Send your body to Centreville Strength Systems 2-3 years and forget.
Starting at Centreville Strength Systems has been one of the best decisions I've made. I'm amazed by the level of detail that's put in for my personal training regiment.
Shout out to Dylan. Dylan has been awesome to work with. He's super knowledgeable about various exercises and human anatomy in general.
If you've had issues reaching your fitness goals like me, then I highly recommend Centreville Strength System.

Centreville Strength Systems is a well-maintained, clean and organized facility. I've found their strength training program to be effective and customized to my specific requirements.
Vic helped me to get clear on my fitness goals and the process to achieve results. He is highly knowledgeable in complex body movements, flexibility, and strength training, He developed personalized exercises to target areas both in strength training and strengthening my posture. I feel the benefits of the training will help me stay fit and prevent injury as I age.
My gym confidence and performance have increased substantially both in strength and endurance.

As a female in her mid thirties and a total beginner to strength training & weight lifting, I decided to sign up for the Foundations sessions (a package of four private, introductory sessions). As someone who repeatedly failed to incorporate weight training on my own, this was a perfect start. Gio walked me through each movement and was patient and encouraging even when I got tired and whiny (which was often lol). After graduating from the Foundations, I signed up for Group Training with the goal of taking three classes per week. The classes have been challenging since I'm still learning the ropes, but extremely rewarding when I make it through the class. Other members in the class are also very friendly, welcoming, and unintimidating. I would recommend this gym especially for beginners who want to commit, but need guidance getting into strength/weight training.

I come here for group classes (small class size). Both metocon and strength training are excellent! Extremely clean facility and new equipments.
Gio is an amazing and professional trainer/ coach. He is so good at motivating the class, constantly making sure we have good forms and always provides good modification if needed. He also does fitness related trivia questions in between sets so you get to learn something new during class. I also signed up for the 90 day fitness challenge. Gio put together a customized meal plan. Very easy to follow and I am not starving either. He also checks in on me and making sure I am on track and answered all of the question I had regards to diet and fitness.
People who come to this gym are very friendly. Excellent for everyone at all fitness levels. Highly recommend this place!

I had not worked out in 15 years, it's been 2 weeks of sessions, and I am already feeling better, and feel the burn after the work outs in the evening. If you are looking for a way to get back into shape, these 1 on 1's will do the trick. Vic is a great trainer.

I really like this gym. I searched and visited others and when I had finally given up I stumbled onto this gym. Kind of on accident. So glad I joined. It's small and positive. Abby is my trainer and she is great. Her personality is fun and she really cares to see me progress. I like gyms that have an active social media so this was great to see.
I enjoy coming each week and can't wait to see my progress.

Centerville strength systems is THE gym with great trainers who are knowledgeable with nutrition and on the form of your workout which is meticulously planned according to your goals.
I work with Gio who is the one of the best trainers here who pushes to reach your personal fitness goals at your pace. He does fitness trivia questions too in between the sets to ensure you are educated as well and not only flexing your muscles💪

This gym is awesome!! At first I was a little nervous since I’ve never done any strength training before, so I started with a few personal training classes first to get the fundamentals down. Now I’m 7 months in for the group classes and it’s the most consistent I’ve ever been at working out.
The instructors & other members are super friendly (shoutout to GIO!!) and not judgmental/intimidating at all. Highly recommend trying a couple classes here!

I’ve been working with Dylan at Centreville Strengths since March 2025 and I’ve seen such a great improvement in my overall strength and health. Not only does Dylan focus on strengthening areas that I have a lot of weakness in because of a past injury - he looks at my overall health and well being. If you are looking for someone who has recovery experience, I would highly recommend Dylan. Dylan always makes sure to take in what my daily life looks like and adjusts accordingly to my short and long term goals. I wish Centreville Strength was in Centreville sooner!

CSS is amazing! Clean gym, fun and informative classes, and friendly, knowledgeable coaches. Small class sizes mean personal attention, and I appreciate that they offer short-term contracts instead of locking you into long-term ones like many other class-based gyms.

