We stayed at Pactamere farm for three nights and had a lovely time. The owner was very responsive throughout our stay. The animals were the absolute highlight for my kids (ages 4 and 1) and the RV was pristine and definitely luxurious. It felt like a true glamping experience and so comfortable even with little kids. We also participated of the pumpkin carving activity and it was so unique and fun. The animals all around the farm are beautiful; I have never seen a cow so animated and, before this trip, I was certainly not that into goats. All that changed within the first 10 minutes of being there. The alpacas are gorgeous (take it from a Peruvian :)) and there are so many of them. We could have stayed there longer and would definitely love to return. Even with rainy weather, we had a great time. The location is also great as it is so close to Richmond for a different vibe and activities. The products in their shop are great as well; I was left really wanting to try their coffee, but next time for sure.

Goat yoga was fun and I loved the goats; however some of them were larger than I envisioned. I have some really nasty looking scrapes and bruises on my back. If I do it again I will wear a much heavier, thicker shirt.

Loved every minute of the goat yoga experience! Loads of fun, laughing, and baby goat cuddling. The goats are super friendly and so are the folks who run the farm! Left there full of happiness. Awesome activity with my son and sister!

I signed up for an hour with the goats. My granddaughter was visiting and she loves goats. When we arrived nobody greeted us or introduced themselves. Some girl told us to go into the pasture with the goats. The goats were nice, but there was no customer service. When we left, nobody said good bye or thanked us. I had thought about doing the advertised wine tasting, but changed my mind. Not what I expected.

What a fabulous time. The goats would jump on your back. They were all friendly and the baby goats wore diapers and let you hold them. I really couldn't concentrate on the yoga i was more entertained by the goats. Then the mimosa breakfast afterwards was a pleasant way to end the morning. The facility was well maintained, staff was pleasant and very helpful.

What a fantastic experience this was. Me and my group of 4 went to the goat yoga along with the bubbly and brunch after on St. Patrick’s day. It was so exciting doing yoga with the goats. The goats gave plenty of love and attention and were adorable. The brunch and mimosas were very good. The staff was so nice and accommodating. This was such a fun experience!

Love GOAT RVA! Second time I’ve been and love every minute! I preferred the smaller turn out back last July just bc there was more space in between Yoga poses, but honestly, we’re there for the goats and some stretches.

Best day of my life was spent hanging out with goats. Such a fun experience. The staff was friendly and laid back. They made sure there was plenty of time of goat time for all participants. I highly recommend whether you like yoga or not.

The goats were much larger than expected for goat yoga. I would have thought pigmy’s. Some of the goats were much too large and heavy to be jumping on your back.

My best friend and I had the best experience with Goat Yoga RVA. The Yoga instructor, Lemar, was knowledgeable, pleasant, and gave us one heck of a workout. We were both sore the next day. 🤣 I like that the yoga was self paced with focus either on working out, interacting with the goats or both. The goats varied in size and were so fun to interact & snuggle with. The bigger ones were hea....vy! After Yoga we were allowed time to snuggle and take pictures with our furry friends. Wine Tasting after was awesome as well. The wines were tasty and we were given "munchies" to nibble on as well. The best part of the Tasting room was the baby goats!! Omgoodness, they were soooo cute!
I'd 10/10 recommend this experience. We smiled and laughed the entire time.

Things to consider:
-Must be ok with goat poop & pee.
-Must be ok with lil' goat nibbles on your clothes and hair.
-Must be ok with the strong desire to go home and buy your own goat.

Had so much fun. It was great to see everyone break out in giggles when the goats came in. The instructor did a great job letting us have fun with the goats and leading us through the flow. The staff cleaned up as the goats went around making a mess and helped out with our photo requests. You’ll be left with a few bruises and a fun memory to think back about. Would definitely go back!

My fiancé and I attended and enjoyed the parade of goats wandering around the barn while following some simple yoga instructions. If you don’t enjoy being near goats, being stood on by goats, the basic bodily functions of goats, or barn environments that feature dirt, hay, and mud, why attend goat yoga at a barn rather than yoga at a studio? The experience was exactly what we expected and was a lot of fun. Everyone seemed to have a good time around us and we plan to return with friends for another go with the goats.

The yoga portion was great, despite the goat mayhem 😂. Brunch was delicious as well. Highly recommend!

