Good clean place, attentive and Helpful staff. Apparently this is the older of the 2 gyms on Base, and everyone goes to the other. So if you want a good peaceful workout this is the one!

Gym is well equipped and staff are very friendly. The sports medicine clinic is very nice and the people actually listen to you.

It's a nice gym and all but the Family Gym is less than to be desired. It has the space for the kids to play and the equipment BUT there is barely anything for the kids to play, TV is never on nor works, and there is some broken and outdated equipment.
It's like us family get the leftovers for equipment or a after thought for the kid's play area. It needs to be updated and more age appropriate toys and other things. It's truly sad that they say oh we are for military and their family and yet for the gym the family is the LAST to be thought of. It's a real shame. Don't know if I will be going back.