I recently joined this new gym and couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. The facility is spotless and packed with the latest state-of-the-art equipment.
Every trainer is fully certified and knowledgeable, but also genuinely enthusiastic and fun to work with. They take the time to get to know you and tailor their advice to your goals, which makes every session feel personalized.

Highly recommend. I had personal trainers before with big corp gyms so I can immediately tell how professional and knowledgeable the trainers here are.
Abby spent most time explaining the form, adding several preparation practices to make sure I know what to do before even touching the actual stuff, monitoring the most details like my toe angles lol, all to make sure I don’t get hurt while maximizing the benefit of the exercise. I never had that experience before and am happy I finally get to understand everything I do in a gym.
Also they are not pushy in sales. I said I wanted 1 class a week because I have 2 other yoga classes already and was gladly accepted. Nobody pushes more classes to me. A monthly commitment is something I feel easy with too while in big corp gyms in order to get a lower price I had to pay a big chuck and got all the pushy sale pitches from trainers and gym manager when classes were running low.
So far I love everything about the gym and I look forward to more trainings here.

I’ve been going to this gym for about two weeks now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The facility is consistently clean and well-maintained, which is something I really value. The staff does a great job keeping the equipment sanitized and the locker rooms spotless.
The gym has a wide variety of equipment, from free weights and resistance machines to cardio gear, and everything is in excellent working condition. The classes are great.
The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the staff is always helpful and professional. Whether you’re new to working out or more experienced, this gym provides a comfortable environment to reach your fitness goals.

So glad I found Centreville Strength Systems just as they were starting up at the beginning of this year. David, the owner, brings a wealth of experience from his success at the Oakton location. I really appreciate the personalized approach. I wasn’t sure if a workout was working for me, so David actually came to observe my session with my trainer to recommend tweaks needed for my specific age-related needs. I can understand why he gets referrals from a spinal rehab place- I felt brand new and probably the best I have felt since a car accident last year. The personalized attention from my trainer Abby in one-on-one sessions and the fact that I have to go keeps me accountable. She always has positive energy, is encouraging, and cares about form (which helps me stay injury-free). She has also been graciously flexible with her schedule. You can tell the focus at CSS is not only on achieving goals within the four walls of the gym but also on getting to enjoy the benefits of life outside the gym through better health and strength.

An existing client from Oakton Strength System, and joined Centreville one right after it opened, since it is closer to my place. Friendly and knowledgeable trainers. For my job, I sit in front of computer for the whole day, and I have existing back and neck issue. They have plans to help me strength my back and core, stretch my body to be more flexible. Definitely will keep going there, and keep investing in my health.

Highly recommend this gym. The small group classes are amazing and effective. Parking is easy and you get a great one hour workout while improving your muscle strength. I love Gio and Mercedes as instructors and the owner, David is accessible and available to answer all questions. The best part of the workouts are the fact that they adjust for your own strength and your own abilities. Gio is a fantastic trainer and I love taking classes with him.

Centreville Strength Systems is a fantastic gym specializing in personal training and small group classes. Anyone can feel welcome regardless of their fitness ability. I like the small space and individualized attention with my personal training sessions.
It is a great alternative gym for someone who doesn't like the big box gym, and looking for a more individualized approach. They had many options and pricing so I was able to find the right fit for my budget and available time.

A new gym in Cville. Small but with focused attention and strong, consistent encouragement. I’ve worked with coaches Gio and Vic so far and both are great and positive coaches who make sure you’re lifting properly and in good form to prevent injury while getting the most out of your workout. I’ve worked out at the Strength Systems gym in Oakton and it is an excellent training studio with a group of class instructors and Personal Trainers that seem to be heavily vetted by David, the owner. After an early opening tour of the new Centreville location and a quick training session, it is obvious this location will be just the same. Top quality equipment in a clean and well thought out layout. Strength Systems know their stuff. 👍👍
