I started classes at INERGY back in May after I walked by, heard music, and thought it looked like fun - it is!! Four months and 78 (and counting!) classes later, I can't imagine a week without it. The classes are high energy, fun, and approachable, no matter what the focus. There's strength, pilates, yin yoga, cardio, step, Sunday samplers, dance, outdoor bootcamp, dude camp, and more, meaning there is always something to get you off of your couch, no matter how crazy your schedule. You know it's a strong community when the longtime people say hi, give you advice, and encourage you, and all of the teachers follow up to say they're glad you came. Together, we share monthly goals and good news. I saw results pretty quickly, and this community has motivated me to keep going. Reach out to Kelly and try a class (or several!). You'll be glad you did.

I am overweight, over 55, and when I joined was having some major life changes and stressed. I was a periodic exerciser and looking for some motivational help. Kelly is an awesome cheerleader and she personally checks in with everyone in class. All the instructors do this personalization and they truly meet you where you are. That made me feel so comfortable despite not being as fit as the majority. The people in the classes are just as encouraging and if you hesitate one or five people will jump in to help, showing you moves and equipment and helping you "get what you came for" in each class. The focus on body composition vs just weight was extremely helpful. The focus on macros and what you eat is very helpful. It helped me select foods to maximize protein and fiber. While I was not very successful the first few years with weight loss, using the help and support of Kelly and Amy and the team I have succeeded in losing 20 pounds this year. The supportive atmosphere and the workouts always being different to challenge and keep from getting in a rut have been so helpful in the weight loss and fitness increase. Step is my favorite and I wish it was more than once a week but I love the program and the people are amazing. Hope to continue my downward weight trajectory so that I enter my 60's much healthier than I left my 50's.

I absolutely love going to Kelly’s Bootcamp & Inergy! The variety of classes and flexible days/times make it easy to stay consistent, and I always feel great after each session!. Over the past year back at Kelly’s, I’ve lost over 25 pounds and more than 10% body fat!

All of the coaches are motivating, supportive, and always give positive feedback. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I actually look forward to going—something I never thought I’d say about exercise. My favorite classes are yoga, strength training, and run club (where I do a fast-paced walk instead of a run, and that’s completely encouraged!).

I am been a member of KBC from the very beginning. The workouts, instructors and community are the BEST around. There are so many different types of classes at all different times which makes it easier to find something that fits your schedule. My personal favorite is Tuesday cardio at 6:30 pm. The best advice is make your workout like any other appointment. No excuse, just get there...you won't regret it! :)

Kelly's Bootcamp is the best place around to get a great workout! I've been a member for 3+ years and definitely feel this is the one thing that helped me achieve my fitness goal of "getting healthy and strong!" At KBC, I've been able to improve, learn the correct form, and challenge myself each class to work hard. I've lost 30 pounds in 2 years and have gained so much more! My favorite classes are the Strength and Conditioning Class on Tuesdays/Thursdays and Strength on Saturday... but I've decided to give them all a try this year - just took Yin Yoga with Meg today. I absolutely love the Inergy team. While the studio is too far for me to attend in person, they offer zoom options for most of their classes. Even though I am at home, I feel challenged, motivated, and part of the larger community.

I joined Kelly’s Bootcamp in 2014 after we moved to the area. I have always worked out but typically went to a gym and ran on a treadmill (so many miles running in place). I joined KBC 7 years ago as a runner who needed cross-training. I showed up to my first class, a Saturday bootcamp not knowing what to expect in a parking lot with pumping music and smiling people. I loved it. Kelly's energy fired me up and I wanted to be part of her community. It took me a month or so to add a second class, Zone, an aerobic/anaerobic cardio class that is still my favorite. And then a third, muscle confusion, a game-changing strength-building class. I now trust Kelly and her dream team of instructors with my daily movement, every day of the week. I am so thankful to God to have found KBC! One year ago, I was in the worst shape of my life, overweight, unhealthy, low energy and didn't know how to change. I went to an outdoor Saturday Bootcamp and I was amazed. Kelly and the whole community was welcoming. I was able to exercise and do things I didn't know I could. Kelly’s bootcamp offers challenging but fun and unique fitness classes and a true community feel. Kelly and her instructors truly care about you as a person and want to promote positivity and community. It’s such a warm feeling to be a part of a hard working group of people but at the same time knowing everyone is so supportive. Her classes are very reasonable in price for this area and you get so much more out of them than your big box gym classes or the studios focused only on profits. She offers nutrition advice and even informal psychological advice that’s actually helpful. I really encourage people of all ages and fitness types to give it a shot!!

My husband and I have been training with Kelly for 10 plus years. Kelly and all of her trainers are amazing, thoughtful, caring, energetic, and passionate about their students and making sure you "get what you came for". There is a class for everyone including Retro, a class for people 55 and older. My husband and I have been taking this class for the last two or three years and the instructors are amazing!! We have had some health issues and through this class we have been able to rebuild our strength and fitness level. The instructors know what our issues are and give us modifications if they do not think we can do the current exercise. We have recently been able to do some of the classes in the video library which is a fantastic resource for when we want to take a class that fits our schedule. I can go on and on about Kelly and her amazing team and the community she has created. Honestly, give Inergy a try. You will NOT be disappointed.

KBC has been a life changer! I joined during COVID because almost all classes are also offered on Zoom or Facebook Live. They also have a continually updated video library of all the recorded classes. It definitely fits my busy work schedule! Can't say enough about all the energetic, motivating and super friendly instructors and community! The variety of classes is also a huge plus!!

I've never managed to consistently workout like this before, but something just clicked with KBC - Great instructors, great students, fresh air - they are the real deal. My teenage daughter now wakes up early on Saturdays and joins me! I also like that they encourage good nutrition without eliminating fun. Kelly encourages an 80/20 approach. They are always watching! Your kids that is. When I started KBC my daughters were little and I couldn’t leave them at home. I either worked out after dropping them off at preschool or I schlepped them to the lot with me. That was the first thing I noticed, Kelly wanted us there even if it meant kids came too! My daughters grew up in the lot and now as middle schoolers are both active kids who have learned alot about fitness and nutrition because of MY experience with Kelly and her team. And yes, they do birthday pushups too! As for me, I attend classes typically 5 days a week because I look forward to the people most! I joined Kelly's Bootcamp/INERGY about 2 years ago and they are hands down the absolute best. Kelly and her team offer a variety of workouts (strength training, cardio circuit, kickboxing, yoga, barre, Zumba, and more) at various times throughout the day (early morning, morning, late afternoon and evening) that can be taken in studio or via Zoom. Several classes are also offered in a group setting outdoors. One of my favorite things about KBC is access to the online KBC library of recorded workouts, which is super convenient if a particular class time doesn't work for me. As a busy working mom with a demanding schedule, between the frequency that classes are offered and access to the library, I have no trouble at all fitting in my daily workout. But, what I love most about KBC is that Kelly and her team truly care about each and every person who joins KBC. Not only do they cheer you on during workouts, but they'll offer modifications if you are working through an injury, tailor the workouts for a range of fitness levels, and they'll help you celebrate your birthday with some birthday push ups. Simply put, Kelly and her team are truly incredible. If you are looking for fun and flexible fitness classes then I highly recommend KBC!
