Pros - a bit nicer and newer than the average golds and if you go during off peak hours, you’ll rarely wait for equipment. I’d also say it’s reasonably equipped for what most people are looking to do at the gym.

Cons - the manager took no responsibility when my locked locker was busted into and my backpack (with wallet, car keys and AirPods) was stolen. After about 7pm, they only have a single person working who, understandably, sometimes needs to leave the front desk to attend to other things. So someone just waltzed right in, busted into multiple lockers and the manager claimed this was an “unpredictable situation”, even though it was entirely predictable
Further, out of the blue a year ago they introduced a new annual fee ($99), on top of the usual monthly fee, which was just a pure money grab.

It’s a good gym with such a kind and helpful staff. There is a girl in the front desk called Hannah and she’s absolutely amazing! Really helpful, kind, and patient.
Also, the gym has good machines to workout, good cardio space and looks very clean.

Definitely recommend it :)

Bring a towel and a water bottle in the summer. A/C doesn’t work consistently throughout the gym. Gym is hot and humid. They have dehumidifiers but never empty their tanks so they are not running essentially which results in high humidity, always, specially when you generate your own heat with your workout. They’ve been saying they’ll address the issue for years but nothing happens - you know, lip service. If you find yourself there in the summer, stay hydrated. Watch out for those heatstrokes symptoms at this gym.

New spot over Rosslyn metro is a whole new world compared to the old one. Much improved! The addition of a few more adjustable benches definitely helped for busier hours. Could use a few more mirrors. The lack of mirrors forces folks to lift directly in front of the racks of dumbbells making it difficult to get to the weights.

Friendly staff, but the women's locker room is horribly hot everyday and even hotter this week. The temperature in the ladies room is 80 degrees. No one should be subjected to this especially after working out. Shared this with the front desk and it is still not fixed.

I started at this gym a little over a year ago, having never really gone to a gym before. I hired a trainer to teach me what I need to know about form and how to train properly. I started with Alyse, who was incredible, helping build my joints and core, all while teaching me how to perform exercises correctly. She continuously pushed me, while offering immense support and patience. Sadly, she had to leave, but she set me up with another incredible trainer named Zequan who took what Aly built and moved me up into serious weightlifting. Zequan was patient and supportive, and his routine helped me regularly push and crush PRs. Zequan is the MAN! The trainers here are no joke, in one year I went from having no clue what an incline free weight chest press even was to banging out 8-10 reps of them at 50 pounds for 3 sets. Highly recommend this gym and its trainers!

This is by far the most limited and smallest gold's gym in Virginia yet they demand you pay double the price of the other locations.

While the gym is sufficient for most gym goers it's limited amount of equipment makes it difficult to find the right equipment during busy times 4-7 pm. Furthermore, many of the cable machines are janky from a leak in the roof that has rusted the pullies.

Despite thess set backs, gold's gym Rosslyn no longer accepts the one club 29.99 bi weekly membership or other gold's DMV location 19.99 membership, demanding you either buy the platinum 39.99 or black 49.99 membership. While I may be able to justify the higher cost for a nice gold's location like the more spacious and heavily equipped locations like Georgetown, there in no reason Gold's Rosslyn should charge nearly a 100 a month when it's closer to a 24 hour or planet fitness, then a legitimate gold's location.

A group of friends and I have been exploring all the gyms in the area trying to find the best one and this has to be the worst gold gyms of the three in the area.

It is more expensive, does not provide free parking, and has the least machines. For example, there is only a single hamstring machine and space for at least 4 other machines around it. There is so much unused space. Why would we pay more for less?

The cheaper golds gym options are significantly better. If location is an issue just go to Anytime fitness across the street for a significantly better bang for your buck

This is a nice Golds. It is clean, the locker rooms are well maintained. The equipment is ample, but it would be nice if it were a little larger for more free weight items. I had some PT sessions with Zequan, and he was amazing! I definitely recommend him for any sessions. He was great for me when I already knew my way around the gym, and showed me new exercises, better ways to isolate, and tricks to get to what I wanted to improve.

