I'm getting back into fitness after a long time away and the classes I've gone to here have been a great push. Jillian and Everett were both great coaches!

βIβve been to several OTF studios, but OTF Bradlee stands out as the most fun by far. The staff is incredibly friendly and organized, and they go above and beyond to make the experience memorable. Hell Week has been a blast, filled with raffles, dress-up days, and tons of creative ways to keep us laughingβeven while weβre being pushed to our limits. Highly recommend!β

I've been doing OrangeTheory on and off for about 6 years across two states, and OTF Bradlee is my absolute favorite location. The coaches and staff are top-notch people and this is a great space to achieve your fitness goals! I'm so grateful I found OTF Bradlee after moving to the area a year ago.
Also, for those looking for a studio in the DMV, close to the DC area, this spot has pleeeenty of parking, which is what led me here in the first place!

Gosh, I've just joined and I'm already a fan, not just of the workout franchise but of this particular location.
The instructors are nice and interactive, very helpful when approached, pay attention to almost everyone in the room at individual intervals, and create great workouts that are challenging but doable (even for newbies!)
The staff, including the manager, are friendly, eager to help, and actually take the time to get to know you as individuals and to create a supporting environment.
There are regular workout classes, specialty workout classes, contests and competitions, benchmarks to strive to improve yourself from month to month, and swag!
I recommend!

I love OTF Bradlee! I recently joined after a 3+ year pandemic-induced hiatus during which I got lazy and out of shape. I was worried I wouldnβt be able to keep up in class or stick with it. But everyone at OTF Bradlee is so welcoming, friendly and supportive I never felt like the weak link. The sense of community keeps me motivated and coming back to class at least four times a week. Iβm so happy I joined at this studio.

***UPDATE***
As you'll see below, the studio reached out to ask me to email them regarding my experience. That was nothing more than a cover your tail message to make it seem like they care about negative reviews. I emailed them the same day and heard nothing back. So not only did they let me down, they actually asked me to waste time in my day for the opportunity to be completely ignored. This is the first time in my life I've felt like cancelling my membership. At this point these people are taking any joy out of being a member.
***
The best way to start is with an "We're sorry." OTF is a people based business. In the DC area there are gyms in most buildings and fitness studios across the regions. I have an F45 in walking distance to my home. So choosing to drive to OTF is a willful decision. I am still deeply disappointed that this studio took my 500th class and treated it with the importance of a clogged sink. The best I got from the studio was "well since you didn't book 24 hours in advance our system didn't catch it." OTF is not a systems business... it is a people business, a community business based off of the investment made by the members into the concept of "more life" and the investment the staff makes into celebrating member gains. When you tell the staff the day prior and the day of you're hitting a milestone that's a people moment and when they do nothing it is a moment wasted. How do you come back from that... star with a "sorry" and make it a point to celebrate the milestones in the member's profile... "Hey, we're sorry we missed that but you're coming up on 5 years in X month... let us celebrate with you!?" Or possibly, "We're sorry we missed that but you're going to hit 525 and we want that to be with us during 12 days of Christmas." Something better than the second hand suggestion it was the member's fault for not booking early enough... It's a people business and the best studios have great people who work with people, celebrate people, apply rules based on the people, and use the systems to assist not govern. This is an OTF studio that is only just learning the systems support but it's the people, the members who come first. Give them time to learn and apply that lesson before going.

Just started OTF ~6 weeks ago and love it! I appreciate the parking and large studio size here so I made it my home gym vs a few others also nearby. The coaches and front desk staff are all fantastic. It's super clean, lots of space to leave belongings, and equipment seems up to date/always working. I'm looking forward to hopefully some community events in the future! Definitely recommend OTF and specifically this location. I only wish I joined sooner.

Ive been to multiple orange theories and started off here as a very non-athletic person.
The coaches are approachable and encouraging without being too critical, but are willing to help to fix forms when needed.
I find the team here has the best coaches (Courtney Lauren Sabrina and Fergie), and are encouraging of a heathy lifestyle and workout style without contributing to toxic fitness culture. I really enjoy the space here.
The front desk employees are also so lovely and its always so clean. Thank you all for being such a great space!

