Fit Health is a welcoming gym where you can get results. We work in a small group environment which gives you group accountability and community, but you also get a personalized workout fit to your needs. The end result is: you get stronger, more flexible, and you ultimately get in shape! Just what I need as a mom of two active kids!

I joined almost a year ago and I am very glad that I did. I've learned I need to schedule gym time on my calendar so the class style works well for me. The members are a great community. Coach is very knowledgeable and helped me work through nagging injuries that derailed previous attempts to get back in shape. While not cheap, Fit Health is a good value.

Charles is a great trainer with a real focus on meeting you where you are at and ensuring that you are on a path for lifelong fitness. I have been doing group training with him for a year and a half. I am much stronger and in better shape than I’ve been in many years. Even if I am feeling lousy or have a pain, I am grateful that I showed up as Charles will work on addressing the pain or adjust the workout to my needs. Very welcoming and fun environment for people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels.

I joined Coach Charles’ fitness program in January 2022 and have never looked back since. He got me on track towards establishing a solid exercise routine and I’ve come a long way in terms of my overall fitness. He keeps me accountable.
The workouts are always very interesting and they’re designed to build strength over time and minimize injury. The class sizes are small and he provides individual attention that helps me learn the correct technique for each exercise. Saturday workouts usually involve some outdoor activity, so I highly recommend those as well.
Overall, very satisfied with the experience and I see myself being a member for the foreseeable future!

Update: 1/7/23 - it has now been a year in the program and Coach Charles has really made a difference for me. I am down about 12 pounds over the year and his lessons and coaching have helped me tremendously. If you need help losing weight or for health reasons I cannot recommend him more highly.
I highly recommend Coach Charles and Fit Health. I signed up for their program and am only 3 weeks into it and starting to see significant results. Coach Charles is excellent and knows exactly what he is doing. If you need to get back into shape, he is the one to help.

My name is Matt Skowronski, I am 19 years old and I just finish my freshman year at the United States Naval Academy. Thanks to Coach Charles I finished my first year of Division 1 collegiate water polo injury free. Throughout high school I experienced several shoulder injuries resulting from tendonitis and sore muscles due to overuse. I would find myself sitting out important games or tournaments in order to heal. Seeking a long-lasting solution to these injuries and to improve my level of play, I came to Coach Charles at FitHealthUSA in 2012. With the help of Coach Charles, I no longer experience any type of injury, have improved the strength and velocity of my shot, enhanced my level of endurance in the pool, have a better posture and physique. I started working out with Coach as a 260 pound guy who used to be a fit athlete. I have tried to lose weight before by working out on my own, or doing different diets. These things would help me lose a few pounds, but I would gain that weight back immediately after I finished. I have had a shoulder surgery, 2 knee surgeries, and 2 ankle surgeries, and I am only 28!!! In only two months working with Coach Charles, I have already dropped down 3 inches off my waist, putting me well ahead of what my goal schedule is. He has also been very patient with my past injuries to help me build the muscles that I needed to in order to stop feeling pain in these areas. I already feel stronger than I ever have before, and that has been the biggest takeaway I have had from working with Coach. I am not where I want to be yet with my goals, which is why I plan on working with Coach until I reach these goals. He has helped me transform my lifestyle, from being more active, to eating better. No more eating whole pizza as a light snack for me!!!
