BEWARE! There is a woman that walks around the common area of the women's locker room naked or in nothing but a towel. She carried the chair that she took from the dressing room from next to her shower stall back to dressing room. Her hair was in a towel, and the rest of her was bare. That's creepy and disgusting! Then she walked around the locker room area for like 10 minutes in nothing but a towel. I'm highly uncomfortable with going back.

My wife and I use to me black card members. We went 2-3 times a week. But my job always took me away from home and we were not able to go often to PF. One summer we missed going the whole summer and felt we wasted monthly money on membership.
So we stopped our membership. Always clean and great machines to workout with. Personnel changed alot but always friendly and helpfull

Now that it’s cooler temps it takes 10 minutes for the shower water to heat up. This same phenomenon occurred all last winter. I guess i’ll have to turn the water on before i organize myself for the shower so i’m not cowering just outside the icy shower stream waiting and waiting and waiting for it to warm up even a little.

Again I can only speak from my personal experience. Marge & Kim are absolutely amazing with their presence & presentation each morning when I walk in the doors. They both display the highest levels of hospitality & expertise. This sets the tone for me as I mentally approach my workout & it reminds me of how important professionalism can set the mood. Eric aka “E” & Nancy as well are pillars in this location! With all the new equipment; it’s set up & it’s now found availability. There’s no reason why any member can’t succeed at obtaining his/her fitness goals! Plank Rd Planet Fitness definitely delivers!!!

they recently replace all their equipment with what seems like cheaper ones? i use to love the treadmills and stairs but now i hate the new ones. i always hit my knee on the break on the stair machine, and on the tredmill, you can’t hold the increase/ decrease of speed, you have to press it multiple times, making it harder to run.

I typed a letter to cancel and mailed it certified. The manager called me to confirm they received it for the second time and they still have yet to canceled the subscription. Where do I even start?! This planet fitness is the best!! The employees are always so kind and willing to help. I feel so comfortable being in this gym and know that if I ever have questions, I can walk up to any of the gym employees and get help. My husband and I are first responders who work out at other planet fitnesses occasionally depending on where we are working for our shifts, and they are never as great as this location. Please keep up the amazing work! The positive environment and cleanliness are top notch. We will forever be members of planet fitness! This location has very good hot water and great water pressure for the showers compared to other locations.

The gym temperature is also good for working out; not too hot and not too cold compared to other locations.

Rude staff, unprofessional, unclean.
Spoke to Charity. When I asked her name she said “I’m the general manager” while I’m happy for Charity and her title, that wasn’t what I asked. I have never been to a PF that was less organized, dirty and had more red tape to go through in order to have a workout and tan.
I initially tried to purchase eye protection to tan, Charity claims the charge didn’t go through because I “took too long to press okay” interesting as my bank account had pending charges. I found my eye protection in my gym thankfully as I didn’t want to be charged twice. Came back out the with from the locker room, when I requested a tan, Charity then told me that I need to sign a waiver even though I am a planet fitness black card member and have been since 2020. Not to mention the gym is filthy. I then asked for the store number, Charity said it’s the Fredericksburg store. When I asked is there no store number? She asked me “what’s the problem?” And if I needed it to “slander the location…” I’m not sure why she would refuse to give me the store number and accuse me of slander when if everything she told me is correct, she should be fine. I suspect that she didn’t like push back and wanted to make my experience difficult. Why work at a gym (somewhere people go to get their mind and body happy) if you’re going to be hateful & why would pf promote someone like that to that position? Reconsidering my membership after this visit.

I work out here all the time but the same equipment is broken or out of order they only have 4 stair steppers and 1 is down all the time even when they replace it with a newer model it gets put out of service and then another one eventually goes down and it take weeks if not months before you have a full set of steppers again, they have a ton of unused equipment that gets used when every treadmill is taken and the available stair steppers are full, elliptical are perpetually crunchy, it’s just annoying honestly no beef with planet fitness in general the other locations seem fine this one just falls short

On one of my recent visits I put my stuff in the locker as I usually do. Upon completing my workout I went to retrieve my gear from the locker and couldn’t remember which one I had put it in…guess I over did my workout..lol. I asked the young lady at the front desk for assistance. Taylor (the assistant) spent a good 10 minutes opening each locker I thought it was in. Finally we found my gear. Taylor was very professional and had a positive attitude with a smile even though it was ridiculous that I could remember my locker.

I been coming to this gym since summer of 2022 and alot of the old associates and Managers that use to work here knows me and a lot of the new employees and manager knows me . And I’m not a type of person that would just usually give bad reviews but I’m really disappointed this time. I never in my life has been treated in a disrespectful way in this gym before till today . As usual I walked in to the gym and a young guy as a know is knew to the gym that just got hired maybe 3-4 weeks ago probably. I walked in to the gym and didn’t hear any “hey” or”welcome in” from him usually employees there greet everyone very well with a great smile and that’s why I love this gym. But this evening I went she gived me a moody look which I said it’s fine maybe he is having a bad day so I said “hey how are you doing” first to him and still didn’t get any response back but continued walking and went to start my workout and in the middle of my workout as me and my friends are doing our sit 2 of our friends decides to just like hug each other where I don’t see anything wrong with that but he maybe thought it was something else and came yelling “guys guys “ but I still ignored it and finished my workout and before leaving the gym he stopped me asking for my name and my number wanting to banned me I guess or something. Which really pissed me off and I asked him why didn’t you greet me when I walked in and it’s his job but he decided to just ignore it still.
I understand everyone have there bad days but if you wanna work in a customer service job where you see new faces daily and specially where someone has been working out for here’s you need to welcome them in and greet them as a family and as it’s there house . People come to the gym to have a great workout and remove the strsss out of themself not to get a moody and a negative look by an employee. But I hope this gets better because I really love this gym and i respect the workers and the people that workouts there.
Maybe if your having a bad day or don’t like greeting people then working in this path isn’t your job and a good fit for you . I’m sorry

Some people occupy a machine and instead of practicing, start talking or playing with their phones, and wasting other people's time. Today I waited 40 minutes to get a vacant machine for squat, and the girls were occupying the place without training. Planet Fitness at Eagle Village is a clean, well-run club. It is consistently busy, even at the very early morning hours. The front desk staff is pleasant and helpful, particularly Ashley. I’ve been coming to this Planet Fitness for almost 2 years (after leaving a bigger gym across town) and I’ll never go anywhere else :) The staff is always friendly and focused on keeping the gym clean. Anytime Ashleigh is working, she always greets me by name when I come through the door. Her smiling face makes a 4:30am workout much more tolerable!!

Yo ngl. I walked in and was hella nervous. HOWEVER. Quynn (with two n’s, don’t get it twisted not one n’s but 2) told me everything was going to be okay. Jhordan (with a h) was also there and also backed me up that i will have a good sesh and i felt ao confident 10/10. Great customer serice (super friendly)

Renovations are looking good! There's a ton of space in the strength section and in abs and stretching. The equipment is in good shape and clean; and the new locker rooms are spacious and fresh with tons of changing stalls! Quynn at the front desk is also fantastic!

Signed up yesterday, came back in today for my first work out, and now they don't accept my venmo today, so they told me I'd need another bank account to continue my membership. After already paying yesterday (with the card that they now don't accept??) I wasn't keen to give them another way to take my money. They wouldn't even give me a refund after all the trouble with my card. After ALL that, they also want to tell me today that prices will increase by $20 next month. 😂😂😂 SO many red flags.
Will be going IN PERSON to cancel (cause they still do that) today and never going back. Do not give your money to this place. They are a joke.
