Love Erin and Brady! They are attentive and responsive to my needs/lack of desire to work out at times haha. They offer private training sessions which are as great as the classes. I also enjoy the social aspect we get from the group classes. This is the first time I have lasted this long at a gym! Definitely worth checking out!

I seriously love this gym. I’m here about 3-4 times a week and it’s always such a good vibe. The equipment is great, everything’s super clean, and the trainers are awesome — super helpful and encouraging without being pushy. Whether I’m lifting for a PR or training for something specific to my goals, I always leave feeling stronger and more motivated. Definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself is coming here, and always coming back.
Erin and Brady are truly the best team in motivating and pushing you to greatness.
Super friendly environment to beginners, everyone is welcoming, and always rooting for you.

I love Optimal Fitness! As a non-gym-going woman, regular gyms can be kind of intimidating. But everyone I've met here has been so friendly and welcoming from day one. If you go to the gym regularly, they have everything you need to maintain your regular routine. If you're like me and have no idea what you're doing with a weight, Erin and Brady are so helpful and offer as much guidance and support as you need. They're also super accommodating to children and support animals. Can't recommend this place enough!

I've posted before but have recently gone back for personal training once a week. The trainers here are amazing. They stand out because of their attention to detail for each client. I never get a recycled workout from another client (or one of my previous sessions) and every single one of my sessions are tailored only to me where my level of flexibility, strength, etc at that time are taken into account. I never feel like I'm doing too much or too little, but still seeing gains each week. They always explain exactly what I'm working, where I should feel it and where I shouldn't. Their cues to help adjust form are always gentle and follow up with why we made that adjustment and how the body is working and why. Highly recommend. 💪

I wasn't seeing the results I wanted while working out on my own and I didn't like the trainers at my gym. I was looking around and didn't think other gym were I felt like I'd fit in. Due to some old injuries I didn't want to go to large classes so I could focus on not causing further damage and Optimum Fitness seemed to check all the boxes. Erin and Brady are amazing, I love the class sizes and the people who attend the classes. There is a fantastic support dynamic both in working out and on an emotional/mental side. I have lost 10 lbs since and Erin and Brady adjust certain exercises to work with everyone's body needs. The HITT exercises I hate doing on my own are made easier while others are doing it with you and there's no judgement. I can't recommend them enough and their training schedule seems to fit with most everyone's schedule. I love the results I've seen so far and can't wait to see where it goes. I've never seen these results with any other trainers I've worked with and have never felt so good.

Erin and team are awesome! Started doing sessions with Erin in preparation for my wedding and I am feeling great. She pushes me to work hard while always making sure I am doing exercises properly and avoiding injuries. You can feel how much Erin and her staff care about their clients. Highly recommend!

I enjoy the variety of classes that Optimal Fitness has. I mostly take the strength training and bootcamp classes. Brady and Erin are great at educating you on the proper form and importance of muscle activation for each exercise while making it fun and providing a great workout! They are mindful of any injuries (past or present) and adapt exercises as needed.
My kids enjoy the youth conditioning class with a mix of games and bodyweight exercises. Brady is great working with the kids and makes it really fun for them!
My husband and I do personal training with Brady. We like how he'll change up the full body exercises every week. He incorporates different methods like battle ropes and the sled push with weights, core and HIIT to help us meet our goals.
As parents of young children, we appreciate how the gym is a family environment. We are able to have the kids in the lobby area while we're doing our classes, while easily checking on them whenever we need.
Since being part of the gym in September, I've gotten stronger and have had more endurance. I even notice my run times have improved! Erin and Brady ensure the Optimal Fitness environment is fun, encouraging, and motivating. I highly recommend this place!

I have been attending Optimal Fitness for about a year and a half, and if I could give them 10 stars, I would!! Their group fitness classes are always different, fun and keep you motivated to keep coming back. My favorite class is bootcamp because it gives you a whole body workout. I have also completed personal training to increase my muscle activation in my glutei and shoulders. I've never had results with a trainer, but Erin and Brady have helped me make noticeable progress towards my goals. Can't recommend them enough!

After breaking my foot, I struggled with my old workout routine. I needed something new where I could not only recover but move forward with my fitness goals. I decided to give Erin and Brady at Optimal Fitness a try. I started my journey with them a little over a year ago and it has been the most amazing adventure, not only have I gained strength and endurance but I have found a gym I can call home, my classmates and trainers have become like family. The trainers make bootcamp really fun, I always get a really good workout and feel great (and sore) afterwards! They mix up each class so I never get the same bootcamp experience twice. I always feel like I'm getting something unique and new. The trainers will also tailor the exercises to each student to maximize their individual gains.

I have tried personal trainers in the past and had them break me. I have several physical issues, and Erin has been wonderful and understanding. She always works at where I am, and pushes me.
Whether doing personal training or a group class, Erin and Brady are always fantastic! You are always pushed, but never put down. They are encouraging, motivating, and fun. The community is super supportive, and non-judgmental.

My family and I have been attending classes at Optimal for the last 9 months. Erin and Brady are incredible trainers! Their upbeat, friendly personalities will keep you motivated throughout the challenging workouts. They are attentive to everyone in class and will modify the exercise for each individual’s fitness level. The Kids’ Conditioning classes are a great balance of strength, endurance, coordination, and flexibility exercises and games. My children look forward to attending class throughout the week and are very proud of their accomplishments (climbing the rope, increasing their number of pull-ups, getting through more sprints). I’ve noticed a significant difference in myself and my family members since we’ve joined Optimal Fitness. I highly recommend this gym.
