I started training with Ariana after giving birth to my daughter. I was struggling with chronic back pain and overall weakness in my core and pelvic floor. Ariana took the time to teach me the basics that most people overlook and showed me how to truly help my body! This was my first experience with a personal trainer and found the experience to be absolutely fantastic! Really enjoyed setting up a nutrition plan with Ariana. She monitored my daily food log and we had weekly discussions to adjust my diet for a better outcome. Also received timely and helpful tips to increase the impact of my diet regime. A totally beneficial experience! My experience has been amazing. My trainer has been patient and able to train me regardless of my disability. She is able to plan my routines without affecting my pre - existing injuries. Every routine is different, so I continue to stay engaged. She encourages me not to give up, and I'm so glad she did. Because I am 15 pounds lighter, I'm still losing weight, and my pain level has significantly decreased.

Ariana is a fantastic trainer! She not only has a wealth of experience from years of training herself and others, but she goes above and beyond to educate herself about anything new that comes up for the individual she is training. As a person with joint hypermobility, Ariana has been a godsend. She has adapted quickly and expertly to my unique limitations and has developed a fitness program specifically tailored to my individual needs. In the five months since I started working with her, I've noticed improvements in strength and stability, and decreased pain, in all of the areas we've targeted. In addition to all of that, Ariana is a fantastic listener - she really listens and believes her clients, using that feedback to guide her training program. Working with her has been an excellent experience all around!

I’ve had a few trainers over the years and Ariana is by FAR the best one I’ve ever worked with! More than just watching you do exercises, she corrects your form and explains how things should work so you get the most out of your workout. She gently - but firmly 😊 - pushes you to work beyond what you think you’re capable of. Someone with medical issues can feel at ease working with her as she is also a trained EMT. She sanitizes the equipment constantly so there is no cross-contamination between clients. She’s professional, continuously educates herself in the field, and sincerely wants to see her clients improve their fitness level. She’s an amazing trainer and investing in her services is one of the best things you’ll ever do for yourself! As long as I have a job, Ariana will have a job! She is now a budgeted line item!

I've been training with Ariana for almost 10 months and I absolutely love it! My workouts are tailored to my needs, and they are effective and never boring. I also appreciate that she puts a strong focus on proper form, stretching, and preventing injury (I have past injuries so that's very important for me). It was a pleasure working with Ariana!! I bought a 16-session class pack where she always continued challenging me, and she was always happy to explain things or re-demonstrate exercises/proper form to me. Ariana was super accommodating of my schedule whenever I had a last-minute cancellation due to weather or any other reason. I was someone who didn't know anything about working out or nutrition, and I can say I learned a wealth of information after working with Ariana and I would definitely work work her again.. She's the best!!!

I started with Ariana about a year ago (minus some months for COVID this year) a couple months after I had a muscle flap surgery. I was so much weaker on my right side and range of motion was still not equal to my left. Just within a few months my range of motion was getting better and as close to equal as I could get. This year my strength has gotten so much better. Due to my surgery I still have work to do but I look nothing like when I started. Ariana is very knowledgeable in what she does and I would recommend her to anyone who needs to gain strength or just needs personalized training.

I have been training with Core Effects for almost 7 years. Ariana is not my first personal trainer but is most certainly the best. I competed as a bodybuilder for the first time at age 67 and recently for the 10th at age 71. Core Effects has been there with me every step of the way. It has not always been easy but I have received only the best possible training, nutritional guidance and support possible. While not everyone can compete, everyone can benefit from training and Core Effects offers the best. I have witnessed a full range of clients, elderly, physically challenged, obese, injured, etc., go to Core Effects through my years there. All have greatly benefited from the experience there. The best personal trainer is one who works with not for his/her client. My own relationship with Core Effects over the years has grown to be a true partnership.
