First off, for those who complain about the smell or appearance. Go to SNAP fitness or curves. If you want a REAL boxing gym, your in the right place. Mr. Jones, that so called old guy, forgot more about the Sweet Science than most will ever know. Weird questions, yep, 30 years ago he asked me odd questions. There interview questions as to how you think and why in the hell you want to get your brains beat in. The guy can get you there if you have the heart, talent and will to win. Last, everyone to box until they start getting hit.

Trained there in the days.
Coach Ed Jones is the best around the area. He has brought boxers to golden gloves and all the way to the world championship.
His old school ways and tough discipline might not suit everyone but boxing is a sport to take seriously.

STAY AWAY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. I called to inquire about the gym and boxing classes and the older guy Ed started asking a lot of very odd personal questions. Even though I thought it was weird I was still on board and answered them. Then he went on to give me directions on how to get to the gym without even knowing where I lived. He went to the detail of telling me each turn and I respectfully listened, although there was no need to write it all down as the GPS shows the exact location of the gym. Then the old man asked me to repeat the directions he just gave me to which I told him that I have a GPS and I approximately know where the gym is as I've driven past it. He then RUDELY said that I failed his test because I didn't listen to directions and said that he doesn't want a student that can't repeat his directions and hung up the phone. I was honestly shocked. This is NOT the way to conduct business with ANYONE. If you want to train with a cranky old man that can tell you to leave at any point of the training then go ahead. He must have had some common sense knocked out of his head in his boxing days.

I went there for an appointment. The old man name Jim ED Jones was there. He asked me why am I 10 min earlier than the appointment time, and kick it me out of the gym. Stay away from old crazy people, there are better places where to learn boxing. Very rude, capricious and narcissistic man. (no sense of communication or flexibility).

Mold! That is how this place smells. The older guy, Ed Jones has some attitude! As soon as we entered, he wanted us to sign the papers and get out. He was not interested in explaining what the place is about and what kind of activities children would be involved in. When asked, he started to tell us how people die in boxing and in road accidents. When I begin to ask questions he asked us to leave.
This guy has no clue how to talk to prospective customers.
The facility's enterance gave use the impression of an industrial dump.
