Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Inspirational instructors. Very welcoming and amazing staff members. Strong and motivational community. It’s very structured and organized, which I think that’s what I love most about it. There’s no time to fool around, but there are plenty of giggle moments that can happen unexpectedly. I never expected it to become addicting. Love Burn.

Today I went to burn bootcamp of Va Beach off Laskin road. I was 6 minutes late. I had 2 small children with me. I’m visiting from ashburn burn bootcamp. Love Ashburn bootcamp. However, I was really looking forward to working out since it calms down my anxiety as well. I’m in an area that I’m not familiar with and with 2 children. And I was told that I could not workout because the owner has a 5 minute late policy. I was 6 minutes late! And basically kicked out. First of all I think as a member we should be the ones that decide if we want to workout all 40-45 minutes or 10 minutes. It was really upsetting to me. I posted a comment on their instagram and of course they deleted my comment. It’s just sad.

5 stars isn’t enough for Burn Boot Camp at Hilltop! I started my fitness journey again in January with really no clue how much I would actually go. Since joining I have changed for the better, I am currently down 30 pounds and have gained my confidence back. I am strong er and can do things I wouldn’t have been able to a year ago. The trainers are probably some of the most amazing people I’ve met! I used trainers before at other gyms and never felt a genuine connection with them and always quit, but the burn trainers greet everyone with a high-five and genuinely make you feel like you belong! Burn is a second family and I look forward to walking through the door. If I knew I was going to be gaining all of this and improving my health I would have joined much sooner!

This place is great for both men and women. I have gone with my wife a few times. It’s a HIIT type workout. No machines but plenty of heavy enough weights. Highly recommend.

I have been a member of Burn Boot Camp for about 10 months. I have lost over 20 pounds, having gained a significant amount of muscle mass on in addition to lowering body fat percentage. The trainers really push you to try your best and foster an amazingly supportive community of members. They are always handing you a heavier weight, confident you can handle it, or providing you with a modification if something is not within your limits. I love the variety of exercises and the dynamic nature of each week. For someone who started out with no gym experience, the exercises are always explained thoroughly as well as demonstrated and have remained challenging all these months later. Included in the price of membership is childwatch during specific camp times throughout the day) and I cannot emphasize enough how gracious the women who run it are. My almost two year old loves it.

I am truly disappointed. I have been to 10 different Burn bootcamps in the East coast and by far this was the worse one. This was the second time I came to visit and was received in a very cold and disengaged environment, just like the first time. They didn’t ask for my name when I arrived, no high fives, no questions asked, even though I arrived early; I felt ignored. The next day, I was late by 6 minutes because of traffic and got off work a bit behind schedule and they still didn’t let me workout. I have been with Burn for almost 2 years and have never experienced anything like it. I won’t be visiting this one ever again.
If you are coming for the first time to a Burn location, know that this isn’t the way Burn is, Burn is all about community and kindness, it’s welcoming, warm, caring, and supportive, the opposite of this location.
I hope they change their ways.

I was referred to Burn by my long time friend and hair dresser. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. I don’t feel judged and it’s an amazing workout. I swear after every class i say wow that was hard today!

I am a person who never enjoyed working out. I would make up so many excuses. I was referred by one of my friends to try it out after i hit a wall going to Orangetheory. I was hooked from my first camp. I loved the energy! I loved that I was being challenged to my fitness level. I didn't feel intimidated by others. I felt empowered by my fellow Burn sisters. I've developed some really great friendships! I love Burn and the Burn community. I'm able to try different locations since the membership is nationwide! Try the trial! You won't regret it!

My first day at Burn Boot Camp I felt welcomed by Milan. She assisted me with the workouts, never left my side, constant encouragement and motivation. I have received the same encouragement from ALL the members, this means a lot to me. Everyone works at their own pace and we all encourage and motive one another. I've been a member of Burn Boot Camp Hilltop since they opened their doors in 2020. All of the trainers, staff and members have been some of the most incredible people i've met. The trainers and staff have made it a top priority to learn about each individual that enters this gym and how to motivate and inspire them. Burn also offers Focus Meetings to break down your goals and provides nutritional information and guidance. They also have some of the best tasting protein powers I've ever tried. Cannot recommend this place enough. The women that attend this gym are so incredibly welcoming and helpful which is hard to find in a gym atmosphere. I highly recommend stopping in to give Burn a try!

M-F, I'm there. Everyone is welcome men, women and they even offer baby sitting during some camps.
Always a positive and motivational vibe. A great way to start the day. The trainers and staff communicate clearly.
There's a different challenging workout everyday which is great for keeping away the monotony and giving digger muscle groups a break.

I highly recommend everyone, men and women checking out Burn Boot Camp. I’ve been a member for 4.5 years. I can’t imagine any other gym to even consider trying out.
There are different exercises and protocols every week to ensure I am never doing the same workout twice, and I can book focus meetings to go over nutrition, measurements, weigh in, and talk about my fitness goals with my trainer.
This is a community of like minded individuals who have goals for their health just like you.
I’ve had a great experience here since day one and I’ve visited a few other locations since I’m able to with our universal membership. It’s nice to know where ever I am if there is a Burn nearby I can go and hit them up for a
camp.
During my time here I’ve gained strength, confidence, friends, lost weight, and my whole daily routine runs more efficiently after I hit the mat at Burn. (I go to a 5:30 am camp) This place has so much to offer as well as childcare on the days I need to bring my kids. If you’re looking for some change to better yourself in your life in many aspects, I highly recommend you giving this place a shot and seeing if this is the right fit for you.
