fit20 helps people of all ages win back their strength and vitality in 20 minutes per week. The fit20 training method was built on decades of scientific evidence, and by utilizing this science, fit20 has created the most efficient and effective way to improve your health and fitness. The movements are slow, and the resistance is optimized for each person. Together with a personal trainer, our members work towards maximum effort on six pieces of specialized equipment. Also, training at fit20 is by appointment only. This has made the transition into a socially-distant environment seamless and allows us to maintain the highest levels of safety and service possible. I love working with Morgan at Fit20! She is so motivating! All the trainers are great there! I have NEVER stuck to a work out routine for longer then 2 months, in my entire life! But I have been going to Fit20 every week for about 6 months now, and I can’t imagine my routine without Fit20! I have a very sedentary job and it causes a lot of aches and pains, but on my Fit20 days I feel SO much better! Can’t recommend them enough! Give them try, you won’t regret it!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 session trial with Rebecca at Fit20 in downtown Fredericksburg! She was so encouraging and professional. As a pretty active person I was very impressed with how sore I was after each session. It was a unique experience and I will definitely consider becoming a member in the future (after my contract is up in my current gym.) I am excited to have both my husband and brother wanting to give it a try!

I have been going to the Frederickaburg Fit 20 going on 8 months now. Having tried multiple training programs in the past, I was doubting this one would be any different. But it is! I am loving the 20 minutes, the philosophy and especially the one on one attention. That specialized training makes all the difference to me. I have a great trainer (Nick) and when he is off , the other trainers step up and I get an equally great session. I highly recommend Fit 20 for anyone wanting to improve their health or add to their fitness regiment. Also a shout out to Cissie who helps me reschedule which is so easy!

I love the one on one sessions I had with the different staff members for each of my sessions. Everyone was well versed on the function of the machines and pushing me to put forth my best efforts!!! Would definitely recommend this to my friends and family and it’s a great fit for individuals that don’t have the time to work out every day!!!

I am a nutritionist here in the Fredericksburg area and for the last three months I have been working out at fit20 with Rebecca as my trainer. Over the last ten years of trying about every workout there is, I can honestly say that fit20 has proven to be the most effective, efficient and sustainable workout I have ever done. The science behind it is truly amazing and I have already gained so much strength. My spine is fused and though I have always strived to keep more core strong I have struggled with SI joint and back pain for years. That is, until now. Fit20 has truly transformed my body and I have never once recommended a specific workout to any of my clients until now.