Staff began shutting down the gym about 10 minutes before the posted closing time, abruptly asking most members to leave while lingering to socialize with select individuals. The inconsistent enforcement and overall atmosphere made the closing process feel unprofessional and uncomfortable.

This is not the standard I expect from Gold’s, especially compared to consistently respectful locations like Gold’s Capitol Hill.

Terrible experience trying to cancel my membership despite being on the month to month plan. Employees know nothing - to no fault of their own. They’re simply not trained to handle any membership related issues and needed the manager to handle it. However, this gym didn’t have a dedicated manager….so you’re just out of luck. They tried to charge for 60 days after cancellation instead of the 30 days that’s clearly written in the contract. Most of the employees were nice but one of them berated me for saying that the gym was in the wrong based on the contract - horrendous customer service. I eventually was able to email the right person and get a refund but that was after going in person countless times.

Been lifting here three years and mostly pleased with the experience. Staff are friendly, gym is clean, and rarely too crowded. Good diversity of equipment and larger machines are generally well-maintained.

That said, I wish they would invest more in maintenance of some equipment- the cable ropes are worn to bits, and the barbell pads are so broken down that they basically do nothing. These two pieces would be cheap to replace - probably no more than 75$ for the two things I've identified, and would make a lot of difference on a few of my workouts.

Decent gym. Cancelling was a pain.

When they didn't cancel my membership and I contacted my credit card company, the gym provided a report of my usage (see the photo). The only problem is that I moved to west Africa for work on May 25th, so I definitely wasn't in the gym on May 31. I assume they added one last visit when they set the 30 day clock for cancelling my membership.

The good:
-4x bench presses 4x squat racks.
-Great variety of equipment/weights.
-Generally clean and organized.
The bad:
Revising down to one star because I showed up this morning and the gym was closed/ locked with no notice. I guess nobody showed up to work.

-Homeless people will occupy and smoke weed vapes in the locker room, especially in the winter.
-At peak evening hours, herds of consultants use the gym to chat instead of lifting.
-They make you use an app to check in instead of just giving you a key fob.

My girlfriend and I signed up online to get guest passes to try the gym and were each emailed a pass. We arrived at 6:15 to have time to get checked in before a 6:45 class. No one was staffing the front desk. After 5 minutes of waiting, we went to the locker rooms to change. After changing, we went back to the front desk and this time found an employee. The employee then informed us that my girlfriend didn’t qualify for a guest pass because she had previously been a member at another Gold’s Gym. The employee also said that my girlfriend’s ID—her passport—wasn’t acceptable. He then asked us to wait while he contacted his manager to see whether he could let us in. The manager didn’t respond to the employee’s text messages, and eventually the employee told us to just go ahead and work out. By that time, however, the 6:45 class had already begun, so we went home.

Overall, it was a frustrating experience and a waste of time.

The guest passes we were emailed made us think we would be admitted upon presenting the passes. There was no indication on the guest passes that we would need to show ID, or that passports are not acceptable IDs, or that people who were members of other branches in the past were ineligible. That information was not in the emails we were sent containing the guest passes, not even in fine print at the bottom of the email or anything like that.

Rich was a wonderful, warm manager and had a great staff but the new management is disrespectful and rude. Lydia is responsible for the single worst customer interaction I’ve had. Their cancelation policies are draconian, their fee structure deliberately obfuscates recurring annual fees. They will not warn you before charging you these fees and you must submit cancelation requests in writing 30 days in advance. If you try to discuss or have them treat you like a human, whether you go in person or email with them, you get perfunctory, dismissive answers. I was canceling because I had a baby, and I knew I needed to find a gym where I could bring her with me, but I didn’t give enough notice (because I was delivering a baby and in early recovery!) so now I have $280 extra charges for my and my husband’s memberships

The gym, locker area and bathrooms are clean. The last few times I took a shower, there was a piece of hair that was in the shower that never got removed. Clearly, the showers were not being cleaned thoroughly. I also gave three stars due to their shady business practices. In the last two billing cycles I received a $2.00 increase with no notice of the increase or explanation. I called the first time and was told the associate couldn’t figure out why and would have management reach out. They never called back. I checked today and the $2.00 is still being taken out. My gym membership was originally $49.99 bi-weekly.
Update: Hello Owner,
I want to reiterate that there was no email about an increase sent. It’s not even in junk mail or spam.

