My family moved to the area two years ago. We noticed this little gym immediately, but out of habit, we kept going to a chain gym for the first year. I'm so glad we finally decided to make the change. This gym has everything you need for a good workout and then some, and you can't beat 24-hour access. There's also multiple gym community meet-up opportunities...if you're in the market, give this small business your support. You won't be disappointed!

A small, local gym, with the best staff ever. Morgan and Matt are super supportive of their clients and gym goers. They try their hardest for us every day and it makes me feel like trying my hardest in the gym. They turned my health around and my life for the better. Thank you Morgan and Matt, for everything ❤️

This gym has everything I need to be positive and build strength. I was at a big gym in Fredericksburg that had everything I didn't need, along with the negative attitudes that come with it. The people here are nice, and I like the small feel and environment that comes with it. Highly recommend it if you're local and don't want to go 40 minutes away for a crowded gym and bad attitudes. I suggest joining.

Love this gym so much. Now I don’t have to go all the way in Fredericksburg. I don’t drive due to health issues usually I don’t have time to go to Fredericksburg or no one could take me because it’s to far lol. But now Iron Heritage Strength and fitness is only like maybe 9 minutes away so glad we have a gym in our town.

Awesome equipment, awesome space, awesome people! This small town gym is better than any major corporate gym I've ever been too! I've got a long journey ahead of me when it comes to my weight loss and muscle building...but im very glad I've got the awesome support of iron heritage and it's its awesome people!
