My daughter trained at Head Over Heels for 10 years as a member of their competition team. I cannot say enough good things about the coaches and community at this gym. Not only are the gymnasts successful at competitions, but they are expected to be kind and supportive of one another. Bullying is not tolerated and anyone who cannot adhere to the gym’s standards of conduct will be asked to leave. The gymnasts become like family due to this atmosphere and we have gained lifelong friendships from our time at Head Over Heels.

The coaches at this gym are AMAZING. The work and time they put into the gym is simply mind blowing. They treat everyone equally and give their all. You will not be disappointed letting your child join this gym:)

I attended the Spring Showcase as well as my niece’s birthday here and it was so great! The staff was attentive, kind, and made sure each kid got their time to shine during the showcase. It was so fun to watch. The birthday party was very enjoyable and had activities for kids of all ages and skill levels. Great and welcoming environment!

I attended the Spring Showcase in April. It was great to see the sheer number of children participating and the support shown by the gymnasts' families. It was wonderful to see so many staff at the event. They are clearly knowledgeable, encouraging, and enjoy working with the children! Highly recommend.

I wanted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience with [Head over Heels]. My children have been incredibly fortunate to train under the exceptional coaching of April, Anna, Kristen, and Kaleigh. Their dedication to the children goes far beyond simply teaching gymnastics; they foster a supportive and encouraging environment that promotes growth both physically and personally. The care and attention they provide are truly remarkable.

The program itself is exceptional. From the well-maintained facilities to the structured and engaging classes, it's clear that a great deal of thought and effort has gone into creating a positive learning experience. I highly recommend this gymnastics program to any parent seeking a high-quality, enriching activity for their child.

It's a shame they don't currently offer adult classes – I would certainly participate if they did! The birthday party option is also a fantastic addition, offering a fun and memorable celebration for young gymnasts.

This place provides gymnastics classes. The girl in the office was very very helpful in answering all my questions. Anna, April, and Kristen are also very wonderful with the kids!!! 10/10 would recommend. Kaleigh is very fortunate to own such a wonderful facility!!

We had my granddaughters birthday party last weekend and it was a wonderful event. The gym looks great and the staff there was awesome. The gym has had some definite upgrades and looks great.

My 4 year old attended a birthday party at head over heels today. The staff (two young girls) seemed miserable and so unfriendly (especially considering they were hosting a child’s birthday party, to clarify this WAS staff, not the family.) They we’re very inattentive which resulted in two young children (4) not getting picked to play duck duck goose, and having to sit in the circle patiently while the other bigger kids had fun and picked each other. Mind you, it is their responsibility to orchestrate and moderate all of the festivities… they are NOT purely there to open and close the gym. Not sure they even noticed because they were staring off looking annoyed the entire time.

Later the kids climbed up the knotted rope. The padded mat was not directly under the rope and many of the stronger kids were climbing to the top, meanwhile only one of the staff was even holding the rope but hardly paying attention. Thankfully no children fell because it would have been horrific. Would not go back from this single experience.

The website and Google both show this location in the Staunton Mall - but when we got there we couldnt find it. We stopped to ask another store and they told us, roughly, where it had moved to (over a year ago!) - So we drove to the new location (passed by it once because there is no visible signage from the main road) and then proceeded to follow a family on their way to class to the BACK of the building down an alleyway basically. There were old and faded duct tape orange arrows taped onto the building pointing to the entrance.. It was sketchy to say the least.
Once we got into the front there wasn't anyone to check us in - they were all busy with class - so we waited until the teacher came to collect the kids. - The class itself wasn't terrible. Ms. Gabby was subbing and let our little guy do his own thing. We were there for a trial class.
