Relentless phone calls! After THREE YEARS of signing up for a free class, they still call! I've even blocked your number and the voicemails keep coming in. How many years of calling does it take to realize someone isn't interested? Do not sign up for a free class with them. They will never stop calling. Free class June of 2021 and they just called me today, Aug. 2024. Freaking ridiculous.

I had a great experience at this OTF. When I got there Toniya was super friendly and Welcoming making me feel at home, I am visiting the area from Washington DC area. The class was great and full of nice energy and a good mix of exercises, Coach Kacy was Outstanding, if I live here, I will definitely try to go to all of her classes, I had a little distress on my knees and she was always asking me and very aware of trying to accommodate the exercises to my comfort, she was super friendly and always with a great smile and full of positive energy…loved her energy…Way to go guys, I had another OTF closer to my Hotel, but I will be coming back to this one and look forward to say hi to Taniya and have many Outstanding classes with Kacy…Thank You Taniya and a Kacy you are AWESOME !!

I had my first trial class here last night and I will definitely say that this is not like any other gym I've ever used. Even though you workout in a class type setting, there is a challenge for every level of fitness. The person beside me got a whole different program than me based on his needs and I like that. I could push to meet my own personal goals in the class. I love the screen that shows your current heart rate levels and it's color coded based on target heart rates. I was taught everything as I went along and found it easy to keep up with what was currently happening/what I was supposed to be doing. I was very nervous before beginning, my heart rate tracker told on me showing my heart rate. But that melted away QUICKLY. No one is judgy about what you're doing or on how you look. Everyone is hyper focused on their fitness goals. This workout gave me a really nice boost of endorphins. Was/is my body sore and tired, YES. Would I do it again? %1000. I am motivated to return for the natural fitness high.

LOVE this workout! Only an hour long...altho intense as you want it to be. ADORE all the coaches, and that they are consistent, not a lot of turnover. Convenience of the location to my home and the availability of several workout time slots to choose from. Oh, and if you go out of town and there is an OTF near you, you can go for a class and its covered under your membership. I've lost about 75lbs since February!

I recently upgraded my membership because I was very satisfied with my workouts and coaches are fantastic. However, the front desk associate when asked how to get raffle tickets for a promotion I was talked down to as I asked about if I get raffle tickets for my upgrade she rolled her eyes and went umm hum. Next day I asked for raffle ticket due to meeting objective for attending classes with all coaches I was questioned rudely how I know and when I stated I track it on my phone and started to name all coaches she interrupted me with attitude and then lady asked about raffle tickets without any issue she gave her a ticket and again came at me I am going to have to check if you have done classes with all coaches and then stated you havent gone to workout with hilltop coaches. The contest was explained and stated if i attend class with 4 of their coaches at Redmill and I do not have to attend classes at all Orange Theory businesses. Again classes are great and the coaches but customer service specifically towards myself a man was less than agreeable especially when I witness different tone towards the other women who asked about how to get raffle tickets.

I have attended and have also taught at these fitness type boutiques that focus on heart rate(HR) training, boot camp training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), etc. I love two things about OT. Instructor led training and HR training. In the month that I have been going I have been tracking my fitness progress and have seen cardiovascular performance improvement. As you continue to workout you start to have to challenge your body more as your average heart rate will start to come down (that’s a good thing). They have great trainers but you have to want to push yourself as well to get the most out of the experience. Just remember exercise is only part of the journey. Nutrition is the 80% solution but good nutrition combined with the OT experience your will crush your health goals! NO I am not some paid reviewer! You can come workout with me and the rest of the OT fam and see for yourself. I usually workout at 6am. Look for the guy that that almost always has something patriotic on. At least 1 American flag πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ
They have a great front desk staff as well. In my experience if the staff(coaches or desk) aren't welcoming it is a deal breaker for me. The value is here! that is why I don't go to a traditional gym anymore!

Thanks OTF redmill for changing my lifestyle around. I usually have a habit of starting "working out at a gym" for 3 months and then break it due to plateau and boredom resulting to starting back to square one of binge eating and gaining weight. You kicked MY butt.

I walked in and was greeted by the team. It was my first time and yes I was nervous. I prepared myself by watching video on youtube and people's experience and they were .. right. . "you're going to die, but survive". Anyway. I loved their store front set up. It was very clean and welcoming. When you first get there, you fill out an info sheet to help make sure that you are now in their records. They then take that information and give you a heart monitor to help count your progress during the workout. Then that information during the workout, gets sent to your email for safe keeping. They build a profile so when you come back, you can continue to build on it, which sooo cool to me.

