We recently had our daughter’s birthday party at My Gym Burke and they knocked it out of the park again! All of the guests were impressed with Mr. Tony and his energy with the group! It’s a wonderful place to have a birthday party because you get the whole space for your party, they take care of everything from setting up to cleaning up, and the kids all have a great time!

This is the BEST place for birthday parties! We've been to so many birthdays (we have a 3 and 5 year old) and the MyGym experience was top notch.
1. You can see the whole space from the front so you can actually sit and watch your kids gave fun without losing sight of them and stressing.
2. The instructors are fantastic with the kids. My 2 are usual pretty clingy but they went off on their own here- probably since they could also see me- but also because the set up and activities were so fun and engaging and made to work for kids of all ages.
3. MyGym provided new socks for all the kids to wear and take home and handles everything you could want for party prep making it very stressful free.
4. They taught me a pizza hack to cut slices in half which made it so much easier for all the kids to eat and not waste food!

We just celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday party at MyGym Burke. It was her third birthday celebration here; she keeps requesting to come back! She and all her friends had a blast, and everything went seamlessly. My daughter said she rated it as a 54 on a scale of 1-10, with ten being the most fun :). We also love how well MyGym planned for and ran everything! They definitely went above and beyond! My daughter wanted her theme to be Mary Poppins, which is not a standard theme. But MyGym enthusiastically did so much to make it happen, and it came together beautifully. They provided plates and a tablecloth that embodied the Jolly Holiday theme of Mary Poppins, put up a carousel banner that looked just like the carousel from the movie, and put up another banner that displayed Mary Poppins’ silhouette in the clouds, with Big Ben in the background. They also put penguin balloons on the table, which my daughter absolutely loved, and other Mary Poppins pics as centerpieces! It was all an amazing embodiment of Mary Poppins. They also incorporated key scenes from the movie in the games they played and had my daughter’s favorite Mary Poppins songs playing. Everything was taken care of for us; all we had to bring was the cake! We love how much fun the kids and parents alike had, how seamlessly everything went from beginning to end, and how much genuine thought and enthusiasm was put into our non-traditional theme! It’s very apparent how much the staff genuinely care and work to ensure that the children have the best birthday parties they can have!

My daughter and her pre-k friend celebrated their birthday together at My Gym - Burke. The party was spectacular. All their friends had a wonderful time with the super energetic and fun staff playing games, learning the gym equipment (they even went on a zip line!) and just having fun with each other. It couldn't have gone any better! This was one of the first birthday parties where I was not stressing out about really anything. They decorated in the chosen theme, asked if there were particular songs or games you wanted them to play, set out the tables for food, drinks and gifts and even served everyone lunch. All the cleanup was also completed by the staff. They were fabulous!

We’ve had two birthday parties here and they have been amazing! The kids all had a blast and the staff have been amazing. The staff has made sure that everything has been impeccably organized- the games have been engaging and age appropriate, and the staff have been super enthusiastic and friendly, creating a very fun, festive, and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff also does all the planning, so we’ve just had to show up! They’ve done amazing jobs decorating and planning the games. As parents, we have been thrilled, and my daughter has continued to ask to come back for her birthday parties!! The classes, events, staff and birthday parties at My Gym Burke were a big part of my family's life for four years. I will forever be thankful for this business. They are a treasure in our community.

We moved to Burke in June 2021. During the pandemic we were very isolated, and the result was that my one year old son and three year old daughter had nowhere near the level of socialization they needed. My daughter desperately wanted friends, but she was nervous around others.

Through participation in weekly classes, the staff did an incredible job building up both of my children's confidence. My daughter went from being afraid of all slides and unable to climb any structures independently to bravely tackling climbing walls and any playground she meets. My son learned how to play and interact with others.

As an educator, the most important thing I've learned is that you must meet children where they are and move at their pace. All of the staff at My Gym do this with patience and kindness. The accomplishments of all children are celebrated and acknowledged.

The Halloween and Christmas parties became annual traditions in our family that we all looked forward to every year.

We had several birthday parties at My Gym as well. These parties take all of the work for you, covering the decorations, music, food, goodie bags and activities. This past year, my daughter wanted to have a cat party. The staff wore cat ears for the whole party, and played popular music where all of the words were replaced by "meows." It really took things to the next level. I know my whole family will remember this party for years to come.

If you want a positive environment where your entire family will thrive, with staff who are dedicated, knowledgeable, patient and kind, look no farther. My Gym is a gem.

We recently had our 8 yo daughters bday party here and it was a huge success. Ms. Jacklyn who lead the party was so professional, enthusiastic, energetic and fun. The kids really responded so well to her as she lead them the different activities throughout the 1.5hr party. She was so engaging, they were even excited to wash their hands. We had a range of kids at the party from 1 to 8 years and everyone was entertained. Even the parents were impressed with the activities that the kids did. Favorites include the swinging obstacles hung from the ceiling and the zip line. As an introvert parent, this was a great option where everything about the private bday event was handled for you from the activities, food and cleanup. 10/10. No notes.

