivates me to go to the gym up to 5 to 6 days a week. It truly is a family. I also canβt say enough about the staff. Our trainers and support staff are so positive and they take the time to get to know you and your fitness needs. 10/10 recommend!

I love the community and support that I've gotten from the staff (Tara, Amy-Marie, & Nann) as well as the campers at the Norfolk location. I have seen such a difference in my strength and muscle tone. One of my favorite things about Burn Bootcamp is that the workouts are never the same and Tara the head trainer keeps me motivated and is full of positivity. I'm so happy I found this gym!