I was woken up by a call from Joshua asking about my 7-day free trial and to tell me that if I was just visiting I had to pay $20 a day. I had only gone once the night before this call. I told him that I did live in Virginia. With a tone he said “You just said you were visiting.” So I said yes, but I’m visiting DC. Because people can live in VA and visit DC and want to try gyms…

Then, their phone system was buggy and the same number was calling me as we were talking on the phone so I couldn’t hear him and I answered the second call. After I asked who it was to continue the conversation, he said his name and hung up on me.

It sucks because I thought that gym was so nice and we actually have one in my city, but if it’s part of their practice to harass prospective customers, assume that they can’t be local to VA, and get them out of their own 7-day free trial, then 1) why would I ever get a membership with them? 2) why even have a 7-day free trial if we can’t TRY it?

My friend and I both signed up with this location exclusively for its location and convenience, as we work right across the bridge. When I initially made the call to schedule a registration, the General Manager (Richard) answered the phone and invited me in at my earliest convenience. Upon arrival, my friend and I were greeted warmly, given a tour of the equipment and amenities, he explained how our membership plan would work in depth, answered all of our questions. It was such a pleasure and seamless experience to receive that hospitality in this industry. Thank you to Richard and Team for getting us back into the gym!

I wish I could give a 3.5, but I'm settling with a 3 since Gold's as an enterprise has changed. The days of body building and a plethora of free weight and racks are done. Gold's is taking on machines, group classes, and less of the core weight lifting staples. Yes the view is amazing here and the gym is kept clean, though if you're looking for mass building and/or multiple racks, you'll be let down and frequently waiting for equipment.

I’m lucky enough to live near three Gold’s gyms. Although I live near the one in Clarendon, I often walk the extra mile to Rosslyn - and sometimes the 1-1/2 miles to Ballston - as the gym in Clarendon is not managed well. (Management and avoidance are two different things, and confusing them leads to a poor member experience in Clarendon). Anyway, the Rosslyn Gold’s is fantastic, and who can complain about views from a weight machine that include Georgetown across the Potomac?

Scummiest gym/establishment I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with.

I signed up for a 'paid in full' 3 month student membership this summer. I was confused when signing up if there was an annual fee charged at the end of the membership and went in person to clarify. The college aged kid with dyed blonde hair working the front desk assured me no annual fee would be charged, the membership would end after 120 days, and I'd be good to go once I 'paid in full'. Easy.

Fast forward 6 months I've moved away and I receive a collections notice because I didn't pay the annual fee (the one I was told I wouldn't owe) AND they'd auto enrolled me in a new membership plan and I now owe $400. Note that they had my credit card information the entire time but decided not to charge it, most likely because then I would've cancelled and they'd get less money. I called the gym and someone tells me this happens all the time, acknowledges that it's somewhat predatory, and tells me not to worry that they'll sort it out. I call back a week later and no one has looked into the issue. Richard the GM then tells me there's nothing he can do, that I should've read the agreement, and said I had no written proof that I was informed I was good to go once the 3 month summer membership was 'paid in full'.

I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with this gym. There are much more reputable ones in the area, including Onelife, which at least pretend to not want to actively and maliciously fleece their customers (nevermind students!). Heed the reviews, it ain't worth it.

