I am not sure if it's just this studio or the company in general, but they are awful. The instructors are so inconsistent. I have taken classes from about five different instructors now and only two are good. The classes that are most desirable are always on a waitlist. They tell you to sign up on the waitlist since people cancel but why would I use all my 8 classes per month on waitlists just to risk not getting into them and then I have no time remaining in the month to use the classes I am paying $200 for? Being on a waitlist means I can't make other plans. I got suckered into signing up for a three month membership because on the day of the first free "class" I was told the enrollment fee would be waived. Mind you, the free "class" is literally just standing around for 20 minutes. Don't expect a workout. I told the manager I was used to taking classes like SolidCore which offer more intensity and reward. She convinced me that CP would be good because they offer cardio sculpt which is supposedly high intensity. However, the schedule shows only one of those classes offered per week so I have not had an opportunity to try it. Most classes are geared towards older individuals or people who do not exercise. I have tried my best to tolerate it the last two months, but it is a waste of my time.
I was planning to get through the month of December and never looking back but the other day was the last straw. I showed up for a 6:00 AM class and the instructor (who is the manager) did not show or send a notification that the class was cancelled. Everyone waited in the parking lot and eventually started leaving when there was no sign of her. I have been a member of several exercise studios for the past six years and never have I dealt with this level of unprofessionalism. Sending a text message an hour and fifteen minutes later apologizing and offering free socks does not cut it. Claiming that you were too sick to get to the computer on time to notify people is not an excuse. If you are the manager of the studio, you need to have a backup plan organized for situations like this. I am not even convinced she was sick because I had taken her classes before and she typically shows up later than the members and has a Starbucks in hand (presumably the reason for being late).
Conclusion, do not waste your time or money. I am new to the area and did not want to make the commute to SolidCore or CorePower. I now wish that I had chosen to do that instead of wasting my time at Club Pilates. I emailed them the day that the manager did not show up for class and have not received a response. If they refund me for the month I have left, I will update this review.

For a company that deals with mostly women to have your staff that demeans and talks down to women when trying to cancel a membership after three months is unacceptable. I called Gainesville and was NOT talked to the same way. Bristow is Never open early and could never find a class available.

All their classes are full and waitlisted which they don’t mention at sign up, they say not to worry about it, and you’ll get in, but I didn’t. It’s a money grab to keep signing on new members when classes are already full. I’ve been both a member, and been an instructor at other studio fitness gyms and none of them do business like this. Extremely unhappy with the service for the cost and when I voiced my concerns and asked to negotiate a solution they said there’s nothing they can do. Cancelled my membership and got charged other fees on top of it.

The instructors at Club Pilates Bristow are knowledgeable and friendly. The safety of each participant is important to them. If someone has a medical/ physical concern or issue, modifications of the exercises are given.
At 74 years of age, I find the classes enjoyable. Since becoming a member, my body is more toned and my physical strength has increased.
I encourage everyone to try pilates reformer at Club Pilates in Bristow. It may be just what you are looking for!

Had an account with them and try to cancel but they would continue to charge me. I wouldn’t recommend getting a membership with the when it is so difficult to get out a contract without them charging you hundreds of dollars!!!

Literally awful, consistently charged my card didn’t send me emails regarding late fees until they racked up, continued to get charged months after separating from this business. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I joined CPB back in July of 2024 and I feel better than I have in years. I have regained strength, I thought was long gone, after having multiple knee injuries, chronic joint pain and three pregnancies. Mentally, this practice has been a game changer for me. I feel so inspired and challenged by the teachers and the other members. If you’re on the fence about joining Club Pilates Bristow, I promise you, you won’t be disappointed.

Since starting my Pilates journey in late November I can truly say that I have not felt stronger in a very long time. My back and knee issues have improved tremendously as well . The instructors are so great with giving support and everyone is so friendly . I’m so happy I joined and can’t wait to see what the next 4 months look like !

Pilates is a wonderful low impact workout that improves posture, flexibility, balance and core strength. This practice is a excellent addition to the other forms of exercise I enjoy.

Club Pilates Bristow has truly changed my life in ways I never imagined. As a 56-year-old breast cancer survivor, I have faced challenges that tested my strength both physically and mentally. But through Pilates, I have become stronger than ever before, regaining not only my physical strength but also my confidence and resilience. The incredible instructors and staff at Club Pilates -Bristow have supported me every step of the way, guiding me with encouragement and expertise. Their dedication and passion have made this journey one of transformation and empowerment, and for that, I am forever grateful.

The front desk staff is amazingly kind and the instructors are very patient, you're guaranteed a good workout and it's never repetitive or boring. My favorites so far are Evy & Sara but I've literally never had a bad class or instructor I didn't like. I appreciate that they always help you with form and make sure you're comfortable & safe with the movements.
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, you can come here and get a good workout & leave feeling better than when you came in. Highly recommend!

Money hungry at the cost of the members. They have more members than they can handle at this point & they keep adding more without regard for the members they do have. Membership numbers increased but not the amount of classes they have. For the last 3 weeks, you can barely get in a class unless you book a week in advance and you'll likely still be on a waitlist. It's probably great for stay at home moms or those with a strict schedule but their policy isnt friendly to working professionals. They even expect you to come to the studio even if youre on the waitlist just to possibly not even get in. Who has time, gas and energy for that?
