Pete is fantastic — a true professional. He is very knowledgeable and kind, always going out of his way to explain things for his clients.

He has been helping me train for the USMC. I feel more and more confident for Parris Island with each session. His passion is infectious and he always manages to push me to my limit. One more for the Corps, and one more for Mr. Curran! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to reach their fitness goals. Spending time with a cool guy is just an added bonus!

Pete is an amazing trainer! He is very knowledgable, personable, and attentive. He has helped me tremendously by guiding me back into working out after enduring an injury and as I continue to recover. He has helped me regain strength, balance, and coordination in such a short period of time. I’ve been training with Pete for a little over 3 months now and have noticed a significant amount of improvement in my physique and overall movement. If you’re looking for a trainer that is encouraging, holds you accountable, and challenges you but also moves at a pace that you’re comfortable with then Pete is your guy! I truly believe that Pete wants to see me reach every fitness goal I set for myself and designs my training sessions in a way that not only help me meet my goals but to also exceed those goals. Even on days that I am not training with Pete, he keeps in touch and helps me stay motivated with my workouts throughout the week. Pete also has a great listening ear and his positive energy is a plus! PTC Fitness is the best trainer out there. I have had a lot of personal training (online and in person) and group training, and Pete is hands down the G.O.A.T. ! Personalizes each routine to your skill level, to your equipment availability and pushes you become a better you. He truly knows how to keep clients motivated and on schedule. A tree stands at the corner of two roads near my home. It’s become one of my favorites as it reminds me of one of the Central California coastal trees I love. Trees which have twisted branches and lean outward as the ocean winds shape and strengthen their root systems. Trees that make you stop and wonder if they will keep standing or stop resisting against the harsh elements.

I’ve recently started on a healing journey. Part of which is my physical health. I met Pete one day, as he reviewed my body scan with me. A moment that felt awkward and a bit shameful to share with someone I had not met before. However, I sensed kindness, and absolutely no judgment. That moment was a balm to parts of my heart I didn’t even know I needed. And so began my fitness journey with Pete.

Pete is a balance of grace and grit… Encouragement and sometimes tricking me into “just one more rep!” High-fives and “you’ve got this, Julie”. He reminds me that I’m stronger than I think I am, yet pushes me to finish what feels too difficult. I’m grateful for these balances of who he is, and for the wisdom and knowledge and intentionality he uses each session to strengthen my body and mind. Everyone needs someone in their corner especially in seasons of growth… a trainer who is an intentional participant in the journey of anchoring our “root systems” so we can continue to stand strong with our bodies and minds in life’s joys and challenges… I’m incredibly grateful that Pete is in my corner. And look forward to sessions with him that push me towards my goals. If you’re on the fence about hiring a trainer, take the leap with Pete! I don’t think it’s a decision you’ll regret! (On a side note, it never hurts to give him a hard time about the Boston Red Sox if you’re a Yankees fan.😉)

I’m no stranger to the gym (or the refrigerator), but when I felt like my workouts were getting stale and I needed a new routine, I knew just who to contact. I’ve known Pete my whole life and everything he has ever done, he gives 110%. We talked, he tailored a game plan for me based on a couple of nagging injuries and deficiencies in my workouts. I’ve completed 12 weeks of his program and I haven’t felt this good in a long time. He makes sure to check in every week to see how it’s going and if anything needs to be tweaked in the program. I got stronger, I lost over 20lbs and I can’t wait to continue.

Pete did a great job of preparing me for military training! Pete is literally the best of the best! He is my trainer and therapist all in one even though I stress him out every week. He not only care about your physical health and always make sure you good mentally! He understands the hard days and has always pushed me to challenge myself! I finally have a trainer that listen, support and encourage me and I couldn’t ask for a better one!
