A victim of the pandemic, this business seems to be pay-to-view streaming only. (Zoom) I paid for a “drop-in” on their website, found as a result of a Google search. Nothing on the website indicated the class location. I went to their Apple Maps location and found a broom closet filled with service workers having a meeting.

I tried to call but their phone number on Google and Apple Maps was not in service. Also, I haven’t received an answer to my email inquiry yet.

Upon returning home, I found an email with a link to a Zoom meeting, broadcasting from a basement.

No harm on them, but there’s a ton of YouTube channels doing the same thing for free.

Took a vinyasa flow class this morning with Ann and couldn't be happier. A beautiful, clean facility, wonderful service and an excellent class.

I have been practicing yoga and Pilates here since June 2017 and it is the perfect studio for me in terms of location, variety of classes, and excellent teachers. Given my schedule, I mostly take classes with Mary McIntyre, Dawn Curtis, Isabelle Ulsh, Yvette Carlucci and David Miller. I have taken classes occasionally with Karen Andújar, Ann Vari, and Stacy Meadows. I must say they are all very good teachers and I am enjoying being a regular member of East Meets West Yoga Center. The studio offers many different workshops and I have attended a couple. There is ample parking and one of two elevators in the building is always there to rush into if you’re in a hurry and don’t want to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. I live so close to the studio that I don’t mind the absence of any shower facility. EMWYC offers terrific beginner/gentle, mixed level hatha, yin, basic/slow flow vinyasa, vinyasa, and prenatal yoga classes; yoga sculpt (with weights); Pilates; and a variety of other classes and workshops. The studio is very well-maintained, offers plenty of mats and props (but bring your own dumbbells for yoga sculpt because some classes are highly popular and there may not be enough for everyone). I’m a BIG fan of this studio because it offers a good variety of classes ranging from slower paced gentle yoga to vinyasa/ashtanga yoga. Check it out!

I chose this yoga studio because it is around the corner from Play, Work or Dash. I have a young daughter, a husband that travels a lot for work and am working on a routine that includes more self-care. So this combination is amazing! (A place to drop my daughter so she can play, socialize w kiddos her age and do crafts while I pop around the corner and get some time for myself to reset, move my body and recenter my energy)

The studio also has late morning and lunch time classes every day during the week which was really important to me. I’ve been slowly trying different classes and have been enjoying trying out all the different styles that are offered. I’ve really enjoyed the teachers as well. They just moved to a new studio that is gorgeous too! It feels more spacious and has beautiful light w all the windows and feels very serene! Thanks you!

Big studio. Knowledgeable teachers. Welcoming clients and staff. I was just in town for a few days and I love exploring yoga studios and this studio was a nice visit. I took a slow vinyasa flow and it was slow yet still kept a challenge and the instructor offered plenty of variations keeping in mind her varied students (injuries, experience, etc). I would recommend this for anyone looking for yoga who doesn’t want the hot yoga experience.

Every single class is well thought out and geared to a specific group of people. So if you are looking to get fit, find peace and joy, run, don't walk to sign up for classes. You will not be disappointed. It is head and shoulders above any yoga studio I have taken classes at.

I love the Kundalini class with Vilma on Tuesday nights. I've been to some of the other classes and the were great. But Vilma's class is my middle of the week escape.

I took the prenatal yoga class which was a very relaxing and fun class. There were some great stretches and they were very accommodating to different levels of pregnancy. I met some really nice women and enjoyed the class. Dawn is very nice and responsive to questions and willing to help to accommodate any specific needs or requests. They are also great as far as helping out in the community.