Before we started our session, we were shown around the building and the different equipment. I really liked how you pair your number with everything you do from the rower, to the weights, to the treadmill. They also want to make sure they keep the areas clean so I thought it was also cool that Sara promoted "whipping your machine down" during the session.

So back on Sara kicking my booty, yeah that happened. She basically pushed us. I lift all the time and do metabolic training so doing the weight stuff was easy. HOWEVER, the whole running on the treadmill and "pushing" and the inclines, laaaawd I got worked. She really pushed us and motivated us. I thought it was cool that we could see our progress on the tv school. That was also a big motivation.

I like most that I don’t have to think about my workout for the day. Even the music is chosen for you. I love ESP days! I get to schedule the days when my favorite trainers are coaching too.

I count macros and heavily rely on the stats from my workout - through the Flex band - to tailor my input vs output for the day. I love the challenges every month. I know sometimes the cancellation fee can be a deterrent, but I’ve found it really motivates me to get in the gym. My gym is really flexible too, if I need to change my class time for that day, which is a huge deal for a military wife and mom.

I can’t say enough about how much I enjoy OTF! I know the price tag can be daunting for Premier memberships, but if you want to commit to going more than 8 times per month, It’s worth every penny.

I was very nervous about joining OT ! But I am SO glad I did! I am 59 y.o. with minimal aerobic activity during the week so I was afraid it would be too much and that I would be embarrassed. I pushed past the fear and did it anyway. The staff was amazingly supportive. All I have to do is show up! I don't have any exercises to plan or remember. I just show up, get on the equipment, listen to the coaches, SWEAT and drown myself in the music. The coaches are amazing, the equipment is top notch, the music is pumpin' and before I know it, the hour is over and I'm already looking forward to the next one! What are you waiting for?! GET HERE!

Let me start off, that this is the first group workout that I have ever done, and really didn't have a desire to do so. My wife and I were bored with our current routine, and decided to try it out when they opened up. The plan was to do it for 90 days and now were hooked. I would recommend OTF no matter what shape you are in. The coaches will give you modifications until you work up to the level you can achieve. I just finished my 100th session, and I can say that I am faster and stronger than when I was in my 20's. When we started to attend it was just 2 times a week and then we just couldn't get enough and now we attend 5-6 times a week. From the staff at the front desk Jill, Donovan, & Angelica to welcome you in, and the coaches Julie, Michelle, and Sara that make you push a little harder each class. Hats off to the entire staff & ownership at the Redmill Orangethory, I recommend to anyone to just give it a shot!

Orangetheory is AMAZING. I am a busy workaholic with a lack of motivation when it comes to exercise. I need a workout program that keeps me accountable and Orangetheory has absolutely been that for me. The trainers are PHENOMENAL, upbeat, and make it a point to get to know you. The workouts are always different and always a challenge, but don't make me worry about getting injured. It is more expensive than a regular gym membership, but that encourages me to attend often and I really do believe that you get what you pay for. Give it a shot! You won't be disappointed!

I've tried a lot of different ways to work out. From At home DVDs to getting a personal trainer at a corporate gym, and nothing compares to the intensity and desire to push myself harder than Orange Theory. The coaches are GREAT. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The workout caters to your athleticism. I can honestly say it's the best work out I've ever gotten, and I actually LOOK FORWARD to working out!

I love everything about Orange Theory Fitness workouts! The trainers are all so motivating. They always push me to give it my all during every single workout. I also love the variety of the workouts. I've never done the same workout twice. I like receiving my workout summary after each workout. My sister also works out at an Orange Theory Fitness in another state and we can compare our workout summaries since I know she did the same workout I did if we workout on the same day. We are so competitive so we try to see who can burn the most calories or who achieved the most Splat points. Since I started working out at Orange Theory Fitness, I have had such great results. I am now able to wear clothes I haven't worn since before I had my two children.....actually since before I got married. I weigh what I weighed when I joined the Navy at 18 years old. What I love the most about Orange Theory Fitness is all I have to do is show up. The workouts are created for you and the trainers bring on the motivation. My results since joining Orange Theory Fitness are amazing! Orange Theory Fitness is amazing!

I like how there's no such thing as just "showing up" to this gym. When you show up, put the heart rate monitor on, and step into the studio, you are held accountable for your success. You can track your progress throughout the entire hour, so you know how hard you need to push to reach your goal. With OrangeTheory, there's no guessing. The results are right in front of you.

The class was high energy and fast-paced without feeling overwhelming. The staff was very helpful, the instructor was motivating, and the music was perfect. I love having my own space to avoid traffic jams and fighting for equipment. The immediate, individualized feedback provided by the heart rate monitor was great to know where I was working throughout the workout.