Great gym if you love non transparent and confusing billing practices. Apparently I paid for towel service for months without knowing, they don't offer any sort of family rate, and then they charged me late fees (when I had automated payments…). I had to cancel my membership when I moved out of the country for work. They had a debt collector start bothering me for late fees that I have no idea how I owed when I thought closed things out when I closed out my membership and paid remaining dues with their front desk. Anyway, totally awful and scammy billing practices but otherwise a nice gym if you don’t mind being charged for things you don’t get and terrible customer service with admin issues.

On my first day of my week trial, I asked for a tour and the guy at the counter had me + the staff and two other members do 50 pushups, which, although possibly was in good fun, felt like hazing and was disrespectful of my time. Afterwards, the guy totally forgot why I was there in the first place until I reminded him, to which he just took me upstairs without actually giving a tour of the gym… so it was basically just a “here’s the space, enjoy!”, leaving me to figure the place out on my own.

In terms of the actual gym itself, it has everything you need and is spacious. However, I’ve also noticed that they did not have any clips for bench pressing/deadlifts, which I believe can be dangerous. I also had a difficult time finding the entrance at first; I discovered probably about 5 minutes after being in the area there’s a stairway in the Rosslyn metro that gets you there, but there are no signs to indicate this.

Overall, I was unimpressed, and seeing the other reviews discuss how unreliable they are and how difficult it can be to cancel leaves a lot of room for concern. It really seems like a lack of transparency is a huge issue, and I get the impression that they care a lot more about taking your money than they do about providing a fostering environment and great experience. There are better options in the area for those looking to work out.

Beautiful Garbage. This place is all sizzle and no steak. While esthetically pleasing at first glance, it quickly turns to disappointment. First of all it’s very confusing to locate from the street level. It’s not marked from the outside and you have to enter a shared business area and walk through a food court to access it. I asked the front desk attendant if there was parking available and she said yes, in the garage. I asked her which one, because there’s like four and she said that she didn’t know because she takes the metro to work. She got the manager and he said that they validate parking, but it will still cost you $5 so if you work out 5 days a week then a $30 membership turns into $130 a month to work out. The gym layout is confusing and weird. You can tell that space was never designed to be a gym because the space itself is full of turns and corners and equipment is packed in it throughout with no real rhyme or reason. I settled on an oly platform to do some clean and jerks and about halfway through my workout another manager came over and addressed me because I was dropping the barbell from an overhead position. He said that the equipment was not designed for that. I told him that he was quite wrong, these were rubber plates on an Olympic lifting platform. This is exactly what it was designed for. Tell me you don’t lift without telling me you don’t lift. He then argued something about the structural integrity of the building and I was just annoyed with the whole experience at this point so I decided to shower and leave. For as big as the locker room is there is 3 shower stalls and no sauna. This was the most underwhelming Gold’s. Do yourself a favor and drive a mile up the road and go to the Ballston location. It’s a far better representation of the Gold’s brand and people are there to lift and not stand around staring at their phones. Would not recommend, won’t be back.

The gym itself is not bad, the equipment is old and there is not a lot of equipment to choose from. Do not get a membership here if you don’t want to pay for parking. There is no street parking and you have to pay for parking in the garage attached to the building. It’s also not accessible from the street unless you pass through the metro area which is full of homeless people sleeping everywhere, otherwise you have to walk into the parking garage and walk up to the 4th floor to take an elevator down two floors to access the gym. Very inconvenient and hard for customers to access and park at the building. Very disappointed in the owner of this gym. DO BETTER.

Unreliable. I got a free pass online because I wanted to try out the classes, so I called in advance to make sure that classes fall under the pass and said I wanted to take Zumba at 7:30 PM on Monday that I saw listed on the website schedule, to which they said I can just show up 5 min before and sign up. When I got there after trying to find the entrance for 10 minutes they told me there is no zumba class, was never even on their schedule. I showed them the website and the guy said "that's weird". Nothing wrong with customer service once I got there, but left me disappointed and lost me as a customer since I can't rely on the information I'm given.

