Form Focus Pilates offers one-on-one Reformer Pilates classes with a highly knowledgeable instructor with years of experience teaching clients of all ages 16 +, sizes, and fitness levels. Watching others do Pilates on the reformer machines it's clear the instructor can not be everywhere at once. I knew I would definitely do things incorrectly if I did not have one on one attention in a calm setting. I have been thrilled to find Sara, such a talented Pilates trainer who gives me feedback on immediate loss of form, areas of weakness to work on outside of sessions and insights on my particular body mechanics. I have been working with Sara since April and it has been a transformative experience. I have worked out for many years but always felt it was a chore. These one on one sessions with Sara has changed my mindset about exercise, and equally important it has helped alleviate years of knee and back pain. Consider yourself lucky if you’re able to get a spot in Sara’s client schedule: she offers custom instruction in a private environment. Each class is tailored to the individual and evolves as your strength and flexibility increases. I particularly appreciate her knowledge of pilates: her focus on form to increase efficacy, her ability to modify exercises to adapt to a unique client’s needs, and how no two sessions are alike.
