Equipment is in good shape, gym is just a little small so not a ton of equipment or open space.
Edit as of Sept 2025: the gym is at a new location on Sunrise Valley which is significantly bigger than the old location at Plaza America. Overall there is a lot more space and equipment.

The gym itself is decent, but too many people here deliberately leave their weights and equipment all over the place. It’s pure disrespect and laziness. If you’re strong enough to lift it, you’re strong enough to put it back. Management really needs to step in and enforce proper gym etiquette. God bless the employees who collect all these..
Also, it would be great if they extended their closing hours — like Anytime Fitness does — so members with busy schedules can train later in the evening.

Signed for 1 year. Loved this gym. Would've gotten an easy 5/5. After going for 4-5 times a week for a couple months, I had to abruptly stop due to work. Still dream about doing barbell rows. I was fine paying the remainder and then some.
During cancellation, the form stated the exact amount I owed. I was fine with that amount. Lo and behold, I get a surprise charge for the annual fee ($99.99) on top of the one that was on cancellation fee agreement form.
Last year, signed up in 08/XX/24 and within the first month of sign up, I paid $99.99 towards the annual fee in early 09/XX/24. I submitted my cancellation notice and received my confirmation in early 08/XX/25. I got charged this year's annual in early 09/XX/25 despite canceling my service at the one year mark.
Effectively paying the annual fee twice as I contractually signed for 1 year minimum. Keep that in mind when calculating cost of service over the lifetime of your gym membership. You'll get hit twice with the annual fee if you sign for the one year contract and only stay for exactly one year. Customer service did not accommodate.

I go to gym weekly and love how clean and open it is. The sauna is also great and I appreciate all the latest equipment and weights for all to use, immense variety. Modern, too.

Don’t let the beautiful scenery fool you, this gym literally sucks. They don’t clean the showers(there’s been a piece of used floss sitting in the shower for two weeks), the sauna and water fountain are always broken, not to mention how your rates will get raised UNEXPECTEDLY every now and then. Seriously either go to planet or LA, or go to vida. Literally anywhere but here.

For about 15 years I’ve been recommending all Gold’s Gyms to people, not anymore because of this location. Previously worked at the Clocktower Gold’s Gym as manager and trainer so I understand how gyms should operate.
I regularly wipe my machines down and re-rack my weights, I’d even pick up wipes on the floor no one picks up. Last month after preparing a bicep machine to use (wiped down, took off the extra weight and put my weight down, put my bag where your feet would go and while I get water a few steps away , when I come back a Caucasian male was using it. His feet moved my bag and as I pointed to my bag he gets angry and yelling I can’t reserve machines with items , only your body. ( make that make sense if I need to fill my water bottle ) he gets up leaving the machine all sweaty and pushed me with his stomach when he got in my face . After I was telling him about how I just prepped that ,He went up to the front desk to report me and as did I to file an incident report. The front desk guy Tajik didn’t even confirm how to save a machine if you need water, he just shrugs his shoulders and gives a blank stare. I kept asking the front desk guy Tajik for any updates from management as I have not received a call or email regarding the technical assault. Same shrug and no care attitude. I gave up on waiting to hear back from someone in “management” named John and never did .
Yesterday Tajik asks if they renewed my membership. I’ve never cancelled my membership or received any sort of email but when I asked , they said management cancelled my membership because I signed up at Merrifield, then it was Arlington ? Now all of a sudden “management” is doing their job ? It seems a bit retaliator for creating an incident report of assault.
Anyways I’m glad because this gym sucks to be honest. For such a new place the equipment is lacking .There is one leg extension machine and about 15 squat racks, the machines aren’t facing the mirrors so you can’t really check your form ( they line them with the floors), the adjustable benches and seats are always so close together or in the walkways , you’ll see front desk walk around the gym but not rack a weight or organize those benches, they don’t open on time, I’ve had to show a front desk guy how to turn on the music a couple times, there has never been management here, the single water machine breaks all the time , the AC also is questionable, and obviously member safety is not a concern as there was also a murder in the gym. No email regarding safety afterwards, no accountability from any of the team members.
I could continue but you get the idea. Save your money, and go to LA Fitness, One Life , or wait til the new Clocktower DMV Iron gym opens up. Even planet fitness has more variety of machines . Fin

Visiting this location, Gold's Gym Reston, it is an aesthetic gym with nice lights. However, this gym overall is very mediocre and is charging too much money for mediocre equipment. They have very little variety of equipment. They don’t have enough equipment for the amount of people that are coming to this gym and put very little effort into actually improving that. Charging biweekly for this gym and paying $100 annually is just not worth it. They do have a couple of machines that are unique, but in general, they have the same exact equipment that Planet Fitness has now for double the price. Save yourself money and go to Planet Fitness, who have the same equipment without the biweekly fees and the $100 annual fee.