This was such a great experience! The goats were adorable, the yoga instructor was great, the farm was gorgeous, the brunch was fresh and delicious farm to table. The hosts were friendly and professional. My tip is to remember you are going to a real farm and interacting with real animals, be prepared to get your hands a little dirty and bring a change of clothes. Extending a huge thank you for offering this experience!

Goat yoga was such a fun experience!! The owners give you a brief run down prior, of everything to expect during your class, and they were spot on! The goats were so friendly and cute, and there were so many of them! Some bigger than others, but none too heavy to do a (modified) plank with;) The class was led by a very knowledgable instructor, and lucky for me, no yoga experience is needed!! The class followed with homemade brunch and mimosas (all included!) and the waffles were super delicious. We also got to hold 2 week old baby goats, so cute!! The owners are wonderful caring people, who are really just looking to create fun memorable experiences for people. Definitely a great experience and 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I booked a yoga session for my daughter and myself as a birthday present for her. We went today and it was super fun. The owner gives you a very accurate/entertaining rundown of what to expect once the goats are in the room and then chaos ensues in the best possible way! Both of us are very unfamiliar with yoga but the instructor is great (knows all of the goats by name too) and gives instructions conducive to all skill levels. Plus completing a pose is next to impossible anyway, especially when on the floor, so it doesn't really matter how much experience you have. There is definitely a reason this class is listed as a 10+ class. Hooves are small but impactful and some of the goats are decently heavy. My daughter had a goat on her back once and decided it wasn't for her so she (easily) avoided having them on top of her for the rest of the class. I challenge all who are up for it to attempt a selfie while there is a goat on your back! Be aware there WILL be poop....everywhere! Its small and doesn't smell. Just bring some hand sanitizer, wear socks, and have a towel to sit on for the ride home if you're worried about it. Be sure to remember this is NOT a yoga studio....its a barn. If you're a clean freak.....this is not for you. We loved it and will definitely be trying some of the other offerings by Goat Yoga RVA. Thanks for a fun morning of laughs with my girl!

A group of us went to do Goat Yoga RVA yesterday for the first time and had a blast! Not knowing what to expect made us laugh even more. You get a yoga guided class and at the same time the goats will come hop on your back. All sorts of sized goats, all excited to participate in the experience with you. Both before and after the yoga class, you can hold and even bottle feed baby goats. The farm also has alpacas, a peacock, friendly pups and cats that will also greet you. After our class we did the wine flight tastings along with a charcuterie board. It was a nice way to end the outing. They have a small market with goat milk based products for sale too. The owners were very friendly and they really strived to make sure everyone was having a good time. I would highly recommend Goat Yoga, RVA if you wanna laugh, experience something new and get some exercise -all at the same time!!!

What a FABULOUS experience! Goat Yoga and brunch! Everything about it was wonderful!! The owners were 100% involved in every part and were super kind! The Belgian waffles were to die for- and mimosas, and baby goats in diapers and onesies were the best way to finish the experience! I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Not your normal yoga experience but we had so much fun. Come in ready for laughs and memories and some yoga too. Definitely anxiety reducing! And baby goats to snuggle can’t be beat. Bring a change of sweatshirt if brunching is our suggestion. And yes the goats do jump on you but we loved it.

Me and my boyfriend arrived very late with only ten minutes of yoga with the goats left in the time slot. Eric was absolutely incredible and ensured that we got all the time we had payed for with the goats even though we expected nothing as being late was entirely our fault. This was the date we had planned for my birthday and it was an overall incredible experience. The yoga instructor was fabulous and had a fantastic aura. They went over the top on providing us an amazing Valentine’s Day experience. We will certainly be back. The facilities they had were exceptionally clean and the animals themselves were very well groomed and tidy. I understand that it’s a farm and one should expect a certain amount of dirt, however, these animals were cleaner than my own dog. Thanks again to Eric and his team!

Would not recommend. These are big 25+ pound goats, not babies, so it's painful when they climb on you—and they all do. And the yoga doesn't really happen. Rather the whole hour is pure, mindless chaos. Additionally, the building (not just where the goats come in to yoga) and environment was unkempt and dirty. I would put this experience in the waste of money category.

Went with friends and we were all underwhelmed. Wasn’t formally greeted by hosts or made to feel welcome and it doesn’t really seem accurate to list experience as yoga since it hardly occurs while goats are making a mess all over your torn up mat.
