I have some limitations with using my right wrist, so Iโm always cautious when exercising. What I really appreciate is that the instructor is always attentive and makes sure the exercises donโt put any strain on that area. The studio is also very clean and comfortable, and parking is convenient.

This was my first time trying Pilates, and Iโm really glad I did! The instructor tailors each session to your individual condition, which makes the workout feel both safe and effective. The schedule is also very flexible, and itโs great that I can attend with a friend. The studio is clean, well-organized, and all the equipment is in excellent condition. It feels like a place you can really trust. I definitely recommend this place if youโre looking for a private setting to do equipment-based Pilates!

Iโve only been attending group sessions at Jโs PILATES for a couple of weeks, but Iโm already feeling a real difference in my body! The instructor is incredibly knowledgeable! Not only about the proper form and positions, but also about how each movement targets specific muscles. What really stands out is the personalized attention. Even in a group setting, exercises are modified based on each personโs condition or needs, which makes the experience feel very supportive and tailored. Iโm so glad I found this studio. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness!

I did a 3-session trial and liked it so much that I signed up again. Iโve never worked out before, but this Pilates class has been amazing. The instructor checks every single detail of my posture, makes sure Iโm using my strength evenly, and helps me stay in proper form throughout. I feel really supported, and itโs definitely worth the money.

I first tried J's Pilates about 1.5 years ago and averaged private and semi-private lessons twice a week. It's probably the most consistent workout I've done since middle school and I absolutely love it. Small classes allow instructor's individual attention and position corrections. I appreciate learning from a professional instructor who clearly loves what she does. Jae is focused, kind and encouraging. Highly recommend!

I love J's Pilates! I've been taking pilates lessons from J for about a year and a half now and she has helped me regain core strength after giving birth, lose my post-partum weight, and help with my lower back pain. J is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and fun and she is great about correcting your posture so that you are working the right parts of your body with each exercise. I highly recommend this studio and J!

I having done pilates on my own for 6 years. During that time I became interested in doing pilates using reformers and other machines and J's Studio seemed to fit that need.
For folks with similar inclinations, I would recommend a 1 on 1 session. The instructor will be able to isolate specific muscle groups and build up strength necessary for each client. A 50 minute session has been ideal for me with the instructor helping maximize the time by reducing tension and correcting bad form.
Instructor has not only been attentive during the full 50 minutes but has also pushed me to finish each session even on days where I lacked the motivation. Her programs are varied and challenging enough that the 50 minutes go by quicker than you'd expect!