One of the most frustrating gyms I’ve ever dealt with. Gold’s Gym consistently fails to open on time — and I mean consistently. If you’re an early riser trying to get a workout in before work, forget it. You’ll be standing outside wondering if someone overslept again or just didn’t bother showing up. This isn’t just a one-off issue — it happens far too often, and no one seems to care. There’s zero communication, no accountability, and no apology from staff or management. If you’re advertising early hours, at least have the decency to unlock the doors when people are paying to be there.
Customer service is a major issue. Staff members are either disinterested or poorly trained. I’ve asked for help or clarification multiple times and either received vague answers or was flat-out ignored. On top of that, management seems more focused on upselling you into add-ons and memberships than actually supporting members’ fitness goals.

I was so excited to work out at this location but between someone getting shot in the chest/dying, them charging me for 2 subscriptions at once while telling me theres no chance I'll be refunded, and just a general "not my problem" attitude from managment. Would all be okay if I wasn't paying close to a 1k annually. Pitiful.

This gym only shines with its weights. Some cardio equipment but not much else. Their roman chair broke the week after I joined and they haven't fixed it months later despite me asking about it several times. $200 piece of equipment that they could easily replace. Now there is no equipment for the lower back. I agree with others on the lack of temp control. Since late spring, it's been hot and muggy in there.

Overall, good gym.
They added some more equipment so busy hours aren't as impossible, yes... IMPOSSIBLE to find a machine or area to workout in. I've left because of the busy hours here before.
But something that has been going on recently is a broken AC system.
It's been quite a while since it went down, and now, they've been keeping the front door wide open. Guys, it's been raining the last 3 days. You're making it hotter in here by letting the moisture in. It's not ventilating either because they don't open the back door to vent it through. So it's just letting all the nasty in.
Customer service never disappoints and the equipment is well maintained. But they don't fix things nearly as fast as they could.

While the gym is new and has good resources, management refuses to find a solution for the temperature of the facilities which feels closer to 80° whether you are there at 6am or 2pm. If you go to the front desk, they tell you they’ve “heard the complaints” and then will point to the thermostat that is set to 69°, but set to heat so the area never cools off. Additionally there are no fans, so there is nothing in place to make it better for people that use the gym. Also the water fountains are often in need of repair. Otherwise, good gym, so if you want to sweat a ton worth the price!

Been going here for almost a year, the gym is nice and decent, lack of leg machines or just machines in general. The real problem is the staff, at least some of them specifically an Asian lady that gives rude attitude all the time??? Its almost like some personal agenda she has against the members or maybe just hates seeing people coming to the gym with a smile, who knows? Avoid her

I had this place rated as 4 stars for awhile but after MONTHS of coming here. Then today the weirdest thing happened, they asked me for a picture. I'm not trying to get a picture of me going into the gym when I'm totally not prepared. Then they randomly asked for ID, I left it in my car and they were VERY persistent on getting a picture. Now I'm left contemplating, idk if golds is for me and I'm most likely going to be cancelling my membership.
Also ppl do not re-rack weights. Best time to come is the morning for sure.
*UPDATE*
I officially love this place! My mom and I upgraded her membership, and I have to say—the staff is so much sweeter now. Jonas was incredibly helpful with our upgrade, and the entire team gave off such a great vibe. I even missed my hot yoga class but didn’t mind at all because of how welcoming they were!
A few months ago, it wasn’t like this, so whatever changes Gold’s Gym Reston has made—keep it up! The equipment is amazing, the gym isn’t too crowded, and people are actually putting their weights back. I’m really happy I upgraded my mom’s membership so I can come with her when I have time. At this rate, I might even renew my own membership.

