I was a crossfitter for 8 years and then found that my joints were just not handling it anymore. Edith was actually one of my old coaches and I knew how careful she was with making sure everyone was exercising safely but also pushing themselves to healthy limits. I decided to try out the programming she had created for former athletes and I truly feel it has saved my joints! I was even able to drop into xfit gyms during my travels or for memorial WODs and kept up just fine, if not better. I’ve even had my mom start training with Edith and it has done wonders for her joints and long term health as well. 11/10 recommend working with Edith on your fitness goals… Your body and mind will thank you!

I started taking Edith's strenght training classes this week. It was such an amazing workout class with a sequence of fun exercises. We paired in a group. Working out with a partner is more motivating and fun. I enjoyed her classes and will be taking her classes regularly whenever I have free morning time. Thank you, Edith.

Edith is the best coach and trainer I've ever had, and I've been doing strength training and CrossFit for over ten years. I first had the pleasure of working with her as a coach at my CrossFit gym, and then I continued to work with her for remote programming after I moved away and began attending a new gym (and she struck out on her own!). She was an energetic, attentive, and fun instructor for CrossFit group classes, and she wrote the gym's excellent programming. I came to Edith with a goal of doing better on my fitness test for work and she has been creating my training plans for over a year now. She absolutely crushed it! I more than doubled my score on the test and I feel the fittest I’ve ever been. Edith checked in with me regularly and adjusted my programming when I needed her to because of unexpected travel or other events. She even reprogrammed workouts to fit equipment that was available at hotel gyms when I didn’t have access to my regular gym. Edith consistently programmed workouts I enjoyed that also helped me achieve my goals and I cannot recommend her enough!
