Can’t get anymore local than this! I loveeeeee this studio, it was one of the first places I went to when I moved to Virginia Beach.. life changing. Teresa is a beautiful soul and brings out the best in everyone. Pilates is her LIFE and you can feel it beaming from her when she teaches. This isn’t some run of the mill workout, it’s catered to you and your needs, even in the group class. Fitness or rehab, Pilates is for everyone and you’re in good hands at Flo Pilates. HIGHLY recommended!

Pilaties is an extremely usefull tool that should go along with every strength training rutine if powerful dynamic movement is the name of the game! I've been a sponsored kiteboarder that always enjoyed a method grab in the air but as I got older I wasn't able to reach the board in the split second I was in the air. Teresa at Flo pilaties taught me IN ONE CLASS how to stretch my hips and the next day I was back doing grabs BETTER THAN IVE EVER DONE BEFORE! Teresa with Flo Pilaties will bring you game to the next level.

Absolutely beautiful studio! Flo Pilates teaches truly authentic pilates, which is hard to come by these days. Teresa and her team are so kind, but their sessions are no joke! So knowledgeable about the body and have a rare ability to truly customize your sessions. I have noticed such great results in my strength, stamina, posture, and above all -- body awareness. My chronic back pain has disappeared since discovering Flo Pilates. Can't say enough great things about this place ;)

I have been going to this studio for over a year and it has transformed my body, mind, and soul. All of the teachers care deeply about the clients and cater such an individualized session each and every time you go in. I have finally found the workout that works for me and my home in Flo Pilates Studio!

As far as the previous review, there isn’t even an Erin that works there. Don’t let the robot fake review deter you from this incredible studio!

Nice facilities but the instructor Erin was jarring, uninterested, and unwilling to give muc more than what seemed like her "script." I'd assume this is a fluff job for her because it did not seem like she wanted to be there. I may try out other instructors, but she just a bad taste in my mouth.