I love this gym!
I’ve been a member for almost 3 months now, and this Gold’s Gym is not the one closest to my house. However, I don’t mind the 30 minute drive. Yes, it’s new and clean. But the thing I want to highlight the most is the coaching quality.
EVERY single coach or instructor I’ve taken classes with has been phenomenal, kind, knowledgeable, approachable, professional, and that really makes it so enjoyable.

I am disappointed in the staff and amenities in this gym entirely. I was a member of VIDA fitness down the road and wanted to change my gym, so I signed up for a free day pass. The man working the desk was rude and treated me poorly, claiming that I have been there before, when this was my first time in a Gold’s Gym ever. Despite his initial arrogance, I claimed my free day and began my workout. I was not offered a tour of the gym and had to aim wondrously to find the equipment I needed, was not offered a towel for the sauna, was not instructed on the locker room use, and was not spoken to about pricing once during my visit. Completely unprofessional staff and subpar gym with a brand name.

Gold’s Gym has continued to charge me illegally even after the closure of their Clocktower location at 2445 Centreville Rd, Herndon, VA, in September 2023. My 2-year contract ended in 2023, yet they have refused to stop billing me.
They failed to provide any proper communication about the gym’s closure or my options for cancellation. Members were redirected to the Gold’s Gym at 11830 Sunrise Valley Dr, Reston, VA 20190, but this location does not have a basketball court, a key amenity at the original gym. Under the Virginia Health Club Act, gyms are required to provide comparable facilities when a location closes. The Reston location is clearly not comparable, and their continued billing is both fraudulent and illegal.
These unethical practices are not an isolated incident—multiple people have expressed similar complaints about Gold’s Gym, including unauthorized billing, lack of transparency, and failure to communicate properly with members.
I have attempted to resolve this issue, but if they do not issue a refund, I will escalate this matter legally by filing a formal complaint with the Virginia Attorney General’s Office and pursuing further legal action.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly urge you to stay away from Gold’s Gym. Their lack of communication, shady practices, and disregard for consumer rights are completely unacceptable.

Love the place. Nicely designed inside, Hours and location great. Although the area is very heavy with traffic, there’s designated garage parking as well as in-garage elevator access straight to the gym on the 2nd level. all the staff members have been super friendly, overall positive atmosphere. Large turf area with a jungle gym rack and sleds, several full and half squat racks, arsenal benches with dedicated safeties, Olympic lift room and studio rooms.
Would love to see an additional leg curl , leg extension, seated fly and dual cross cable machine. Also maybe add either a glute/ham raise or reverse hyperextension.

Great members, friendly staff.
The unfortunate thing about this gym is that it lacks organization and seems to be behind on a lot of maintenance: barbel plates and dumbells are mismatch and seem to be out of place more than they are in place. Also, it seems that there is a culture of not re-racking weights particularly with the heavy lifters.

The gym itself is very pretty. Everyone I've interacted with has been great. But there are some drawbacks.
It's really pretty. There is some cool equipment. But it appears that more thought went into looks than how people actually use the gym.
Sure, there are TEN squat racks and several leg press machines. But only one leg extension and one leg curl? These constantly get backed up with people in line to use them. There are three weighted hip thrust machines, but we had to wait for the gym to be open six month before getting a single back extension?
A gym that can handle 150+ people is served by only 1.5 water fountains? Okay, technically there are two. But they work on the same water input and there isn't enough pressure to work both at the same time. Want to monitor your heart rate on one of the cardio machines? Half the HR sensors are either disconnected or don't work. And the gym is brand new.
The staff are great. But whoever planned the design and chose the equipment put more thought into appearances than functionality.