I was a member of this gym for a little over a year and unfortunately, the way they treat customers when they try to cancel their membership is criminal.

When I gave my 30-day notice to end my membership, they cancelled it immediately upon which I had to ask them to reinstate me until my original termination request date.

Once they reactivated my membership they never cancelled it and I'm still being billed until this day. Since I moved overseas, this is now a hassle that is interfering with the real issues that I need to deal with.

This is a good gym if you never EVER plan on terminating your membership.

there are frequently no wipes for machines. this is either due to people taking them improperly causing the rest to be unreachable or then not being restocked often enough. either way this should be an easy fix and it’s gross not being able to wipe down equipment. it’s understandable when one or two are out, but lately there have been times where all 4 that i know of are empty. please refill these more often or get new wipe holders that are idiot-proof.

edit august 2022:

lowered my review to 4 stars from 5 because the air vents are constantly dripping from condensation leaving puddles on the floor. the water is rusting the weights as well. it’s gross. it’s been happening for months. some dehumidifiers were put in but they are hardly making a difference.

original review:

staff is friendly and helpful, location is excellent, hours are great, has all the equipment i could want(could use a standing calf raise machine but otherwise they have everything), and the facility is clean and well taken care of.

only things i wish were different is if they had a longer rope attachment for the cable machines, if there was a sauna, and if the ceilings were a little higher… but it’s my understanding the last 2 issues were caused by the layout and they did the best with the space they got. however i can use my membership to get into other golds gyms in the area if i’m really looking to use a sauna.

The S Glebe location closed without notice and members were charged. I tried contacting the DC Metro management team to cancel and rectify the issue and have gotten no responses. Do you want to deal with a management team like this for something you're going to use regularly? Probably not.

This gym is very nice, the equipment is good. I like that there's resteraunts a floor below the gym so you could whenever u want just eat right after an intense workout. And there's several methods via train and metro bus to get to this location

Best gym in the area. Staff are friendly and the gym is very clean. Only issue is lack of machine equipment choices, and all of the equipment is very crowded together. The dumbbell area is so small and no one puts their weights back correctly which is frustrating.

it's literally a *gold's gym*. why is there an enormous, barely used cardio section and a tightly packed weight room? At the very least it could use another cable machine.

I filled out a survey and gave feedback about what could improve. They wanted to talk to me in person and, being busy, I emailed a list of what they could improve on (listing virtual classes, actually having a working app, which locations are in network, etc). Unfortuneately, it took over a month to respond after repeated attempts to contact the "district manager."

The answers were generic, unsympathetic, and uncaring. It's pretty obvious nothing is going to change and it's pretty obvious they don't listen to their clientele after you sign up. They just want to take your money. It's a shame too because they have great instructors and classes, which is why I go (since most of the machines are duplicates of what is in my apartment building and usually taken).

Spent more than 20 minutes via phone trying to get a few basic questions answered, like how much does membership cost in total. The employee still couldn’t figure it out, and I finally got an answer later via email from a manager. If parking is $5 per day, that adds $150 per month to my gym costs assuming a daily trip (this is after their parking discount).

Please train your staff so they can answer basic questions like the price of parking at your own building.

It's a great gym with most equipment you need. The only thing is they have only one cable machine for cable presses, which is always taken up. My biggest complaint is that parking is "free" but only if you work out for one hour, which is not enough time for most. It is conveniently right at the Roslyn metro stop though.

One of the best gyms in the Washington DC metropolitan area, simply - five star brand new facility with spectacular and convenient location right above Rosslyn Metro Station !!! I can't say enough good things about the super friendly and professional staff. Lauren, the General manager is simply outstanding; extremely professional, great, warm, down-to-earth and friendly personality, very helpful, great communication with all gym members in person and by email and text. As for the physical space and equipment at the gym I am beyond impressed; very modern interior design of the gym floor, its studios, its locker rooms and its shower facilities, lots of natural light and great urban views because of the huge floor to ceiling windows. The equipment is brand new and top class. The entire gym is spotless, super clean – everywhere. Many thanks to the entire friendly staff for all they do to keep Gold’s Gym at Rosslyn Metro in Arlington, VA at a top, world class level.

