We are an exciting boxing fitness gym providing private boxing lessons and our 30 minute boxing HIIT class located in the Annandale Sports Center. Our 30 minutes HIIT class will whip you into shape and help you discover boxing skills you never knew you had. We offer private lessons if you want to further expand your skills or learn more in-depth boxing.

Jabs Boxing Springfield is an outstanding gym that provides a professional and welcoming environment for all levels of training. The facility is well-maintained, and the programs are structured to build both skill and confidence.
I would like to especially recognize my coaches, Dennis and Jammy, for their dedication and expertise. They demonstrate patience, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping every student reach their potential. We had our first work out today and man, it was awesome! The whole atmosphere is great. The coaches are patient (I am WAY out of shape), everyone else attending is chill, no judgment - you don’t feel out of place if you don’t have any experience. There are multiple coaches so you’ll get one-on-one help several times during the class to help you and test your skills with the pads. It’s an awesome combination of boxing and high intensity workout. The 40-50 minutes FLIES by because you have so much fun - it never gets boring.
They have an Instagram (@jabsboxingandfitness) with a link to the Mind and Body app to book your spot in the class. The class itself is on the upper floor of the building. If you walk in and ask the person at the desk, they’ll direct you.

I’ve been boxing for years now but this place has helped me grow so much. The instructors are so hands-on and caring. They create a very welcoming and fun environment. Each class entails a new lesson that helps you grow as a boxer, and the instructors even help you outside of the class. I highly recommend Jabs Boxing to everyone, those with zero boxing experience all the way down to experts!

I really enjoy training at jabs because it’s what boxing is supposed to be: continuous high reps of the fundamental boxing techniques (the basics). Meanwhile its always a fun and upbeat atmosphere. And I think it’s great for trimming weight because the gym is extremely hot - which I prefer because doing high reps of boxing in there for just 5-10 minutes alone will have you sweating. But the trainers are also very personable and they work with each client on the mitts for the each of the combinations they’re demonstrating. So that definitely helps people that are newcomers to boxing to learn the fundamentals. It might not be flashy as a “corporate” gym but it doesn’t need to be. Its simple and fun and affordable and it accomplishes a great sweat and routine for fitness and boxing. And I like the community there.

My review is bias because I’ve known the three trainers since this was a budding idea to a now developed business. They have grown substantially over the years and I’m proud to have seen them develop and refine their class structure and business model as they grew. The result is a well structured boxing centric workout regiment with charismatic and knowledgeable trainers. With two to three trainers working a class, it allows participants of all levels to be coached with care. If your interested in boxing as a form of novice exercise or a seasoned boxer who is looking for an intense addition to your regiment, then Jabs is for you.
