I love K&J Fitness I wish I was still going but unfortunately I moved to St Paul VA...TO be honest people you will never find a fitness class like this one.. The classes are fun and very supportive and you do not have to worry about paying for a personal trainer because the trainer works out with you..he will let you know what you need to do to stay fit and healthy..I try to use his method he train me in class at home but its not the same...He would always encouraging me that I can do why it ! did I stop? I wish he can do virtual classes...Try it out I promise you will not want to go to any other gym..and its a very reasonable price
