Soup is great! Workouts and macro tracking are great. What I like most about Soup is his ability to motivate me to motivate myself to keep working towards my goals.

I enjoyed working with Soup! Soup started training me December of 2020. He holds you accountable and even checks in on days he’s not training you. It’s very helpful that he provides workouts and suggestions for which type of cardio to do. He definitely challenges you to grow, whether it’s to increase in weights or reps. I enjoyed the boxing sessions as well. That’s the great part of working with Soup, it’s the opportunity to try new routines that suit your needs.

I was referred to Soup by an acquaintance. I needed someone who could modify workouts to my current "deconditioned" state of abilities. After just 3 months of working with Soup, my balance and strength improved significantly as did my muscle mass. He knew how to push me enough to make me better and he always made me feel supported, never ashamed. I left every session feeling positive about what I accomplished. Soup reminded me that it's important to put myself first. If you need a great partner for your fitness journey, look no further, Soup is the one!

I am in my late 60's and very overweight. When I was searching for a personal trainer I did not expect anyone to jump at the chance to help. Soup responded immediately and was confident he could support me in my efforts to improve my overall fitness.

Soup had many good ideas regarding eating choices. He said he has tried everything from Keto to Intermittent Fasting and would not recommend anything he has not tried. Soup can provide the strengths and weaknesses of each food plan, and streamline the food program that best fits my needs.

Of course, he said I needed to begin to move! I began on a track at a local high school. Soup also recommended other safe places to walk. We are now incorporating floor exercises.

Soup keeps in constant contact with me. We frequently text between sessions for any questions I might have. I have lost 45 pounds in 8 months. I 100% recommend him!

Soupar is better than a trainer, he is part life coach. He has helped me with nutrition, sustainable exercise and just enjoying being more active. He has seen me transform over the years and I owe a lot to his support and commitment to his clients.

Soup was more than a trainer, he became a teacher and a friend. He created a training program that helped me get back into race-fitness mode, and gave me a nutrition plan that kept me honest and on track to reach my goals. He was always available to answer any questions I had. Soup introduced me to power lifting, and I'm still at it, and loving it. I highly recommend him to help you reach your fitness goals!

I was randomly matched with Soup way back when he worked at XSport and followed him when he left. He's the real deal - your work with him doesn't begin and end at the gym, but rather, he keeps you accountable throughout your day and week, from meal planning to rest days. Soup is the personification of the idea that fitness is a lifestyle, not just a thing that you do in the gym a few times a week.

My schedule is often hectic, with a lot of work travel and unpredictable hours, but Soup kept me on track and was very flexible with scheduling. You can really tell that he cares about his clients and is invested in their success.

Soup also tailors workouts to you, keeping them varied and interesting. Not to mention that he's a riot! Workouts aren't always fun, but he knows how to keep you smiling through those last few reps when you want to die (or kill him - if only you had enough energy).

Soup was an awesome person to train with! If I hadn't moved away from the area, I would still being going to him. I would hit him up at random times for help with deciding appropriate food options. And he was extremely flexible with my rotating work schedule. Once I moved, I tried other trainers, but it just wasn't the same.

Soup is definitely one of a kind. I chose him as a trainer because when I first met him I liked his vibe. He's got a great personality, so all those grueling workout sessions were more than bearable. They were actually fun -- despite all the sore muscles! Even when I was struggling through a workout session, I was still always laughing. I can be stubborn, and he was very patient with me in finding ways to incorporate the foods I like with his nutritional plan. And I absolutely noticed results when I followed his plan of action!

If you're willing to put in the effort and you want a motivating trainer who talks to you like a friend, I HIGHLY recommend Soup! I've encouraged friends and colleagues to go to him because he honestly cares about helping you reach your goals, and you'll leave every session energized and motivated to keep going. He definitely sets the bar high.

Soup is an incredible trainer. I am NOT a morning person, but he made me excited to get out of bed at 5:30 AM and go train with him. Soup is easily the most motivating person I've ever worked with.

He catered my workouts to my specific needs and goals, and pushed me to go harder everyday. He is also very creative and keeps the workouts different every time so it doesn't get boring. For example, I told him one day that I randomly had boxing wraps in my car, and then the next time we trained we boxed! I really appreciate that he likes to switch it up in the gym and keep it fun -- no two workouts will be the same.

Even on days that we weren't training together, he would still check in with me and make sure that I was cardio and eating properly. He keeps it real and holds you accountable by checking in every single day.

Working with Soup was truly a pleasure and I cannot wait to start working with him again. I highly recommend him to anyone at any fitness level -- Soup will change your life!

Soup was such a joy to work out with!!! I looked forward to our workouts at the end of the day. He made the experience fun, and encouraged me and educated me throughout the process. He cares about his clients and takes the time to get to know them individually. One of the things I appreciated the most about working out with Soup was his focus on safety right at the beginning and testing my skills levels and flexibility instead of just throwing me into a workout routine. For me that was important b/c I was new to working out and with a less experienced or more "results-driven" trainer I could've easily ended up with injuries. Overall, I loved working out with Soup and would highly recommend him to anyone whose looking for a trainer.

Before going to Soupar as a personal trainer I had tried gyms, workout videos, and morning boot camps. All of them ended up being incredibly boring, and when it's boring it's not effective. Soupar know how to keep the workouts interesting and effective. He took the time to talk to me and figure out my goals, then crafted a carefully planned routine. And the plan is not rigid, but is tailored to address any issues that may occur during the time between visits. I credit him with helping get my weight down, my cholesterol in control, and helping get off the medication that the doctor put me on. Outside of sessions Soupar keeps track of all of his clients regarding exercise and diet. Overall he is a consummate professional who takes the goals seriously, while keeping the journey fun.
