Really enjoyed my first time here and will be coming back. Good range of equipment, not overwhelming at all and an amazing deal. I really appreciate the privacy of the space and that I can unlock the doors myself. I feel like I have a safe space to work out in private without spending all my money on machines for the home.

A great concept for fitness lovers who are serious about the gym and their fitness minus the distractions. I don't think I'll ever want to go back to a crowded gym situation, waiting for equipment, dodging the gawking, feeling self-conscious. As a business owner myself, this facility is professionally run and well-thought out. A great asset to our community!

I am a health coach and many of my clients are in their 50’s and older. It is intimidating to start a gentle fitness program with all eyes upon you! These gyms are clean, accessible, in great working order and have informational posters on the wall to help if you get stuck. There are also reasonably priced trainers that can get you started on your strength and balance building journey. Definitely an awesome experience and well thought out business plan! Thanks Ben!!
