Staff always rushing you to leave and giving you dirty looks if your climbing near closing. I don’t pay 90$ a month subscription to leave early….

Good gym and setting but the workers and policies need a lot of work. Using the security cameras, some workers at the front desk were making fun of someone in the weight room. I also recall trying to set up a lead class and having to deal with a lot of waiting on the phone, which would have been totally ok if I couldn't hear the employees goofing around in the background. There are a bunch of rules that just over police the members, such as no harnesses on the boulder wall, no ATCs, no adjusting the wall incline on your own, etc. I'm also dissatisfied with the policy requiring you to cancel your membership 24 hours before the next membership period. Maybe that's common but I had never dealt with that before and they didn't advertise it very well. Overall good climbing and regular setting but it's super clear they are the only gym in town. Some competition would do them good.

I enjoyed myself very much. The staff is awesome and very helpful. Even the staff that wasn't working, at the time I was their, was helpful with others. I look forward to going back in a couple of days to keep trying the big walls.

So the experience was fun. I took l large Group. They communicated well. Until.. So I paid up front. Got there and they could barely use the new computer system. The check in time was almost an hour. We didn't have as many guest as expected. They were willing to refund. I played phone tag with Lauren so many times. She agreed they were going to fix it. I would have been happy with a credit. Maybe I was to nice. If I raised heck more might have been done. I just was left that they were working on it and going to handle. But they just stopped communicating and dropped me. The guys had an amazing time but unfortunately they won't be back. If they made things right I would fix my review. But I run a company and we do not treat customers like this. Very sad this was our first and last experience with this company.

You’ll come for the routes and the exercise, but you’ll stay for the people.
I can’t say I’ve ever experienced β€œcommunity” at any gym until I got a membership here. The routes are changed around regularly enough for you to feel continuously challenged at any level plus the staff are very helpful and motivating. I really can’t say enough good things about this place, so you should just stop by and see for yourself.

Seems nice and professional with the site, but I searched for 15 minutes on this site how much it is for two people without classes or anything special to just come to climb for an hour.

Besides the scraps it was a great experience, specially if you are kinda scared of heights 🫣

Great climbing gym. Friendly and helpful staff. Gear is in good shape. Routes are changed regularly and include a broad range for everyone from brand new climbers to more skilled, advanced climbers. I try to climb here anytime I’m in the area.

A nice medium sized gym with modern walls. Hand holds are in good shape and still lots of friction on them. decent amount of auto belays 5.7 to 5.12 set on them and 2 autos on overhang wall so decent workout. Surprisingly well set for an area with little outdoor climbing to gauge difficulties but I found them to be right about where they should be. i didn’t try boulders. A good place for travelers and seems to have a good amount of locals. try it out!

Came from out of state and had a blast. Grades were comparable, the height of the walls was impressive. Clean facility with lots of variety.

My 12-year-old son loved this place! I loved it as well, but only after I gained more confidence. If I can climb 3/4 of the way to the top, anyone can. I have little experience with rock climbing and am in my mid-forties.

Very great atmosphere and staff experience. If you're looking to exercise, conquer a wall or do some yoga latitude offers it all.

Pros:
Great facilities
Auto belaying
Lead climbing
Normal belaying
Tons of bouldering
Fancy bathrooms
Close location to stores but still easy to access.
Friendly staff
Gear rentable and buyable in store
Free water
Free training and help from staff
Military (can cancel and freeze membership at any time)

Cons
$Price$
Gear rental not included in membership (but free first 2 weeks)
Military discount (does little to anything price wise)

Only thing keeping this from being a 5 ⭐ review is the price... It's almost $40 for a single day with gear rentals and it's $80 for a month without gear included. $140 for a couples membership. I'm not sure why $80 feels like a lot but when deciding whether or not to get a membership, it was fairly difficult to bring myself to do it.

There is also a sign on price for starting memberships

They do birthday party's and small events too

This climbing gym was recently constructed and supports a small but good climbing community. The usual fitness and yoga classes are offered. Personally I only tried the yoga and was satisfied. There are decent, if lacking variety, bouldering walls and a smallish collection of top rope and lead route (which I didn’t try personally). There are probably order of 30 bouldering problems and rope routes.

If you’re coming from a place where climbing has a stronger footprint (Rocky mountains or large metro area) you should moderate your expectations for this gym. However, this gym is nice and there are multiple locations in the area if you don’t mind driving, so considering the location the gym is great.

I got to tag along with my partner to try bouldering. Very clean and the routes looked colorful and fun. I could only handle the beginner (red) climbs but i still had an absolute blast.

It’s about time we got a climbing gym on this side of the water! This place is awesome. Clean facilities and great staff. Boulder problems I felt were correctly graded. I haven’t done any of the sports route yet.

My family and I have been members here since July β€˜23. We love how friendly and passionate the staff are. Booked my son’s party here and the staff did an amazing job. I also enjoy the yoga classes offered here. The Hampton location is AWESOME!

This was my time here, and the staff (especially Jason) was very friendly and helpful. I was given a crash course on the do's and don'ts and was taught how to use the equipment without having to hunt down a team member. Very kid friendly. I plan on returning.

A solid climbing gym and a nice addition to the Peninsula. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the routes are solidly set with roughly six auto-belays for a solo climber.

Grades seemed on point for both bouldering and on the ropes.

Started taking my 5yo granddaughter on July 25th. She loves going and is working 5.8 auto-belay routes on the big walls already. She loves the bouldering walls; so much that she complained "they changed my routes with asking me." Once the staff told her it was so she could have more fun without getting bored she stated "well I guess that's okay!" The Staff is exceptional, friendly, and every patron has been encouraging and supportive of her. Waiting on my schedule to mesh with a Top Rope Belay class, so that she can move to those routes.

Check it out and see for yourself! This place is great even for a 5 year old!

Great place to climb either sports route or bouldering. They have a spray wall, hangboards and campus board. But what I like most is the kilterboard and you can change the angle by asking staff.

I am not a huge fan of this gym. They require you to use a gregre and do not allow traditional ATC devices. They have five auto belays but four of them are set up on a 20 ft wall. The location is convenient but I will probably continue to drive across the water to utilize a gym more suited for traditional climbers.

It's an alright place but most climbs are either too easy or too hard there's not really an in-between which makes this place not as fun to me.