Our family absolutely loves My Gym Burke. You get unlimited free play sessions with class registration so it is a pretty good value if you are able to attend some of them. My son’s gross motor skills have really improved in the month and a half since we started attending. The best part though is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and knows my son by name, which I am constantly impressed by because there are tons of kids in and out from all the classes throughout the week.

We had my son’s 4th birthday party at My Gym and had the most amazing experience! We were blown away by how tailored the games were to his Super Mario party theme. All the kids were thrilled and several parents commented how impressed they were by how streamlined and organized it was.

We were lucky to have the party hosted by our 2 fav class teachers Ms. Talia and Mr. Mark (although in our experience every teacher we’ve had has been excellent). They took into consideration my son’s preferences in songs & games. They brought high positive vibes and made sure all kids felt welcome and comfortable to play and explore. Review for Waddlers (6-20mo):

We’ve taken our 1yo to weekly Waddlers classes for four months. The staff is 10/10 — they bring great energy and care. Staff makes 85% of the experience at a place like this.

We love how the schedule moves quickly with lots of clever activities. It’s even fun for us adults to be surprised with what big swing or big adventure is next. One week it’s a sports arena, the next a carwash… You never know!

The gym has nice, well-kept equipment for climbing, balancing, pushing, and stacking. The carpet is plush but firm, its miraculous.

We’ve seen our kid get much more socially adept, independent, and physically skilled. We like that he can practice these skills in a safer environment than our house (and our furniture).

The pic is from their Halloween party, which was more tuned to 2yo — but we still had a blast. This was an extra class that wasn’t included in the weekly package, but the $25 price was very reasonable.

The party theme was avengers, so the activities were related to super heroes and the kids loved it. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend My Gym Burke! My two boys (age 7 and 8) attend the Ninja Training class and absolutely LOVE it. The instructors are tons of fun and full of energy! They keep the students actively engaged throughout the entire class, with different obstacle courses each week. This has been a great opportunity for my boys to gain strength and coordination in a positive, fun, non-competitive environment. LOVE IT!

We’ve had our kids enrolled at Burke My Gym for over five years. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is!

Four of my five kids have taken classes including Zumba, Whiz Kids, Ninja Kids, summer camps, Mommy and Me classes, birthday parties, online classes and private play dates during COVID. Now one child is in STEM class, and he comes home with a fun new engineering project every time.

The facility is incredibly clean. When the ball pit reopens from Covid, they literally clean every single ball with disinfectant wipes every week! The staff is high energy and knows each child by name, personality, and preference. My kids are well watched over, and the teachers have safety as the backbone of every fun activity. The owners are fantastic and really care about each member. They are quick to communicate anytime there’s a need, and go above and beyond to plan and let parents know about fun members only events.

We’ve been able to stay here so long because every week is something new! They rotate the equipment every week, and have a completely new set of songs, games, skills and decorations every week.

If you’re looking for a great place for your kids to not just get out energy, but develop strength, flexibility, cardio all while having a blast, My Gym in Burke is where it’s at!

I have a very active toddler who was climbing the walls of our house on the days I was home with him during the week. We joined a class at MyGym a few months ago and it has been one of the best decisions we have made as parents. Our son (18 months) is thriving; he absolutely loves the class and his coordination and balance have improved vastly since he began. Around other children his age it’s clear he has a physical edge and we attribute this to MyGym. Every teacher we have met is energetic, kind, and clearly loves children. Each class is different and incredibly fun and inventive-and parents have fun too. The space always feels clean and cared for and the staff moves the gym around every week or so to make it have a new twist for the children. The staff make my child feel cared for and known from the moment he walks through the door. My husband and I have been so impressed with Ms. Jacyln and Ms. Natalie in particular. I highly recommend you check it out!

We have been intermittent attendees at MyGym for 6+ years and absolutely love this place! We've taken everything from toddler classes to sibling classes to Zumba! I LOVE that they re-arrange ALL of the equipment EVERY WEEK so the experience is always different. The staff is wonderful -- energetic, fun and engaging! Sometimes we've taken a "break" (such as when a child started preschool, or over the summer, or for the birth of a new baby) and I've always appreciated how understanding the staff is, with no pressure or guilt when you stop classes -- making it easy to come back the next season, as we always feel welcome!

My 3 year old daughter has been going to My Gym for a year now.I can tell she develops self confidence by learning new skills ,exciting skills I would say.Socially she is well prepared ,and I bet ready to go the next level.They have a variety of hands on learning activities provided with developmentally appropriate experience in reading readiness,math concepts,arts and crafts,creative play,but most of all music and movements. Kids also learn the concept of fairness,respect and the tolerance of others.

I have lived in the Burke area for over 6 years and have been to multiple, fun, birthday parties at My Gym Burke with my oldest child. It wasn't until last spring, that I decided to enroll my youngest (3 years old) in classes. At that time, the My Gym had just changed ownership and underwent a renovation. We couldn't be happier with the results. The staff is so caring, animated, and engaging. The children are constantly moving, learning, and having a great time. I truly believe this is a great place for early childhood classes and recommend My Gym Burke highly to any parent of little ones in the community.
