When i decided to join a gym I checked out different gyms in the Great Bridge area which I wasn't really impressed with until I found My Open Workout gym open 24 hours I could come and work out when I wanted to very friendly people I love this gym I can honestly say its the best gym in the great bridge area I wouldn't go any where else. If your thinking about joining a gym check out MY Open Workout in the kroger shopping center on Centerville and Mt Pleasent rd.You will love it to.

I have nothing but positive things to say about My Open Workout. As someone who hasn’t been in the gym in over a year, stepping back into that world can be scary. The owner, the members, and my trainer (Jen) have welcomed me with open arms. After just a few weeks I have already noticed major improvements in my confidence, strength, and weight loss; as well as improving my eating habits, sleep schedule and stress. I enjoy the 24 hour access, positivity towards its members and helpfulness towards your goals. I couldn’t have asked for a better gym to be a part of.

I joined this gym in January of this year. It is a perfect gym for those who want to lose weight and/or tone their muscles. It has all the necessary equipment to achieve these goals. The gym is very clean. The equipment are new. It is never crowded. The members I have observed using the gym are courteous enough to wipe the equipment after use with sanitation wipes provided in the gym. They also return or replace the equipment after use. It is open and access controlled 24/7. You will not regret joining this gym, especially those who live nearby, as I do.