Lovely gym, good amount of equipment, but definitely caters to a “bro” crowd. I’d also say that Golds needs to figure out how to instill basic gym etiquette in their members.

More often than not folks will use 2-4 cable machines at once and get upset if you don’t realize it and don’t let you work in; nobody knows how to re-rack their weights at peak hours; wiping down equipment after use has gone out the window.

On COVID - other gyms in the area have reinstated masks requirements, Golds has not, nor have they instated vaccine requirements (other gyms in the DC/NOVA area have done this as well - bring your vaccine record, it gets added to your profile and you get a wristband allowing you to workout mask-less).

If you are looking for a boutique gym style workout, like SoulCycle, Barry’s Bootcamp, or Orange Theory; I would say go to them and not Gold’s Gym. Gold’s Gym has created a studio program to try to compete in the boutique market and it has missed it’s mark. There is one Regional Studio Fitness Manager, Sara Pifer, assigned to conduct training of their fitness instructors at their Rosslyn, VA location. The way the instructors are taught is very outdated for Gold’s Cycle, from my experience. Most trainers have not even taken a cycle class before, at least in my group, from the certification I took with Sarah. She also liked to use very outdated music, it was not the pumped up music and community driven feel of other boutique spin studios. Their studio program is very disorganized. I can speak from experience. I was asked by my local studio manager at Gold’s Gym to take the Gold’s Gym Cycle Certification. I am a Gold’s Gym member (not for long) and should of been on-boarded before being allowed to take the Gold’s Cycle Certification. I was never paid for my time either. So I can speak from being a part of the training program Gold’s Gym pushes negative views of other boutique studios, which does not create a community of inclusivity. It’s just another way to nickel and dime their membership holders to pay for a separate studio program within their gym.

Gold's gym has moved to a new location, and I've had a chance to use it thoroughly—just as I did with the old location.

The upsides of new location:
1. It is far more spacious and clean, as opposed to the old location, which was dank and smelly, and had rodents running around in the locker-rooms.
2. The locker-rooms are far more spacious and clean in the new location, though there are no paper towel dispensers—only air dryers.
3. The new location gets lots of natural light in through its floor-to-ceiling windows. This is a great thing unless you like to take pictures at the gym, in which case the photos will always been washed out.
4. So far, the air conditioning always works well.
5. Cell phones get reception in the new location.

Downsides of the new location:
1. It is located right above the Rosslyn metro. In order to get into the gym, one has to pass by a bevy of drugged-out derelicts. At night, walking out down the poorly lit and non-CCTV monitored stairs from the gym would seem to be quite risky for women or senior citizens.
2. The gym has done away with all of the hammer strength machines that it had at the old location. If you're into hypertrophy oriented training, you're not going to be a fan of this. The new Matrix machines, which are far less numerous, seem to be of lower quality and of poorer design, with respect to their angles and range of motion. For example, the old location had at least a half dozen different Hammer Strength Machines meant for training your back. The new location has just two non-cable machines for back—both of which are very lackluster. This is the biggest downside and has caused me to consider cancelling my membership.
3. The Dumbbells, while new, top out at just 125lbs.

This is an upgrade of locations which seems very good on the surface, but suffers from some serious weaknesses when you dig down a little further—at least if you train in the fashion that I like to.

The new Golds Gym Rosslyn is outstanding and a YUGE improvement over the old space. They did a great job with the new location, especially:

-all new equipment
-natural light everywhere
-spacious, open floor plan, including indoor and outdoor artificial turf and more equipment
-new machines with screens built in and even an air runner treadmill (requires no outlet, runs on your power and simulates running outside better)
-three studios, tailored for cycling, crossfit and group workouts
-spacious, modern looking locker room
-while maintaining the industrial-style look, and the friendly staff

All are significant improvements over the old location, with equipment falling apart, dingy lit, old model machines, tight spaces, machines/water fountain breaks and takes six months to fix, etc.

