Was in the New Kent area on a work trip. Fit Phil had a great price for a guest pass with easy access to door during non-staffed hours. Had a wide variety of equipment which allowed me to stay on program. Thank you!

This gym was great however the owners make it nearly impossible to cancel your membership. Part of the reason I joined this gym was the flexibility to cancel as I knew it was going to be temporary as I was moving. They require you to send a letter through the mail to cancel (crazy in 2025). I sent a letter dated 1/10 and texted a picture of the letter to Phil which he acknowledged. On 2/10 I texted to follow up to ensure my account was canceled as requested in the letter. No response. Finally after 9 days and 3 follow up texts I get a response that they did not receive my letter and could not cancel my account. If you want to operate a virtual business with no onsite staff you need to be able to operate online not via snail mail and hopes that your letters are reaching the north pole.

I had to switch from Golds to FitPhil due to convenience and having to switch to mornings. The set up was SO EASY and they have everything you need! The early Am atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. Super easy to get in your zone! I also love the weekly billing option!

This is the boutique gym you wish you had in your garage!!! I fell in love with the photos when I was looking for a gym home and knew I made the right decision once I met Phil.
