We have taken our son here a few times, starting around 10 months old. He loves it! The staff is friendly, responsive, bubbly and professional. Sometimes he’s shy around new people but they always find a way to help him feel included and have mastered going at each kids individual pace while still running the class smoothly.

We had such an amazing time at Grayson’s party in October 2025! We had a Spidey and his amazing friends theme and they handled everything, including the decorations! They cut cake and served it and everything! It was so nice to just show up and have everything handled. The kids had so much fun and were completely worn out by the end of the party! We recently had our daughter’s 5th birthday party at My Gym Manassas, and we had an incredible experience! The team was attentive and, thorough, and thoughtful in the planning leading up to the party, communicated with us often to entire our expectations were being met, and followed through on everything we were hoping to get out of the party. The decorations for the party were superb - exceeded our expectations for theming and really helped create a great environment for the celebration. The staff members working our party were great with the kids (we had a larger bunch of about 22 kids), engaging, and were able to customize the games to fit the levels of different age groups. We had an awesome experience from start to finish and would definitely recommend My Gym Manassas to others!

We just had our daughter’s Bluey-themed birthday party at My Gym Manassas, and WOW!! It was absolutely perfect! She had the time of her life! From start to finish, the My Gym team went above and beyond to make everything fun, easy, and unforgettable.

The staff took care of every detail from setup to clean-up so we could actually relax and be fully present. I got to enjoy the party, watch my daughter run around laughing with her friends, and just take it all in. It was such a gift to not have to worry about anything and truly be in the moment.

The activities were high-energy and perfectly tailored for the mixed age group, and the entire room was filled with joy and excitement. All of the parents can't stop raving about how fun it was and what a great idea it was to host the party at My Gym.

My daughter has been going to MyGym since she was 9 months old and we have loved all the staff there! We just love Mygym in Manassas so much! Ms. T, Ms. Destiny, Ms. Kezya and Ms. Liz are amazing!!! This location is also one of the cleanest kids gym/play place I have ever been too. We have been coming to this location for over two years with my now 4 year old and the classes they offer have grown with him. They also offer fun parties and parent night out events. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are on the fence about joining just do it, you will not regret it.

We have been going here for three years and our daughter loves it. She took her first steps here learn to crawl here and now she’s in tumbling. My son’s first time playing with other children other than his siblings. We scheduled a trial class. It was phenomenal. Clean, organized, the staff at this location really do make the experience. went from planning on $109/monthly ( 1/wk) to unlimited for $129 because I just want to bring my son here. They had activities that appealed to all ages and even a bubble machine for the 6 month old in the group to enjoy! We love My Gym Manassas so much, I can’t recommend it enough. The facility is clean (they wipe everything down between classes), and the coaches are all wonderful and SO KIND. I really appreciate the staff at My Gym for being so sweet to my son and treating him with such kindness. They’ve really taken the time to get to know him and some of his quirks, and they always go above and beyond to make him feel welcome and comfortable. He has really started to blossom socially and I know that his experiences at My Gym have been a huge help with his development. We just attended a birthday party of a group of 2-10 year olds, and had so much fun. Ms Kiki and Ms Destiny kept everything fun and kept the activities moving at the perfect pace. They learned everyone’s names and every kid got a turn. There was also a lot of available free play, so it wasn’t too structured. We loved it and will definitely be back!

This is the go-to spot for toddler birthday parties! I love how spacious the gym area is - there’s plenty of room for the kiddos to run around and play. They have tons of climbing walls, a ball pit and toddler-friendly trampolines. When you go, ask for Kiki. She is the perfect amount of high-energy and fun that the kids love! Highly recommend. BEST Birthday Party - Son's 2yr (17JUN23)

I heard a lot of good things about this place regarding birthday parties and figured we'd give it a go for our son's 2nd birthday. Best decision we could have made!

We went with the mid-tier package (Deluxe Celebration) which was perfect because they set up the decorations which was a huge help, had water for the kids, and a couple pizzas for them. We brought in a balloon arch for the display/cake table and had plenty of room for that. The two ladies/employees even helped with the extras we brought in. I requested a dino theme and the decorations they used were so cute but not "babyish" and fit well for a wild boy such as ours. I was really impressed with their set up!

My son had a blast here and the gym teachers were VERY active in entertaining the kids (ages: 1-6/12 kids). There were a few moments of free play which the kids just loved, especially the ball pit, and my gosh those teachers had so many games and activities to do with all of them and it kept the party lively and engaging the whole time. Activities/Games: zip line, parachute game, dino-teacher game, ball activity, and there were a few others I can't remember. We opted to have the balloon drop too since our son LOVES them. For our son we also had his birthday parade where he came out in a decorated cart and all the kids got to sing along and run around, so cute! They had great music playing most of the time, that wasn't annoying, and the kids were all able to do what they wanted and parents got to have some fun too.

The gym teachers were on point and kept to a reasonable schedule and worked with me for moving some things around. Really, I just had to push the food back a bit because I didn't order enough for the parents. I highly recommend getting extra pizzas for them! they even cut the cake for all of the kids and parents, cleaned up after them while still engaging with activities. Those ladies (Destiny, and another wonderful woman) really worked to make my son's birthday just amazing!

