I need 10 stars to adequately sum up my experience with Lindsay, her training techniques and the nutrition guidance. I never thought I could trim so many inches off and gain so much strength in such a relatively short time. Weight loss wasn't in my goals, really, but I'm down almost 17 pounds in less than four months.
I love CHPT, Lindsay, my workout friends and the results! Best thing I ever did for myself!

The best health decision and investment I’ve ever made for myself! Clover Hill Personal Training is full-service. Lindsay, current on latest health research, provides a path for living a healthy lifestyle by creating unique workouts (all levels of fitness) each day and providing education/support for clean-eating. Another great perk (and the most fun) is the extraordinary, supportive community of women who have also invested in their health and live out their journey together. What an incredible environment! I describe CHPT’s classes as personal training meets group exercise! I have always loved group exercise because it is so much more motivating for me to work out with other people. Lindsay keeps the class sizes small, which allows everyone to get the personal attention that they need. The workouts are always different, which is another thing that keeps me coming back…you never get bored! I love working out with this great group of supportive women, who push me to be my best! This is the only place that I have ever worked out where I WANT to go to class every night instead of looking for an excuse to skip it…CHPT is my happy place!!! ❤️

Personal training in small, women only groups. It is the first gym I have ever been to that I have felt not only motivated but also comfortable. The trainers and members are the best! I go for my mental well being as well as my physical health. You will see results. I have found my home.