I was a member of Gold's for over 3 years and had to cancel my membership due to a multitude of truly terrible experiences. First was the shooting that occurred on 8/20/2024 which happened inside of the gym. The day it occurred there was no communication to any members about what had occurred despite having every members contact info. Since the shooting has happened there was 0 communication from Gold's about what had happened not even a post about the victim who passed away. They even asked all the employees to come in that very same day the shooting occurred and reopened their doors that same day. When people asked about it on social media they actually deleted the comments talking about it as I'm sure will happen with this review. This was the event that was the straw that broke the camels back for me and caused me to cancel my membership.
The Reston location used to be at Plaza America which is where I first joined. This location had older equipment and a much smaller square footage than this current location. When I joined I was informed that the gym would be moving soon. This was a lie. It took months of delays to even close the old location and then even more months of delays to open the new location. Many gym members were still being charged monthly dues even though there was no Reston Gold's open. Almost 0 communication was given to members about when the new location was going to open or why they were experiencing delays. This gym is plagued with delay. When equipment issues are brought up the GM, it takes months for it to be addressed and some of the equipment I pointed out was broken when the gym first opened their doors is still broken to this day. Since they have opened they have increased the rate, however. Your concerns will never be taken seriously here, only your credit card.
Lastly, when I attempted to cancel my membership via email as I no longer felt safe going to this location due to the shooting, I never received a response. It has been over 2 weeks since I sent them an email not only specifying that I would like my membership cancelled but also expressing my frustration with the terrible management here. No response. On 9/9/2024 I was charged my due again after I explicitly stated that I wanted my membership cancelled. I called the gym and they informed me that upon informing Gold's you would like your membership cancelled it takes 30 days for it to take effect. During this time they will still charge you on the bi-weekly basis. It is also their policy to not respond to a cancellation email from a member. If that is not the most outrageous policy I have ever heard of I don't know what is.
Please don't get a membership here. All they care about is your money and will continue to raise rates here. The management is terrible and don't care about any of the members here.

I enjoy going to this gym, it is a beautiful building with lots of new equipment, but their billing practices and communication are very poor. I have been a member since 2018 and was paying $20 a month. This winter the dues were increased to $22.99 (a very reasonable increase). In March, I noticed the dues have again increased to $32.99 (a 43.5% increase). As a business owner, I understand the need to keep up with inflation, but this seems like an excessive increase. This month I was billed $61.99!!
This whole time I have looked at my emails to try and see if these increases have been communicated or explained in any way. I have received several emails from them, none of which explain a reason for the increase. I finally asked the front desk for an explanation. I was told the increases were due to inflation and the $61.99 charge this month was because of a new annual fee of $29 on top of the $32.99 monthly dues. These increases were never communicated and seem to continually increase whenever Golds Gym feels like it.

I joined Fitness First, which later became Gold's. I was a long-time member, paying monthly fees for membership and for weekly training. Then Gold's closed, and I was unwilling to drive to Chantilly for my exercise. I put my membership on pause, not realizing that "pause" meant no updates on the new gym's progress. Waiting and waiting, I finally joined another gym. Then in mid-December 2023, out of the blue, up pops an email, saying "we're open". I sent an email to Gold's to cancel my membership immediately. Then I sent another email to the Chantilly manager to cancel. I finally went to the facility, and with an in-person visit, they finally recognized that I was cancelling. They had started charging me a monthly fee, which they have refused to refund, saying that I did not give 30 days' notice. How could I give 30 days' notice when I had no inkling the gym was anywhere near re-opening? I sent multiple emails to the membership group and got no satisfaction from them either. The owner now seems to be giving his usual response about former clients' frustrations; however, it is pretty clear he has no intention of making it right. Other members have confirmed that he wants money; he does not care about the gym's reputation.

Gym is overall a great atmosphere. Awesome machines you don't see in many commercial gyms and plenty of space. Towel service is a plus. The only downsides are limited cable machines such as leg extensions and leg Curls, only one of each leading to lines to use during busy times, and lack of 2.5 lb plates even though they have an entire room dedicated to Olympic lifts. I would definitely recommend this gym over any other in the area but there is room for improvement.

So I patiently awaited the supposed “opening” of this golds location for months, originally being told that it would open in the summer, just for it to be pushed back month by month until it finally opened just recently in December.
My first day in the facility I am greeted with possibly the most foul service I have ever experienced in a commercial gym. I attempt to scan my card from the old location, and instead of simply helping me in some way, the guy at the front desk laughs at me and starts to record me from his hip. I confront him, then he continues laughing and I decide to leave.
I then called management to both report the incident and attempt to cancel my membership, to which they shared little remorse about.
Its safe to say i’ll be moving my business to onelife from now on…

It does the trick but they only have one water fountain and it is barely functional. The selection of machines (Matrix brand) is the best I've seen. I haven’t gotten pumps like this in a while.

It’s been a long time coming waiting for the gym to open but it was all worth the wait. ALL equipments are new and using the latest functionality to get the most bang out of your workout. The locker room has built in locks and the infrared sauna was spacious. The gym has also added an additional area/room dedicated to leg day (full of lifting racks). It hasn’t been crowded since its opening as well. Enjoy your workout!

