With over 30 years of experience KAMLife has been one of the top leaders in research and health & fitness promotion in Northern Virginia. With his experience, he has worked in several capacities, including: working with professional athletes with highly skilled sports-specific training, Post-Rehab & RecoveryTraining, Advanced Stretch Therapy, along with dealing with our corporate culture, which includes our Executive small group training program, Senior fitness program, and our Super Mom~ Fitness group program.

KAM is awesome. He is very knowledgeable not just about fitness but nutrition. We have seen results in the short time we've trained with him. My son put on muscle, is more flexible, is faster and agile. We would referred to KAM by a physical therapist my son saw because of knee pain. He no longer has knee pain. We highly recommend KAM..

My son is a high school athlete and has been working with Kam on agility, strength, explosiveness and power. Kam's experience and expertise has been invaluable! Kam is extremely knowledgeable about athletic performance, but is also able to see and address mechanical imbalances, and as a result, is helping my son stay injury free. Kam is such a positive role model for high school athletes (or anyone!). He is encouraging and supportive, and always looking for ways to help my son optimize his performance. Kam also shares his extensive knowledge about nutrition, and encourages small weekly goals (outside of the training session) that my son can implement throughout the week. We are so thankful that we found Kam. My son loves training with him, and always walks away from his sessions feeling excited about the progress he is making. Kam is the best!

I have only been working with KAM for a little while but I will definitely be working with him for a long time. KAM has been working with me for general fitness and recovery from back issues (spinal arthritis) with my physical therapist. He is patient and caring in making sure I get a good workout without irritating my back further. He’s working with me on nutrition as well if I’ll actually listen.
