F45 Training Bon Air is a 45 minute workout that will challenge you like never before. The F stands for functional training, a mix of cardio, resistance, hybrid and recovery workouts geared towards everyday movement. 45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping and heart-pumping fun. Fun and energetic coaches, great vibes from all members, always clean, new equipment. Out of all the gyms I have been a member at its top 3 for sure. The only thing I can say is the Studio is smaller than most so it can get crowded during the larger classes, but still a great place to workout and make friends.

I worked out exclusively at home for years and was looking for a new routine after experiencing some plateaus and boredom. I never thought I’d enjoy leaving the comfort of my home gym for a workout but a good friend invited me to a class and from the very first time I was hooked. The variety in each 45 minute session keeps it fresh and new in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and encouragement not just from the training team but from other attendees as well. The location is very convenient with plenty of parking and safe even for those early morning workouts. I’ve enjoyed my workouts at F45 Midlo and recommend a visit. There are plenty of daily sessions to fit most lifestyles and schedules.

I can't say enough great things about F45 Midlo. After speaking with Coach Mike, and being encouraged to take my first class (I was terrified as I had not worked out in a long time), I left class on a fitness high! From the workouts, to the motivating coaches, and the community, it's exceeded my expectations. It's the fastest, most rewarding 45 minute workout you could possibly ask for. I did the 21 day challenge to get a jump start on my fitness journey, and I don't regret training at F45. The staff creates a friendly and motivational atmosphere, and provided good advice or assistance whenever I needed it. Each of the coaches I trained with were very knowledgeable and easy to follow when giving instructions. I noticed results after attending just 9 classes. I would recommend F45 Midlothian to anyone looking for an intense workout in an inclusive and friendly environment.

I can not say enough about how much I love (possibly obsessed) with F45.
I started 6 mo. ago. My 3rd day in - I knew I was hooked.
I have tried almost everything. This by far has been my most favorite, most comprehensive total body workout. It targets all muscle groups (few didn’t know existed). It is the perfect blend of cardio and strength training. I have always focused on health and fitness, however, F45 has taken me to the next level.
As a woman past my prime (50yrs old - ha!), I was becoming vividly aware that the aging process will soon catch up to me, and I needed to increase my mobility, flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular health. F45 gets it done. It provides exactly what it is named after “Functional" fitness.
It builds strength for everyday movements improving my overall mobility and longevity. Overall in 6 months: I’ve lost 10 pounds, gained visible muscle definition, and increased total body strength. I also have less physical aches and pains in my joints. All the physical changes are wonderful, but what keeps me hooked more than anything is the mental health benefits. As a mental health provider, exercise is at the top of my list for overall improved well being. With F45 there has been significant gains mentally: feel clearer, more focused, & more stable moods. My take away = JUST try it ! Do not let your age or fitness level be a barrier, in no time you will reap the rewards of what it means to TRULY “take care of yourself,“ and establish significant positive gains in your mind, body & spirit. Hands down F45 has been one of the BEST workouts I have ever experienced.

I have been a member since they opened in 2022 and I absolutely love working out here! It is more than just a gym, it is a community. The trainers are EXCEPTIONAL. They motivate you and help you during any stage of your fitness journey. Management does a fantastic job hosting social events and monthly activities to keep things fresh and fun. The members welcome you with open arms and keep you accountable. The classes change constantly and you are in and out in 45 minutes. Was in Richmond recently and did a free class! Ended up working out for a week. Great workout and upbeat. Music was great, and trainers were personable.
