Been coming to Langley Eaglewood / Raptor Golf Course for nearly two decades and the course has never been in better shape. The golf pro shop staff and marshal are always friendly, polite and professional. While I know we can't help everyone's pace of play it is always a great time. Thank you Andy and TEAM!
We also love the semi-annual Night-Glow golf events, but unfortunately learned this fall's Nov 7th event may get canceled. Thanks for the experiences.

One of the best courses are this area. There is nothing like looking down the fairway, to see a F22 raptor flying over.

Course was in great shape per usual! The staff continues to do a great job. 3d group out and we played in less than 4 hours. The pace was fantastic. We maybe waited on the group ahead of us on 3 to 4 shots. Way too many unrepaired ball marks on the green. Players need to start doing their part and repair them. Fairways were in great shape and the rough provided the proper challenge. Not too short, not too deep. Great experience, looking forward to my next visit.

My husband plays at Langley three days a week. The monthly fee is amazing. He has played at other golf courses at $30-60 per round. If you play more than 2-3 times weekly, itβs more bang for your buck to get a membership at Langley AFB with unlimited play. This is a no-brainer and can save lots of money.

Course is always in good shape especially for a military base course. It Does get old playing it as it is a pretty bare bones course. most of the carts are trash. The Cart lady is very nice but the dudes at the pro shop can be cranky. Would be 4 stars if the pro shop dudes werenβt rude

Course is in really great shape. Greens are looking great! The only complaint I would have is some golfers not understanding pace of play. I would like to see the starters or marshalls educating pace of play and let faster golfers through. Almost everyone in the pro shop is super nice which makes the experience better. Overall still one of my favorite to play on a regular basis!

Course is in fantastic shape. Only issue is pace of play and groupings. I doubt the Marshall did this however between my group of 4, there was 6 people in front of us playing together and 5 people playing behind us. Our tee time was at 11 and yet we didnβt tee off until 15 minutes later.

I am a disabled veteran that loves to play golf! The team at Eaglewood Golf Course- Langley AFB are amazing! From the front desk staff to the greens keepers everyone is professional and very friendly! They are always willing to help anyone out if needed. This is my first year here as a retiree and playing here has really helped me transition into my next phase of life! Thank you Eaglewood Team!!

Great course. ALWAYS in great shape no matter the time of the year. Easy walk as itβs flat. Fairways are generously wide if you miss hit. Nice pro shop with everything you need. Itβs next to the air field so can expect to hear lots of jet noise. Overall this is a must play course if youβre in the area and can get on base.

Hard to get on base if you're not military, which I understand.
If sponsored by a veteran or active duty soldier at Eustis, I get an ID (with photo) from the visitors center that's good for a year. I show that ID with my driver's license, and I can drive on base in my vehicle to the golf course. Is that something Langley can look into?

Went to the driving range. It's nothing fancy, but not expensive either. There are distance posts marked by color but not numbered. Didn't golf here, but from what I saw the course was about the same, great bang for the buck without a lot of bucks.

I won't go back, golf marshal was extremely rude, we were 2 minutes late trying to find hole one to tee off, so he purposely put us behind a group of senior walkers. Then he forced us to tee off while the group was 250 out, the low end of my driving range. Ended up waiting 10 minutes on each hole to tee off so once in awhile we drove a 2nd if we thought we may not recover the ball (on 3 holes max). Again, this guy was super rude gave us the business for hitting a 2nd which, from my understanding, is allowed in regulation for a stroke penalty. Pro shop staff was super nice and professional. I won't go back based on this guy's actions. I have golfed all over VA and FL, never have been treated this poorly. He acted like he was managing Pebble Beach, when the course itself was below average.

I have played this course about 20 times since I have been here and it has always been great. I decided on a Tuesday to play after work with a few buddies and it ended horribly. The course looked terrible and greens were a mine field. We started at 4 and the dude at the front desk said carts had to be in by 7. So we played to finish 5 till. On hole 17 someone came out and said carts had to be in by 645. We informed the individual that the website and the front desk said 7. He then pulled his position of power in a disrespectful manner in which I did not approve of. Needless to say I will not be returning and I highly suggest to anyone wanting a good golf day with a few buddies to attend another course.

If you golf here bring some insect repellent. I was littered with chigger bites for a couple of weeks. Their bathroom on the 10th hole is not maintained well. A nice looking course, but it's a battle with insects, especially if your hits aren't literally center on the fairway.

I attended some promotion to enocourage golfers to learn the new 2019 rules, and had a blast. Free class, lunch, and 9 holes. Anyway, this course is in the air force base way in the back. The staff is very nice and the guys I teamed with were cool. The course is very flat and predictable, so easier for bad golfers like me. All in all, it's worth playing here at least once.

I waited 24 minutes to get a cold turkey sandwich (and it would have been longer if I hadn't pushed them). The sandwich came slathered in butter (I guess all toast must be buttered) and was missing the cranberries. Nice people, but don't go unless you have time to burn...

Put your next round into full throttle by bombing drives, sticking irons into greens, and putting with confidence, while taking in the sight lines and thunderous F15s kicking in their after burners. The course is in pristine condition. The greens roll true and almost no signs of summer aeration remain. The fairways are excellent, and feature a distinct cut between fairway and rough. The grounds crew clearly takes pride in the course both in aesthetics and playability. Friendly staff. I highly recommend playing Eaglewood GC.

Course was in good condition but very plain, and rental clubs were covered in dirt, mismatching sets (LH and RH), and the employee was short tempered. Plus, the prices for carts are OUTRAGEOUS!
Not sure if this is standard, but they set up tee times every 5 minutes, which caused a lot of congestion and stress. Lastly, you don't get many balls at the range for the 1$ it costs. If you have the military ID to get on base, go to Cheatham Annex instead.

The Raptor course is an 18 hole course that is mostly flat because of it's location on the bay. The greens and fairways are kept up well enough, but not great. Service is friendly and helpful, fees are low, carts are gas driven and reliable. Pace of play is usually pretty quick as a lot of the players are military members under 40 years old. This younger playing crowd leads to a lot of foot prints in the bunkers, cigarette butts here and there, unfilled divots on the par 3's. Overall a good course, but don't expect Masters conditions. NOTE: It requires a military or civilian government ID to play unless you are a guest of one of these.
