My experience with Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios is best described as "Life Changing". I have been with JWFNS for over 2 years. I have completely changed my lifestyle after working with them!! I eat better, train better and overall AM better!! At 38 years old, people are shocked to hear my age!! My skin is clearer from eating clean and my physique has transformed!! The knowledge I have gained from Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios is unfathomable!! I highly recommend!

Incredible and friendly trainers. Knowledgeable, great personalities, nonjudgemental and ability to dial up or down your workout based on how you feel and the level you are at. Just enough motivation to ensure a great workout without making you feel so sore you canβt move the next day.
On top of that, fantastic nutrition advice and counseling. I have lost over 40 pounds but more importantly, over 12% body fat.
Nutrition appointments are great and you donβt feel judged when you fail. They encourage, motivate and understand that changing your eating habits takes time and they are so good at adjusting your diet based on the food you like to eat.
I couldn't recommend Jim and his staff more. If you are looking to build muscle and/or lose weight, you wonβt find a better place to help with those goals.

went there for some nutritional help. The Good: The nutritionist/dietician was pretty flexible around my schedule. After the 5 sessions (I think? once per week in the mornings), I lost weight, about 10 pounds and my insurance paid for it all. The Bad: Annoyed when they lost my initial application that I filled out online, which had all of my food allergies, annoyed when the nutritionist/dietician gave me a generic food plan to follow where half of it I couldn't eat because of my food allergies, annoyed when I did come back for other sessions the nutritionist did not change the plan to fit me, just the goal, which was to lose weight. Overall: Neutral, not so accomodating for food allergies.

One of the only places where I am super grateful that they have reserved parking spaces! I have been going to a nutritional at JWFNS for a month or two. It's been helpful to have someone knowledgeable to be able to bounce ideas off of and tweak my diet. I am not going with a goal of weight loss in mind but more a performance minded diet while training for a triathlon. My insurance covers the visits so all in all I am very pleased.
My nutritionist is very knowledgeable and non-judgmental.
