Such a great spot. Very clean, professional, and comfortable! Ive seen Robert and always leave feeling like a brand new person! I’m very active whether from the gym or a busy work schedule and this helps me with recovery & learning new ways I can stretch/better adjust my workouts to what’s best for me. I can’t recommend this place or the trainers enough!

If you are serious about your health and wellness, you would be remiss to not give OneBody a try. I did and have never regretted it. OneBody is not just another gym.. Its like a team where everyone is working to achieve the same goal . Not just weight loss, but to be healthy, well and physically fit. The gym is well equiped and clean, The environment at OneBody is friendly and pleasing to the eye. The trainers are A+.in providing the best workout routines designed exclusively to meet your individual needs. Like most, I hate working out but when I leave OneBody, I feel
energetic and motivated. I highly recommend Onebody for your health and wellness.

The training space is top-notch—clean, organized, and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that meets every fitness need. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating an environment that’s both functional and welcoming.
Kayla is an incredible personal trainer! She’s not only highly knowledgeable and informative, but she also genuinely cares about her clients’ progress and goals. Her coaching style is motivating, and she explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand and implement.
I’ve seen amazing progress since training with Kayla, and I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking to improve their fitness journey. She truly sets the standard for personal training. Five stars all the way!

One Body Training provides great individual training sessions. I really appreciate the flexibility of meeting with my trainer Kayla when days are hectic. One Body Training Studio has a variety of up-to-date equipment where you can work out in a pleasant, welcoming environment. I have only been receiving services from Kayla for a couple of months, and I see improvement. I wish I had the time to go every day. I highly recommend One Body Training.

I have been seeing Kayla for over a year. She has helped me overcome chronic back and hip pain that I have dealt with for years with a combination of hands on stretching and myofacial release techniques as well as home exercises that she prescribes personally for me.
She is so friendly and knowledgeable and I am constantly recommending her to people so they can find the relief that I have.

I began training with Pam Allen a yr ago . I had a frozen shoulder. After PT I still had poor usage. Pam slowly changed all my pain and lack of mobility. She's very knowledgeable about the total body and how it should work.

I've been training with Pam at One Body Training for 10 months and previously at another studio. My strength & mobility have greatly improved along with my confidence in my physical abilities while working with Pam. This is all due to Pam's extensive knowledge of how our bodies move & how different muscle groups rely on one another to perform. She knows how to push & encourage me outside of my comfort zone in order to reach the goals we've set. Training never feels like a chore and I leave feeling energized & empowered.

I have been coming here for personal training sessions with Casey Walters. Casey is great at what she does and is helping me reach personal goals. The gym is just big enough to be fully stocked with all the right equipment but yet small enough to not feel impersonal or overwhelming. The gym is always clean and neat. There aren’t usually a lot of clients scheduled at the same time, so the experience is mostly private and very personalized. If you are looking to improve your overall fitness and health, I would totally recommend One Body Fitness and Casey Walters.

I adore my trainer, Pam, who works at One Body Training. She gives me customized workouts that challenge me and make me feel strong and capable. Her strategies include working on my weak areas and creating exercise routines that strengthen those areas in a healthy way. Pam listens and pays attention to me, watching how I execute exercises to ensure I am not hurting myself. I always look forward to training with her and am so appreciative of her knowledge, patience, and encouragement.

I've been training with Casey Walters at One Body for going on 2 years now. I can't say enough about how wonderful she is. She's helped me gain strength, lose and keep off weight and hero to manage pain. Casey is very knowledgeable and will motivate you while being supportive and understanding.
I love One Body because it is only for personal training so it is never packed. Everyone is friendly and it's very clean and welcoming for all ages and body types.
