Good local gym apart of the Kingstowne HOA’s. Facility has nice equipment and they’ve changed their hours. What I can never understand is why it closes at 7pm on weekends. There doesn’t need to be a front desk person, it should just be a fob system for members to come as they please. The front desk workers hardly ever acknowledge you/not around. Lately has become a hangout spot for the teenagers who work there, letting random people in who don’t belong. Management should really be on top of the workers here given it’s a job that isn’t really even needed half the time.

Had a horrible experience with the front desk person Ms. Pollard. This is the second time we have had spoken to her and she is just the rudest mean spirited person I have ever met. We were trying to book the Thompson Center for an event, and had spoken to Matt about the booking originally. We were within the 2 week window which we understood, but was told that was ok. When we got there, we were told by Ms. Pollard that we weren't allowed to book it and she didn't know why Matt would tell us that we could. She expressed this information to us in the rudest way. After we walked away, I waited by the elevator to call my sister and tell her the news. Ms. Pollard then proceeded to talk about me and my sister to her coworker not realizing I was still down the hallway and could over hear her whole conversation. I will probably never book there again.

I have been here a few times...Good fitness facility,but today I was denied access because I used my husbands pass (which I have previously used at the facility)...I am dissapointed in this treatment even thou I had Identification with proof of residence and also bearing my husbands last name which is also proof of affiliation to the name on my pass.The lady said she will not allow me any access and that I will have to wait till monday and get my own pass before I will be allowed.
This is terrible service for a home owner.