If you're contemplating having your child's birthday here just go for it. We even delayed the party to have it here. It's a great time for the kids and you actually get to spend time with your son/daughter. Looking back, that was the best part. Instead of having to worry about everything and everyone, my husband and I could chat a bit with our guests and have a fun time with our son. Thank you to MyGym and the teachers who made his birthday the best it could have been. We decided to tip them, generously (15%), because we have zero complaints and just so appreciative. Thank you!!!

We held our daughter's third birthday party here and it was a wonderful experience. My husband I both agreed that this was one of the best parties we've had for either of our kids. There were 13 kids who came to celebrate ranging from ages 2-6 and they all had a blast. All of the equipment looked clean and was safe for the kids to freely play on. Miss Ursula and Talia did a fantastic job leading them through fun activities and making my daughter feel really special. One of the best parts is that they provide the food and decorations and do the whole set up and take down! Overall, a great experience!

We love My Gym and highly recommend them for weekly classes as well as a birthday venue for littles!! My child enjoys circle time songs and games, seeing little friends, and practicing new skills each week with her wonderful teachers.

We recently celebrated my child's birthday at the Manassas My Gym and absolutely loved the experience. Shout out to Ms. Destiny for coordinating information to make the process smooth. And a huge shout out to Ms. T and Ms. Kiki for keeping all the kids (ages 2-11 years old!) engaged and entertained all throughout, enough for us parents to sit back, relax a bit, and enjoy seeing our kids have fun. They took care of all the birthday details--the themed decorations, set-up of decor and food/desserts (a cupcake tower!), music, games, activities, ordering and passing out food, making sure the party moves along on time, and even coordinating/accommodating an outside vendor (party princess). They made my baby's birthday such an enjoyable experience and virtually stress free.

We absolutely LOVE My Gym! I have been taking my 15 month old here since he was nine months. It is his favorite place to be and it’s also great for me as a mom to make other mom friends! The days I take him to the gym he is so much happier and sleeps so much better!!
I feel so comfortable bringing him here with how clean they keep the facility, especially since he likes to try and put everything in his mouth! They keep the gym so clean and sanitize the place and all the toys in between classes.
The instructors are also so amazing and make my child feel so loved! They always welcome him with big smiling faces and call him by name the moment we walk in.
I could go on and on how great My Gym is. We will be coming to My Gym as long as we can!!

We have been members since they first opened. By the way, we were elated the day we saw the gym was coming to town. The teachers have always had my son's best interest in mind. We've watched him grow from a little 2 year old in 2019 with limited balance, no strength, and lots of fear to try unknown things to rocking all of it!! He will only improve and be more challenged. 😁 Even through the shutdown, we stayed and everyone bent over backwards to make sure there was some normalcy on Zoom. We love everyone and this gym! 💜

I can not say enough good things about My Gym. I started taking my grandson there 3 weeks ago & we both absolutely love the classes. The instructors are amazing!! They always greet my grandson and seem happy to see him. The facility is clean & well organized ~ you can tell the staff works hard to make it a safe & fun environment. Each class is filled with singing, dancing, learning, & fun!!! I would recommend My Gym to anyone looking for a way to have you child (or grandchild) socialize with other children while learning, exercising, and having fun. I've had my son attend my gym for 2 years. My son is so excited to come and always ask to go there every day. The place is sterilized after every class, safe and the staff are really great with the kids. I highly recommend this place. New management is terrible. Things have changed up for the kids. It is now boot camp style... the kids dont really get a water break nor do they have a chance to use the restroom to the point my daughter ended up having an accident for the first time.
All the teachers gossip amongst each other and to other parents about their dislikes and annoyance of the kids yet never own up to their remarks.
One instructor in particular is not a good influence to the kids, not to say that the other instructors are any good either. She is not nurturing nor does she know how to connect emotionally with any of the parents. She also openly gives feedback about a child with special needs in front of other parents which should have been kept more confidential and I can keep going on and on.
Many students feel terrified walking into that facility on the days she is teaching. This was strongly brought to my attention by a friend and others and without a doubt it is truth.
The teachers and director are very different when the owner is not around which helps me to conclude that this is not a trustworthy staff.
I really wonder what they are doing when the parents drop their kids off for 3 hrs and otherwise.

There are many outstanding fitness centers for your children. Please do the research and explore for the sake of your child's emotional and mental health. Good Luck.

I am so lucky we found this place! My kids love going to My Gym for Ninja and Gymnastics class. They have so many events and classes . We love the 3 hour Steam Class, school out/ summer camp and once a month Parents Night Out. This is a hidden gem in Manassas and you won’t be disappointed. I took my 9 month old daughter in to a trial class. I received a call the day before to confirm the time and date of the class. The manager was working when we came in for the class. She was very warm and friendly. I instantly felt very comfortable. She led the activities with my daughter, and explained why she was doing a certain exercise and why it was important. My daughter had a great time. Deciding to join My Gym was an easy choice.