Yes the wait was an inconvenience HOWEVER, it was 100% worth it! The new Golds Gym in Reston is amazing! It has a whole turf area for sprints/sleds, another separate area for Olympic/powerlifting good free weights area and some unique machines that I’ve never seen at Golds…it’s spacious and you feel like you can breathe unlike the Chantilly or Fairfax locations.

I had a similar experience as many others did with this location. The person soliciting membership outside the closed gym (Reston, VA) stated that they would open in "two weeks" back in August and that I would not be charged until they opened their doors. Not only was I charged the monthly rate before they opened but I was charged a yearly fee and the gym never opened. "ABC Fitness/Golds Gym" customer service was useless and refused to refund those charges even though the gym never opened. I had to dispute with my bank who ABC Fitness/Golds Gym responded with that "services had been provided" which clearly made this civil fraud at this point. Luckily Golds Gym sent an email on December 12th stating the "Gym was now open" which allowed the bank to address the fraud with ABC Fitness/Golds Gym. I most certainly DO NOT recommend joining this gym as they are clearly engaged in sleezy scheme to commit fraud as you all can see from the numerous reviews echoing my experience. There are many other options in the area with excellent facilities and customer service.

It's open now as of Dec 20th 2023. Unfortunately I am unable to go here as I have moved. I had requested a cancellation but was a $110 charge without using any of the facilities.
New opening date given is late October. Pushed out again from Oct 13th which was given in September.
The management first said the gym will open in the summer, then August and then Sept. The management has not been transparent with this. They have been signing up new members since Dec 2022 and members continue to wait.
Will update the review.

Edit: as the gym is finally open, I revise my review to 5 stars. Great facility, friendly customer service, and a fantastic gym overall. I’m looking forward to working out here regularly in the future. I’m sorry for whatever issues were presented during the building process, but wish there had been a little bit more transparency with customers.
Really disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of movement on this opening. Permit applications are public record, and while I understand the county doesn’t make it easy, you guys don’t seem to be keen on getting this location reopened. You’re literally paying rent on a building full of equipment and not getting a return, but you keep advertising improvements to every other location. Really disappointed and I hope I can update this to a 5 star review, but I’m getting to the point where I’d rather give other gyms my money instead of twiddling my thumbs.

The wait was SO worth it. Unfair to leave a review based on the delayed opening that was probably out of their control. The staff is working hard to make up for it! The actual gym location and facilities at American Plaza were awesome. However they closed with no notice (another member showed me a notice hanging in the gym on the last day open) and the new facilities took too long to open so I cancelled. I contacted ABC (the billing company) on 3 occasions and told them that I was cancelling - ABC rep said that was fine, but told me I had to give 30 days notice ($40) - which I had no problem with. However 4 months later I received a collection notice for $180. I contacted this company and they told me it was because I didn't put it in writing (wasn't asked to) and it was for the balance of the contract period. Seriously
Golds Gym - you were awesome, except for the lack of closure notice. Why, oh why are you still using these sheisty companies with their weird tactics for squeezing money out of people. Why, Golds?????? smh smh smh.

I have never felt inclined to leave a negative review until now. I have been told for the last 6 months that this location "should be open soon" yet it has not. Originally they told me this location would be opening by the beginning of the summer however it is currently December. I put my membership on pause a month and a half ago or at least that is what the employees told me happened (I just checked my bank statements and they have been charging me the whole time). Furthermore, there is a number listed for Jonathan at this location who you are supposed to be able to talk to yet he has never picked up a phone call (0/6). Driving to the Chantilly location today to try and get my money back and ensure my membership is placed on hold.

