My child is enjoying this amazing experience at G Force. She has been getting so much better at all her skills. She has told me about the amazing couches and friends she has made this past few years.

my two kids have been been coming almost 2 years and they only moved up once. My kids were very excited to start but later they didn’t want to come at all as they told me they kept doing the same thing and they found it boring. I guess they had a point as they have been doing the same thing almost 2 years!!! We brought it to the coaches attention, but it seemed like it was because of my kids at the end, - not that they had coaches who kept changing. i still strongly believe the kids who start with such excitement and who kept coming 2 long years, their excitement would have been kept if they were giving the right training and approach. the saddest part is that as i was reading the reviews, it looks like the G-Force is not taking any responsibility on the feedbacks. They are always right 😊. Unfortunately, this was a waste of time and money for us.

We have been going to GForce rec classes for about 1.5 years. My daughter started in beginner, moved to advanced beginner and now intermediate. She just was invited to try out for pre team and is 10. It takes my daughter longer to gain skills but we have had nothing but support from her coaches and private teachers. For parents who want kids to level up quick this is not the sport for you. Gymnastics takes long dedication and exacting precision. If ever an issue or question I met with the coaches and asked questions who would give me an overview of what my daughter needed to work on to move up. They have two gyms. One for rec and one for team and two sets of instructors. I have found them professional. They are selective for team so you work through rec generally before getting an invite. I am happy to be a customer and my daughter is happy. She is developing on her timeframe and is learning valuable skills as well as a healthy activity. I am thankful we found GForce.

I have been a proud member of the G-Force Gymnastics community for over a year, and i can confidently say that the rec staff here does a phenomenal job of effectively improving the skill of their athletes. The owners go above and beyond to ensure the happiness and welcoming community feel in the gym.

So bad experience. I saw other reviews, they tell the truth that coach is just stand there. So does my kids coach. And my kid doesn’t improve after 3 months taking this gymnastics program. The coaching quality is inconsistent, and there is a lack of professionalism among some instructors. If you’re unlucky, your child may end up with a coach who is not only unprofessional but also lacks patience.
I raised these concerns with the manager, but unfortunately, nothing changed. There seems to be little effort to address the issue, and the response was quite disappointing.

My children love G Force Gymnastics! My four year old asks me to please take him with actual desperation in his voice. The classes have been a huge source of confidence and joy for my little ones. I've met many families who swear by it as an integral part of their children's social and physical development. Now with two children of my own I understand why. It's also a very warm and inviting environment which I truly appreciate.

After the aggressive behavior and bullying that two girls, aged 11 and 12, directed toward my 8-year-old daughter, I feel it is necessary to share the truth and highlight important concerns about one of the most unprofessional gyms in the area. I want to ensure that my child’s experience is not ignored.
That s why I would like to share my experience with this gymnastics gym in hopes of providing helpful insight for other parents.
1. Limited Communication and Lack of Security Camera Functionality
One major concern is the gym’s communication policies, which seem to limit open dialogue and feedback from parents. While parents are allowed to drop off their children and leave, the security cameras inside the facility are not operating and do not record any events. This lack of surveillance raises concerns about transparency and accountability within the gym.
2. Insufficient Supervision and Coaching Priorities
There have been ongoing challenges with student interactions, including occasional issues with bullying. This may be due to a shortage of coaches, as the ones present often seem distracted—either engaged in conversation with each other or primarily focused on their own children who are also in the program. When coaches prioritize their own children over others, it can negatively impact other students’ confidence, progress, and overall experience.
3. Facility Cleanliness and Lack of Parental Visibility
Facility cleanliness is another area of concern, particularly because boys and girls share the same restrooms. Proper sanitation and separate facilities are important for maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Additionally, unlike other gyms, this facility does not offer open gym sessions, making it difficult for parents to observe the training environment and assess the quality of instruction.
4. Unapproachable Management and Safety Concerns
In terms of management, I have found the leadership team to be somewhat unapproachable. Parents who raise concerns or provide constructive feedback may feel dismissed, and in some cases, there have been reports of children being removed from the program without clear justification.
Safety is also a consideration, as proper spotting techniques are not always used during acrobatics and gymnastics training. Given the nature of the sport, this is a critical factor for parents to be aware of to ensure their child’s well-being.
Final Thoughts
Ultimately, if you are searching for a gym where your child can receive structured, attentive coaching in a welcoming and transparent environment, this may not be the best fit. I encourage parents to carefully evaluate whether this gym meets their expectations in terms of supervision, communication, and safety before making a commitment.

I would like to share my experience here for other parents.
The main problem is that majority of their coach are high schooler and inexperienced. My daughter attended this gym for eight months, and during that time she didn’t improved at all they, have two gym the second gym creation story is written below,
After I realized that the management had no real plan for developing gymnasts—their only goal was business. Overcrowded classes with highly inexperienced coaches led me to this conclusion.
After my daughter switched to Gym I360 and made significant progress, the management of G-Force took an unethical step by hiring a coach from I360 Gym. Their goal was to bring over all of that coach’s students—who had been trained for years under I360’s structured program—without making their own long-term investment in skilled coaches and proper gymnast development. Instead of putting in the effort to build their own program, they simply set up a separate training space for the “poached” coach and gymnasts, using them for promotional purposes as if they were a product of G-Force’s training.
Overall, the management of this gym is extremely unethical.

The place is really awful. The instructors are completely negligent, unengaged and there is virtually no hands instruction so the students learn absolutely nothing. My daughter broke her arm in class because of the absolute inattentiveness of the instructors. My daughter was in a beginner class (she’s 6 years old) and I found the instructors stood around, did a lot of pointing to the girls (rather than showing them), talking amongst themselves, or looking down at their “assessment” clipboards. The assessments are a joke too. They marked (among other things) that my daughter could do a cartwheel when she’s not even close to doing one. There’s virtually no modeling or hands on help on how to do things. I watched week after week, for example, during the cartwheel station, not a single instructor helped show her what to do or help her kick her legs over to learn how to do a cartwheel. The final straw was when I watched my daughter fly off the uneven bars - it was her 1st time on the bars and she was trying to do a full rotation, at full speed on the uneven bars. She was coming back up from the rotation but not a single instructor was spotting her so she flew over the top of the bar and laid face down on the ground crying in pain. No one noticed for many (~45) seconds which clearly shows no one was paying attention. If someone was spotting her they would have immediately responded. When they finally brought her to me, her arm was swollen and bruised. I had to ask for ice, they didn’t even know to do that. They brought me a plastic baggie with a few ice cubes. When I asked for an ace bandage to keep the ice on her arm they didn’t have any so I had to wrap her sweatshirt around it while we drove to the ER. At the ER they did an xray and sure enough her arm was broken.

Last comment couldn't have said it better. Not all kids are the same and coaches need to be more compassionate and invest on their relationships with the kids.

We are so lucky to have found G Force. We attended our first class and felt so very welcomed. My daughter gravitated to everything this gym had to offer and was encouraged to explore and try what she felt comfortable with. You can definitely tell the compassion and interest in the staff and we are so excited to continue attending. The place is so neat and clean and spacious, which as a mom of two is a definite plus. I highly recommend.
