The setting for classes is open and friendly, and instructors and students alike are encouraging. I started coming here because I wanted to get stronger and leaner, and it seemed like a fun thing to do! I was right :)

I love the sense of community and encouragement from all the instructors! It's so helpful for a Level 1 person to be supported by the positivity of the instructors and the group! In Level 1 we work on foundational moves with a good long warmup! We end the classes with easy-to-follow choreo after working on a series of moves one by one with individual instructor encouragement. I look forward to it all week! Can't wait to try all the classes!! And each instructor brings a magic and love to class that is unique and endearing and inspiring!

We went to Doll House for a friend's birthday celebration. A lot of us were first timers. We had a really great time here. Pole dancing was fun especially with friends around.

Our dance instructor was friendly and nice. She taught easy but sexy steps :)

Would definitely recommend to anyone who just wishes to celebrate something in a different or for fitness too!

Doll House has made me feel like family from the very beginning. I started a few years ago, had to stop due to an injury and when I came back it felt like I never left. What I love most about Doll House is they welcome any and all as they are. Zero judgement. They also have a wide variety of instructors and classes which is fun because you have the opportunity to experience different instructors and their teaching styles. I plan on sticking around for good this time!

Loveee Doll House! I've been going here for a couple years and all the instructors are so talented and the classes are great! The owner, Von, is super sweet and is one of the best instructors ever! I recently was able to book a last minute bachelorette party for 8 with Von and it was a blast! Von was very accommodating, took photos for us, and responded to all our questions beforehand! She taught us a mini choreo for our song request and extra pole moves, and all the girls had so much fun!! If you're looking for a place to start pole or to host a party, highly recommend doll house!!

Be wary of the high rating - if your review is not to their liking they’ll flag it to have it removed.

My review was a follows:
* Extremely clique-y here (both instructors & students, secret facebook groups etc).
- would not especially recommend if you’re just there for a fun workout because some of the other people (& even some of the instructors) that attend, they are not welcoming and give “you can’t sit w/ us” high school cafeteria energy.
* If owner doesn’t like you they’ll make you do push ups instead of stretching during her stretches class (instead of showing you how to the move the right way originally).
* Pick and choose who they give the late fee too and who they let in class past the allotted time.
* Overcrowding, 2-3 people per pole for some classes. Better off at that price point buying a pole for your home instead and learning from online classes.

Also had a situation during one of Vons stretching classes where I didn’t have a hair tie and she made a spectacle with other students of helping tie up my hair up. I have 3A/3B hair texture, so just be wary if you have my texture and up cause I wouldn’t want you to be publicly ridiculed either (it’s giving micro aggression).

Overall wouldn’t recommend if you’re a introvert/neurodivergent or even just looking for a fun work out, much better pole studios in the NOVA area that are more inclusive and actually worth your money!

This studio will make you feel welcome no matter where you are on your dance/pole journey. I love the owner, the instructors, the vibes, and how inclusive they always are.

It’s a joy to be here, a low stress environment where you can have fun and feel supported by everyone around you. It’s easy to feel pressure to constantly perform and prove yourself in pole, and Doll House doesn’t do that to you. I have been to Doll House several times over the past few years and I love it there. Everyone is friendly, all the moves are sexy, and its a lot of fun. I have gotten to know the owner Von over time and she is lovely. I sadly have not taken any of the flex classes, however, some of my friends have and said they really enjoyed them. I have taken several routine classes and LOVED them. If you are in the area and looking for a fun and sexy workout, I highly recommend Doll House.

They overcrowd their classes so you almost always have to share a pole with 2 or 3 partners. You basically lose half of your class because of that. Not what I paid for. Maybe it was a slow season when I tried it out, because the first few classes weren't like that so I signed a 6 month contract. HUGE mistake. In total I paid about $1000 over 6 months to watch someone else pole dance half the time. The vibe can be cliquey there... I feel like there are the people who are serious pole dancers and the people who are just looking for a fun workout. The serious pole dancers are part of that "community" and in my opinion feel compelled to kiss up to the owner. If you're just there for a fun workout (whichever 1 you are, you're paying the same money so it shouldn't matter) and don't care about being part of that crowd or community, just want to voice your concerns with the owner and don't care about kissing up, be prepared to be treated like trash. She'll take your money and disrespect you because she knows you're locked in with a contract. It's also located in some shady warehouse area in Manassas. I was always looking over my shoulder at night when I walked to my car. I kept my mace in my hand and locked the car doors the second I got in.

“Enrolled here to prepare for my wife coming back from a month long job placement. At first things seemed pretty hard to do, but our instructor was able to bring out the dancers in all of us. The studio is super clean and GORGEOUS! The instructors are super nice and the owner is very welcoming. If you have had any desire to check out a pole studio, whether a brand new newbie or a veteran poler, def worth checking out. They have lots of merch from well known brands, as well as their own studio specific gear, which are very durable and appropriate for anyone's athletic collection. I know lots of girls travel from MD to attend the regular classes as well as the specialty classes. I can't wait to attend more classes and check out some specialty workshops! I always leave the studio having learned something new.