This company is engaged in a blatant scam. They solicited memberships this past spring under the auspices that members would be able to use their Reston location until the new location opened. I signed up and they closed the reston location the same week, in complete disregard to the promises made to get new clients to enter contract. Upon realization of this I contacted their billing company to cancel my membership and they responded in email confirming receipt of my desire to cancel. Weeks later after seeing multiple attempted charges I followed up with them only to receive a different story claiming I must contact Gold’s directly, despite already having email confirmation of cancellation in writing. When I contacted Gold’s they continuously refused to cancel the membership demanding that I come into a physical location to cancel, despite closing the location near me and actually asking that I come ACROSS TOWN to cancel my membership or they will continue charging. Being that I rode public transportation at the time and proximity was the entire reason for subscribing to that location, I was not able to make time to travel to another location to satisfy their ridiculous demands. 6 months later they have Aldous and Associates trying to collect $270 from me on collections as if none of this took place and they did not misrepresent their offer nor confirm my cancellation in email. I took the time to call Aldous today and they blatantly admitted to knowledge of this scam by continuously repeating that the new Gold’s Gym contract does not become invalid for non-attendance. So these people have modified gym contracts post-Covid to be able to charge regardless of non-use or non-payment. This is FRAUD and blatant MISREPRESENTATION. LET THIS BE YOUR WARNING TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If this has also happened to you, we may have a class action.

Unfortunately I cannot give Gold's Gym lower than 1 star. We signed up this past summer to join the new Gold's Gym in Reston. It was suppose to open then, it is now almost December and it does not look like it's opening anytime soon. We are able to use other Gold's Gyms but all the ones closed down in our area. We now have to drive to inconvenient overcrowded ones if we want to go. We would have NEVER signed up if we knew. We are paying for a gym membership that we can rarely use. We sent an email to Gold's Gym customer care (THEY DO NOT CARE) to cancel our membership and recoup some of our money back (annual fees for a gym that never opened). They never apologized and said we had to pay another month before they can cancel it. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I can't believe a gym can charge monthly and yearly dues for a gym that is not open. Every month Gold's Gym said they would open that month. We are tired of their excuses. They should NOT charge until that gym is opened. We will file a complaint with the Attorney General of Virginia and the Better Business Bureau.

This is disgusting!!!
Update - Filed a BBB complaint since I called customer service and was kept on hold for over 15 mins to be told that once an account goes to collection nothing can be done. I’ve never set foot in this gym and my account was sent to collections. Y’all are beyond ridiculous.

Hi,
Thank you for your review, we are working as fast as we can to get our doors open. Once we have any official news to provide, we will send out information. Thank you for your time.
This is an example, all you hear is we are working on it. What does that mean? No explanations, if you ask people to be patient with you why would you not communicate more to the reason why we should give you the time of day, take some responsibility. Is there no accountability at Golds? Who dropped the ball here?

Tired of hearing - "We are sorry, and working hard to get open".
What we want you to do is COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR MEMBERS. Send emails weekly, let us know what is happening. Who you are waiting on, why there is a delay. When you estimate the permit will be approved. Who we can contact to help put pressure in getting this open.
Your staff are unknowledgeable, your PR team is not doing their job, your advertising team fails to update the website at all, or notify members via social media. Do better.

Be aware that Gold's Gym has numerous hidden fees and has a tendency to charge repeatedly!
Their customer support team cannot provide any clear answers regarding billing issues and can only suggest sending an email, which often goes unanswered.
It is unacceptable that the gym management has disrespected their clients by abruptly closing the gym with 1 week's notice. Despite their initial commitment to reopen the gym in July, they have continuously changed the reopening date every week. The most recent expected reopening date was September 21st. Today is October 2nd and it is not opened yet.
This inconsistency is causing inconvenience and frustration for the clients, and the management needs to take immediate action to address this issue.
I want to avoid returning to this gym and cannot recommend purchasing a membership.
However, many great trainers are employed here, and I hope they can find a better workplace.

I love this gym because of it's proximity to Whole Foods, several pieces of great gym equipment, the nice bathrooms and 5 really exceptional employees. Mike is the best gym manager I have ever known. And he's such a nice man. This gym is so peaceful, never too crowded. They also don't play music very loudly and I love that. Andrew is an awesome trainer always trying to help me reach my full potential. Brett, Ashley and McKenna are so kind and nice and all three have gone out of their way to help me. The showers are great (water pressure and water temperature are perfect). I love that they stay open until 11 pm. This is by far my favorite gym in Virginia and I've been to many. It's a hidden gem of a gym. Each month I get to work with a trainer for free. That comes with the membership. For me this is the perfect gym. I have been to well over 125 gyms in the past 20 months and this gym is one of my three favorites. Mike, Brett, Andrew, Ashley McKenna, the showers, the close proximity to Whole Foods and the equipment are what really makes this a very special gym. Some of the members at this gym are so nice. My two favorite members are these two brothers: Johnson and Alex. I just love this gym.
