Love these wonderful Pilates classes - Mat, Suspension and Zoom! Stacey is a knowledgeable and supportive instructor who is skilled at offering modifications to make movement accessible for beginners and increase challenge for intermediate practice. I love that she offers in person, individualized instruction as well as on line classes (great when traveling/on vacation). Stacey always keeps it fresh and fun - her classes are the highlight of my week! She has helped me increase my core strength, flexibility and stability/balance. Highly recommend!

Stacey is a wonderful instructor. She knows the limits/different abilities of each person in her classes, whether it be Mat or Suspension. No need to be anxious if you are a beginner - very friendly atmosphere. We laugh at ourselves often!! Also available thru zoom.

Stacey's mat classes are absolutely the best gift I could have given myself. I needed small, personal class that would improve my balance and core strength after an injury, and this is even better than I had expected. Stacey is a great instructor -- both knowledgeable and mindful of everyone's skill level, always incorporating ways to adjust. It's a positive, fun atmosphere and always the highlight of my week!

Stacey’s pilates classes offer a completely judgement-free zone combined with inspiration and careful instruction that encourages you to increase your strength and fitness, while also acknowledging each day is different in terms of what your best can be, and a clear message that the most important goal is lifelong health. The classes offer a great mix of variety, accommodations, and Stacey keeps you learning new options and takes you on a journey of trying new things out right along with her to keep classes fresh, fun, and challenging. The class is welcoming and down-to-earth - anyone could join and feel comfortable to start where they are and Stacey's sense of humor lets everyone put down their guard, get on the mat, and keep their commitment to getting and staying strong.

Stacey is a great instructor. Besides being fun and welcoming, she explains the purpose of every move and how to get the maximum benefit. She is thoughtful in her planning and constantly adapts her repertoire to suit the comfort and skill level of her students. I very highly recommend her classes.

I absolutely love Stacey’s pilates classes! I’ve attended both in-person as well as virtual sessions and they are challenging, fun, and offer variety to keep you engaged. Stacey is mindful of all of her students’ levels and always provides modifications to accommodate all. She also keeps the atmosphere light and judgement-free, while keeping you on task and on your toes! I particularly appreciate that as I’ve just recently returned to the mat and was apprehensive of joining a class. I also like the small class size and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Stacey and Mind Over Mat Pilates!

I am so happy I chose this place for my intro to Pilates. Stacy is amazing and to me, having a coach as friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding makes me enjoy the class even more. The classes are small which is a PERK in my opinion because she's able to coach you. Her schedule is perfect especially for very busy individuals trying to juggle the work week life! Love It!
