I joined OT Woodlake as a founding member and quickly fell in love with everything about Orangetheory. The coaches are incredible — always motivating, supportive, and full of energy. The staff is upbeat and welcoming every time I walk in, no matter how early it is. Each workout is different, offering a great variety that keeps things fun and challenging. Since joining, my endurance has improved tremendously, and I actually look forward to every class. If you haven’t tried your first free class yet, go sign up — you’ll be hooked!

I joined back in August and I am completely hooked! 💪 The coaches, the members, the energy — it’s all so fun and motivating. I actually look forward to every workout (and miss it on my rest days 😅). I’ve been working out my whole life, but this is unlike anything I’ve ever done. It pushes you in the best way, and having amazing coaches there to guide you makes all the difference. 10/10 recommend!🔥

This gym has my absolute HEART!!!! So thankful to be apart of this community. I’m a 4:50am regular and the friendships you begin to build as you come more often are so amazing. I love that I just show up and put in the work. No thinking or planning. The whole staff and coaches are the BEST!!! I could write a million words about how amazing this gym is but I’ll summarize here… if you’re thinking about joining, just do it!!!! You will not regret it!!

This was my first time back at Orangetheory in a few years. I was a founding member at OT Midlo and stayed until life circumstances made me step away two years ago. Coming back reminded me why I loved it so much, I can’t describe the joy of that first workout back! Orangetheory truly is a workout like no other, and it works for any fitness level, from beginner to hardcore athlete. I had the pleasure of taking class with my favorite coach, Heidi, but honestly every coach I’ve had has been amazing!