A great place with friendly staff and a clean environment. Lots of class times and options. A little pricey, but worth it if you need someone to create a workout plan and schedule for you. I did not sign up, but did enjoy the free class that was offered. The class' coach was Fergie and he was great!

The absolute lack of professionalism and customer service skills from the studio manager here was astonishing. I tried coming into a class past the 5 min window of it starting knowing that there was a chance I wouldnβt be let in. Other studios will be nice enough to let you in still if youβre a couple minutes past. His tone and rudeness in telling me I was WAY over the 5 min window (when it was only 2 mins past the 5 min window) was dramatic, catty, and unprofessional for someone who is supposed to be the manager. Itβs not what you say but how you say it. Beware of this studio and the people who work here

OTF is a great workout program that I suggest many to do. The workout theory itself has many health benefits. I have been a member for a while, so this review is based on this location. Here are my pros, cons, and suggestions:
Pros-
-Located in a shopping center=more parking
-Offers classes at varied times even throughout the day
-nice/clean/large facility
-For the most part great coaches/staff with the exception of one or two
-Inter generational (nice to see examples of various ages working towards their fitness goals)
Cons-
-Waitlists are too long. I overheard that people from DC come to this location because of the proβs above making the list longer for people who are nearby.
-βCommunityβ vibe (though they have made some initiatives towards this)
Suggestions-
-For new members, have an orientation group class or 1-1 with Coach where they learn each station as opposed to being thrown in/15 minute brief overview before 1st class
-More classes that are solely focused on individual stations
-freeze cycle is pathetic

I have been to this studio a couple of times when I am visiting from out of town. It's probably one of the nicest studio that I have visited, and I have been to more than 10 different ones. It's extremely difficult to get off the waitlist and the waitlists are long. My one star is due to a recent incident. I was on the waitlist of a Sunday 8:15 class. I received a text at 6:53am that morning to let me know that I am off their waitlist. Wait, what?! I already am going to Lake Barcroft since I didn't know I would get off of Bradlee's waitlist. I took myself off the class to give someone else the opportunity to go. A week later, I received a text from Bradlee stating that the credit card on file got denied for the late cancellation fee and I need to call to update my credit card. I was confused because why should I get charged for a class that I automatically got into less than 2 hours before it started? After exchanging a few texts with the studio, it appeared that Bradlee had sent me an automated email the night prior around 7pm to let me know that I am off the waitlist. I confirmed the email address on file is correct, searched through my inbox, trash and junk and did not find it. I even searched for "Guess What?" in my emails, as suggested by Bradlee. Nothing. I called to give them my credit card number and explained my situation and how displeased I am with how everything transpired. Even though I did not receive the email, it is their cancellation policy and they went ahead and charged my card. So please, if you are on their waitlist, make sure you check more than 8 hours beforehand to make sure you didn't automatically get into the class! Don't depend on their email making it to your inbox. Oh, and the text I received the morning of was just a courtesy so don't expect to get a text either. Bradlee - Take a note from Lake Barcroft and let members have 2 hours to respond whether they want to accept the waitlist spot and if the member doesn't respond, automatically put them in the back of the waiting list.

Cannot recommend this OTF enough! I am new to OTF but have been to many gyms in the DMV area over the past 5 years and this studio stands out in the BEST way. Bradlee does an amazing job making sure students feel comfortable and safe. It is very clean and the staff is AMAZING. Mike, the studio manager is awesome. He and the studio assistants are super friendly and welcoming!
My favorite instructors are Amber, Jillian and Jess. They all have fire music- which is huge for me
Amber is one of my all time favorite instructors ever (I also teach sculpt at CPY so I've taken my fair share of fitness classes). She has incredible energy!, great cues, makes you feel supported in class and is the most encouraging!
Jillian and Jess are also great! They know what they are doing/talking about it and keep you encouraged and motivated throughout class :)
10/10 recommend OTF Bradlee

Finally! An OT space with enough room to actually work out! I've been to classes that were at capacity and didn't feel constrained, and that's a win in DC/northern VA. Great facility. Helpful staff. It's my new home studio. Classes fill up fast so make sure you sign up early.
