I've had a great experience at FT Mclean. I was nervous about working with a personal trainer but my reservations disappeared after my first session. The 1-1 training, exercise program and nutritional plan have all really helped me get the scale going in the right direction!

I finally found my perfect gym! The staff is unbelievable! So welcoming and friendly. The knowledge I have learned from them in just the first 5 sessions is amazing. I have been squatting wrong my entire lifting life, but I would have never known until I tried FT. The building is beautiful and has a warm, welcoming feeling. Everything is clean and organized. I can already see and feel the progress and am very excited to see where and how far the team can push me this year!

Good news McLean! Fitness Together Studio has arrived. High quality Personal Training in a private suite equipped with state of the art equipment. Professional assessment followed by a personalized training program has mitigated my reluctance to exercise and is starting to show results. Mobility and strength training are really essential as we get older, and this is the place to do it.