This upgrade really took Golds Rosslyn from being the least nice Golds Arlington location to the best by far.

Very impressed with the new gym. Kudos to everyone involved.

Gold's Gym is not handling covid safely.

People who exercise on the cardio machines are not required to wear masks. Yet these are the people who are exhaling the most. I understand that breathing heavily with a mask on is difficult, but nothing is ideal during a pandemic and I think this is one of those things we have to endure for now. Everyone should be wearing masks.

The rest of the gym-goers are required to wear masks, but this is poorly enforced. Every time I visit the gym, I see numerous people not wearing their mask properly (e.g. nose is uncovered) and I see several people who have removed their mask entirely. Again, these are difficult times we're living in but mitigating risk is crucial. Anyone who doesn't wear their mask properly should be asked to leave for the day. People will learn quickly to wear their mask.

In sum, Gold's Gym is taking half-measures against covid. I don't know whether they lack proper leadership or are concerned about losing members and therefore losing money. The reality is that they need to do better, for all our sakes.

Usually does the job for getting in a workout. Only has two squat racks. Today they “ran out” of towels even though patrons paying for the service were still coming in... not something you want to hear when starting off your day. From time to time you’ll find a cockroach in the bathroom, which is to be expected from an old building like this. Other than that it’s typically pretty clean. The locker rental only gives you a spot large enjoy store toiletries at most. Cardio equipment is pretty dated lacking in the most up to date tech to track and personalize your workouts. On the upside, it’s about a 3 mile run to the national mall along paved sidewalks and trails.

Today I would like to share with you an Online review of Gold’s Gym Rosslyn VA, I give them 5 star approval because of their friendly staff and front desk today are welcoming even to our very own Vets and long outstanding members like me. I would like to present to you that this location Gold’s gym have showers locker rooms well built and alcove hanging jackets area for the winter. They have an excellent terrific around the clock cleaning service staff and machine maintenance staff that can do the upkeep. They check the quality and fix the primary areas such as spin cycling or the Gold’s Gym Exercise rooms and pin weighted machine and cardio machine areas. Today I give this gym a consistent welcome of 5 star approval. It would be my pleasure to announce they have heavy duty plate machines to work with for a total body workout. Their core abs crunch area are essential to fitness and bodybuilding. They currently have a good supplement and sports shop at the front desk. Their management team is sufficient to work with celebrity status and those who just want to work out or even the biggest loser who just starts off and comes in the winter and rips off his shirt in the summer on the memorial steps. This is the prime fitness enthusiast corporate gym example that gym members all around the metro area come to get serious with their workout and improve esthetically their body, shape and form at a state level beyond high expectancy. It’s nearby the downtown Rosslyn VA Blue Silver and gold line Subway Metro and a few handful of metro busses run by here including the Circulator just a block away. Come join me at a great workout together or independently and do what it takes to keep you happy in your physique.

Clean, basic, and slowly edging upward. I've been going to this location for over 15 years. It's evolved considerably with newer equipment and upgrades to most of the surrounding gym (bathrooms, main floors and paint). Generally it's not overly busy except at the normal prime times. Unfortunately this location has two minor challenges. It's on the smaller side, and there's no windows beyond the main entrance, so it can be a bit crypt like. That said, it's a solid gym overall for normal workouts.

This place is in serious need of refurbishment. Non working equipment, peeling paint everywhere, rusty showers, mold on the ceiling. Two toilets were not working in the men's room, one was covered with a bath towel today! Sauna's walls are bulging out. In the showers no shampoo or body wash, just thin foaming soap. Two tiny TVs in the men's room, one is broken. Overall a feeling of old, musty, rundown place. I was trying it out and no way I would ever join. The biggest thing going for this place is it's empty, even in the morning. I think people are staying away because of its condition.
