Great Gym. Plenty of racks, free weights, and machines. The new turf is a beautiful edition. Easily the most affordable and best value gym in the area. Employees are welcoming and friendly. This gym is far from a trendy fitness boutique.

Decent space to exercise but they must put atleast one more of bench press equipment and a multi-station stack to avoid anyone waiting for the turn.

Awful, the guy at the front lied to me saying my membership would cancel by the end of the year 2018 and would not continue to charge me. I was a student at nova for the time being and I called and called and they are very reluctant on me getting my refund (they charged me January and February even after trying to cancel my membership). They refuse to give me a refund for something I wasn’t in control of just because someone lied to me. Still don’t want to give me my refund.

Ive been going to the express location for a few months now to beat the crowd of the other Gainesville location. This gym is absolutely dirty, they never open up on time. Including at 4am on weekdays... but here it is on a rainy Sunday and 30 mins of waiting and no one is even here to open the doors. Seriously I cannot wait until these places get some kind of management in their life. They should seriously offer all their members one free month of membership dues, they never hesitate or miss a payment when it comes to taking our money.

When I first joined this gym I was so excited to be there. I absolutely loved how all of the employees seemed to remember me. The cycle class was incredible. I LOVED this gym so much that some days I was going twice a day. Sadly, in May I became very ill almost to the point where I was looking at getting a leg amputated. I provided the gym with notes from my doctor and was assured that my membership would be "on hold" meaning no payments would be made and it would essentially just extend my membership terms. GREAT! I can work on getting healthy and still keep my membership to the gym I love blah blah blah. June... payment taken out. I call and speak to the manager (a new one) and she assures me that it will not happen again. Well, it happens for the next few months. I just go with the flow keeping in mind that hopefully I will be back to the gym. Months go by and I am still not able to work out. November 1st I suffer a heart attack. Once again I provide the proper info to another new manager and they also assure me no problem. At this point I had to cancel the membership. December rolls around and another payment comes out. Jan the same thing as well as in Feb. I call and speak to ANOTHER new manager and they assure me no more payments will be taken out cause my contract is up as of Feb 2nd. GREAT! March 2nd my account is debited AGAIN. This time the person I speak to kindly offers to refund that charge. Charge is refunded and I am on my way to be rid of this horrible experience. UNTIL TODAY!!! May 22nd a whole two months AFTER my membership is ended my account is charged $251. YES... $251 a whole year after the start of me cancelling my membership. I have spent the entire day calling since I have moved out of the area and NO ANSWER! Do yourself a favor and just dont!

This club has a great staff that truly brightens my day. The open floor plan and the accessibility of parking are a huge plus when you just want to get in and get our workout done. I highly recommend this awesome club!

Onelife is an awesome place to workout at! I workout on my own as well as with Cameron, one of the personal trainers at the gym, and it is the greatest experience! I've gained so much muscle and feel fitter than ever! I love this gym!

I have been going to this gym for over 5 years now. I love the staff! The gym is small, but you have everything you need, all of the equipment is nice and you definitely get your money's worth for the price! Definitely a comfortable environment, everyone is friendly and helpful and very clean!

I think it was amazing the pool was great the only thing that was wrong with it was that I had blisters on my toe because I went there two days in row, and The gym is amazing great staff and great hot tub I use the gym a lot.

I've been a member of Sport & Health, now OneLife, in Gainesville since it opened. I find it extremely frustrating, that a personal trainer has her group of clients relocate numerous pieces of equipment (hurdles, pylo boxes, kettle bells, barbells, medicine balls, etc.) from the 2nd floor workout area to the basketball court and today, outdoors. What's even more surprising, her clients relocate the equipment well before her class is scheduled to begin. This is her personal class and not a OneLife group class. Why doesn't she have her own equipment? This becomes a huge inconvenience for myself and other patrons not having access to the equipment until after her class is completed. This has been going on for quite some time now, but it's now to the point where it should be addressed.

Horrible horrible customer service! They have renewed my PT contract TWICE without my knowledge, then procided to not give me the training sessions that they charged me for. They don't know how to handle a business properly, they have over charged my account more than once. When I went to dispute the charges with the PT manager, there was "nothin they could do about it" and that it was "against company policy" for them to refund me 5 months worth of training sessions. I was so disappointed that I canceled my membership. I don't recommend this gym at all! They'll just cheat you out of your money and feed you some crap on how they can't refund you.

Sauna is broken.... It's been like that for 2 weeks.... You can't cancel the membership and not much going on here. I always look forward to go sit in the sauna and now it's broken I don't even go and they won't let me cancel my memembership

Extremely unprofessional staff. Childcare great and the gym is clean but overall very unsatisfied with the rest. Small space & members constantly on top of each other. Have to wait for equipment all of the time. PT department seriously lacking in skills and have no real training in what's best for different age groups/types of clients. Professionalism is their biggest downfall. Way better gyms in the area.

terrible customer service...the gym is ok too small for all the members forget about working out around 5-8...things constantly break and they don't bother fixing it for months at a time for example no hot water for month sauna broken for weeks some machine broken for weeks at a time...and the management is so terrible...I keep being charged on my card after I told them not to charge me on my card and they promised not to but they do anyways..just terrible..thinking about leaving soon... i have been a member for 2 years now and the past 6 months or so have ruined my image of this place
