Capstone Performance Training continues to push the field of athletic performance training with our strategic sports methods, both mentally and physically demanding. Whether its early elementary athletic development, signing professional contracts or post career maintenance. Capstone Performance Training has been an integral part along each athletes journey. Capstone’s Lacrosse training program has been the perfect way for our son to build his lax skills. Chad is a patient, thoughtful and encouraging coach. He brings a lot of energy every night and has a great connection with the kids. Definitely recommend this for kids that are looking to challenge themselves in the sport

My 15 year old is a soccer player on one of the top soccer teams in the area. We started Capstone about a year ago and I have seen significant improvement in his ability to change direction and accelerate. He also improved his overall strength and can now do multiple pull ups and has recently been able to do a muscle up. We have been so impressed with his progress that we recently started our 10 year old in the program.

The performance training program at Capstone is excellent. The coaches are highly intelligent and very knowledgeable on how to train the young athletes.
My 10 year daughter has improved significantly in her running mechanics, speed and strength, which is very noticeable on the soccer field. Several parents have noticed the difference, and asked me what she is doing to improve.
If you are looking for a safe/supportive/intelligent program to help your young athlete improve in their overall performance then I highly suggest you reach out to the coaches at the Chantilly facility. Capstone is an excellent place to help them improve and achieve their goals.

I highly recommend Capstone Chantilly to anyone looking for strength/agility training and injury prevention for their child. My 15 year old daughter, who plays competitive soccer, has been training in Chantilly with KJ since June and feels that the training has helped her with her performance on the field. We have referred multiple friends to KJ/Capstone and they all similarly had a great experience. KJ has been fantastic in working with us to address my daughter's specific training needs and also to help us make up missed trainings. Highly recommend!

I have been working with Coach KJ for a few years now. He has been an incredible trainer, mentor, and just friend to me. He has drastically improved my physical and mental ability which has allowed me to reach the professional level of soccer in Europe. He helps me with programs while I’m abroad and whenever I get back we get straight to work, preparing me for the next season. I cannot say enough good things about Capstone Performance at Chantilly! As a college basketball player who has suffered various knee injuries followed by surgeries, I needed a training program that promoted my health and optimized performance rather than just working out hard and getting tired. Coach KJ was the first private trainer I ever witnessed programming in such a way that I got stronger, faster, and stayed healthy and pain free during my training duration with him. I reached new levels of strength and speed I didn’t know was possible! If it wasn’t for him and Capstone, I would not have finished my senior season healthy the way I did.
